Abstract

本发明涉及能够在细胞表面展示目的多肽并能够分泌目的多肽至培养基中的酵母展示***、以及所述酵母展示***的用途。本发明的酵母展示***能够稳定地构建108数量级的目的多肽变体展示文库，其中在细胞表面展示的方式使得能够借助高通量筛选选择特定的目的多肽变体，分泌至培养基中的方式使得能够进行目的多肽变体的生物化学表征；特别地，本发明的酵母展示***能够用于构建抗体的变体展示文库，从而获得高亲和力的抗体变体。
