Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for controlling a self-service device according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the self-service device has a conveying device for an object to be identified, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, acquiring current index data acquired in the process of identifying an object to be identified;
in an embodiment of the invention, the current index data includes any one or more of:
and acquiring current definition information of the image and current speed information for identifying the object to be identified when the object to be identified is identified.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the object to be identified is a sheet medium, and the self-service device is a device for authenticating the sheet medium.
In practical applications, the self-service device may be provided with a transport device for the object to be identified, wherein the transport device may be a movement component of the self-service device. In the process of processing the financial transaction aiming at the object to be identified by the self-service equipment, an initial starting speed can be set firstly, and the self-service equipment controls all the components to work cooperatively according to the initial speed, so that the object to be identified can be identified, and the attribute information such as the authenticity information, the quantity information, the version information, the country information and the like of the object to be identified in the financial transaction process can be determined.
Meanwhile, in the identification process, the collected current index data for the object to be identified can be acquired, wherein the current index data can be data related to the transaction speed of the self-service equipment.
In an example, the self-service device may be a financial device, such as an ATM (Automated Teller Machine), a CRS (Cash Recycling System), a VTM (remote video Teller Machine), and the like.
The object to be identified may be a sheet medium such as a banknote or a bill, or may be a non-sheet medium that needs to be identified and operated in a financial transaction. For example, when the automatic apparatus is an automatic teller machine or a cash recycling machine, the object to be recognized may be paper money, and the automatic teller machine or the cash recycling machine may be used to discriminate authenticity of the paper money, and when the automatic apparatus is a bill machine, the device to be recognized may be a bill.
In an example, the current metric data can be any one or more of: the method comprises the steps of collecting current definition information of an image when an object to be recognized is recognized and collecting current speed information for recognizing the object to be recognized.
Step 102, determining reference speed information for identifying an object to be identified according to the current index data;
after the current index data is obtained, determining real-time speed information of the self-service equipment in the identification process according to the current index data; the real-time speed information may be the speed information of the whole identification process, or the speed information of a certain step in the identification process (such as an authentication step and a transmission step).
When the real-time speed information of the self-service equipment is too fast, parts of the self-service equipment have low performance, so that a blocking phenomenon can occur in the identification process, and meanwhile, parts of the parts are seriously abraded, and the service life of the self-service equipment is shortened; when the real-time speed information is too slow, the identification efficiency is low, so that the real-time speed information can be adjusted when the real-time speed is too fast or too slow by determining the real-time speed information.
Therefore, the reference speed information for identifying the object to be identified can be determined, when the real-time speed is too high, the reference speed information can be the parameter adjustment speed lower than the real-time speed information in the current running state, and when the real-time speed is too low, the reference speed information can be the parameter adjustment speed higher than the real-time speed information in the current running state.
The reference speed information may be the reference speed information of the whole recognition process, or the reference speed information of a certain step in the recognition process (e.g., the authentication step, the transmission step).
And 103, controlling the movement speed of the conveying device according to the reference speed information.
After the reference speed information is determined, when the moving speed of the conveying device needs to be adjusted, the moving speed of the conveying device can be controlled according to the reference speed information.
In the specific adjusting process, the reference speed information can be used as an adjusting target to control the movement speed of the conveying device; alternatively, a target speed information is determined based on the reference speed information, and the moving speed of the conveyor is controlled according to the target speed information.
The target speed information can be determined by combining any one or more of reference speed information, the current state of the self-service equipment and the current transaction attribute.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the time point for controlling the moving speed of the conveyer is before the current transaction process is finished and a new transaction process is started.
In practical applications, during a transaction, adjusting the speed of the object to be identified may easily cause an abnormality of the self-service device due to unstable speed, such as a stuck abnormality. Thus, the point in time at which the speed of movement of the conveyor is controlled may be after the end of a current transaction and before a new transaction begins.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current index data acquired in the process of identifying the object to be identified is acquired, the reference speed information for identifying the object to be identified is determined according to the current index data, and the movement speed of the conveying device is controlled according to the reference speed information, so that the movement speed of the conveying device is controlled, the user experience is improved, meanwhile, the service life of the self-service equipment is prolonged, and the comprehensive use cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2a, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for controlling a self-service device according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, acquiring current index data acquired in the process of identifying an object to be identified;
in an embodiment of the invention, the current index data includes any one or more of:
and acquiring current definition information of the image and current speed information for identifying the object to be identified when the object to be identified is identified.
The object to be recognized may be a sheet medium such as a bill or a receipt, or may be a non-sheet medium that needs to be recognized and operated. In an example, the current metric data can be any one or more of: the method comprises the steps of collecting current definition information of an image when an object to be recognized is recognized and collecting current speed information for recognizing the object to be recognized.
Step 202, acquiring preset index data, and determining reference time information for identifying an object to be identified according to the preset index data and the current index data;
after the current index data is acquired, the preset index data can be acquired, so that the reference time information for identifying the object to be identified can be determined according to the preset index data and the current index data.
For example, taking a banknote recognition process as an example, in the recognition process, a real-time recognition speed may be determined, and in the recognition process, two adjacent objects to be recognized have a time interval, which is compared with a preset time interval (preset index data), to determine one piece of reference time information.
Step 203, determining reference speed information for identifying the object to be identified according to the reference time information.
After the reference time information is determined, the reference speed information for identifying the object to be identified can be determined according to the relation between time and speed.
And 204, controlling the movement speed of the conveying device according to the reference speed information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the time point for controlling the moving speed of the conveyer is before the current transaction process is finished and a new transaction process is started.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the controlling the moving speed of the conveying device according to the reference speed information includes:
a substep 101 of determining speed control information for said transmission means based on said reference speed information;
in practical applications, the reference speed information may be used as reference information of real-time speed information in the self-service device adjusting and identifying process, and the speed control information for the conveying device may be determined by referring to the speed information, where the speed control information may be control information of a component in the self-service device associated with the speed of the identifying process, and the speed control information may include motor speed control information, motion sensor speed control information, guider speed control information, and the like.
A substep 102 of obtaining equipment hardware information of the self-service equipment;
after the speed control information is determined, equipment hardware information of the self-service equipment can be obtained.
And a substep 103 of controlling the movement speed of the conveyor in combination with the device hardware information and the speed control information.
After acquiring the device hardware information, the movement speed of the conveyor may be controlled in combination with the device hardware information and the speed control information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before sub-step 103, further comprising:
acquiring speed range information for the conveyor; and when the movement speed corresponding to the speed control information is matched with the speed range information, executing the combination of the hardware information of the equipment and the speed control information to control the movement speed of the conveying device.
In practical applications, the speed range information of the transmission device may be obtained, the speed range information may include an upper speed limit and a lower speed limit, and step 103 may be executed when the movement speed corresponding to the speed control information matches the speed range information, that is, the movement speed is between the upper speed limit and the lower speed limit.
When the movement speed corresponding to the speed control information is not matched with the speed range information, namely the movement speed is higher than the upper speed limit or lower than the lower speed limit, corresponding alarm prompts can be generated and displayed to related personnel.
In one example, the identification speed of the self-service device may be varied discontinuously, a stepping manner may be adopted, and the gear granularity may be determined by configuration parameters.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current index data acquired in the process of identifying the object to be identified is acquired, the preset index data is acquired, the reference time information for carrying out + identification on the object to be identified is determined according to the preset index data and the current index data, the reference speed information for identifying the object to be identified is determined according to the reference time information, and the movement speed of the conveying device is controlled according to the reference speed information, so that the movement speed of the conveying device is controlled, the user experience is improved, meanwhile, the service life of the self-service equipment is prolonged, and the comprehensive use cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2b, a frame for controlling the speed adjustment of the paper money by the self-service device is introduced by taking the object to be identified as the paper money as an example.
The frame can be divided into three parts: a paper money motion control system A, a paper money motion control execution system B and a paper money data management system C.
The banknote motion control execution system B is connected with equipment hardware of the self-service equipment, wherein the equipment hardware can comprise a motor, a motion monitoring sensor, a guider and other equipment. The paper money data management system C can be connected with a data acquisition sensor.
The banknote speed control process is summarized as follows: the paper money motion control system A can control the upper limit speed and the lower limit speed of the paper money motion and can define the starting motion speed; the paper money data management system C can acquire reference index data through the data acquisition sensor, analyze the reference index data, determine reference speed information and send the reference data information to the paper money motion control execution system B; after receiving the reference speed information, the banknote movement control execution system B may determine speed control information for the transport apparatus according to the reference speed information, and may determine performance of the device hardware by acquiring device hardware information of the connection device, thereby controlling the movement speed of the transport device in combination with the device hardware information and the speed control information.
The banknote data management system C may include a data acquisition chip C1 and a data analysis chip C2. The data acquisition chip C1 may be used to acquire reference index data such as image definition and recognition speed information during the banknote recognition process by using a sensor; the data analysis chip C2 may be configured to acquire the collected reference data and the preset index data, determine reference time information for identifying the object to be identified, determine reference speed information for identifying the object to be identified according to the reference time information, and send the reference speed information to the banknote motion control execution system B.
In the bill movement control execution system B, a movement analysis chip B1 and a movement control chip B2 may be included. The motion control system B2 can receive the reference speed information sent by the data analysis chip C2 in the banknote data management system C, convert the reference speed information into speed control information according to the reference speed information, and acquire device hardware information of the device. The motion analysis chip B1 may analyze the speed control information and the device hardware information to control the moving speed of the conveyor according to the analysis result.
In the paper money identification process, the following processes are divided:
(1) initial speed operating stage:
the upper and lower limit speeds and the initial speed of the paper money movement in the speed range are set in the paper money movement control system A, and the paper money movement control execution system B controls each device to operate according to the set initial speed to start the paper money recognition.
(2) Determining a reference speed stage:
in the process of identifying the paper money, the reference speed information can be determined through the collected reference index data.
For example, when part of algorithms need very high definition, and some algorithms need very low definition, and the definition of the acquired image is higher, the preset definition of the algorithm corresponding to the current exchange can be combined with the acquired definition to compare, and when the acquired definition is lower than the preset definition, a reference speed lower than the real-time speed can be determined to improve the definition of the image; when the acquired definition is higher than the preset definition, a reference speed higher than the real-time speed can be determined to reduce the image definition.
When the self-service equipment is aged and the performance is reduced, the acquisition time is prolonged and the preset definition cannot be achieved, so that a reference speed lower than the real-time speed can be determined to improve the image definition.
(3) And a speed control stage:
after the reference speed is obtained, the banknote motion control execution system B needs to determine whether the reference speed can be adjusted according to the reference speed, so that the banknote motion control execution system B needs to determine whether the reference speed is within a preset speed range, when the reference speed is not within the preset speed range, the reason may be that the current equipment cannot reach the parameter speed or the reference speed damages the equipment too much, and at this time, the current speed is not adjusted. When the reference speed is within the preset range, the speed control information corresponding to the reference speed can be determined, and the equipment hardware information of each piece of equipment in the current state of the self-service equipment is obtained, so that the equipment hardware information and the speed control information are combined to obtain a target control speed.
After the target control speed is obtained, whether the target control speed is in the range between the upper limit speed and the lower limit speed of the paper money movement control system can be judged, and when the target control speed is in the range, the paper money movement control execution system can control all equipment parts according to the target control speed, so that the self-service equipment can run at the optimal speed. When not within range (i.e. the target control speed is greater than the upper limit speed or the target control speed is less than the lower limit speed), an alarm message may be sent to the banknote motion control system.
In the self-service equipment, the information can be directly communicated among the three systems through the structure without depending on a central system, so that the analysis and response speed is high. The analysis algorithms used in the three systems have self-learning capabilities so that autonomous optimization can be performed while the self-service device is running.
Meanwhile, when the performance of the equipment parts is good, the transaction time can be reduced by automatically accelerating, and better user experience is brought. When the performance of the parts of the equipment is reduced, the automatic speed reduction can reduce the paper money false recognition rate and the paper money clamping rate, and reduce the replacement frequency of the parts and the equipment maintenance frequency. In addition, the system log left in the speed increasing or reducing process provides a more detailed log about the running condition of the equipment, which is beneficial to accurately analyzing the performance of the equipment, prolonging the service life of the equipment and reducing the comprehensive use cost.
