In some practical cases, the situation that the task information does not contain the features to be selected of the advertisements with the bins exists; when the task item information in the task contains the feature information to be selected, determining the feature information to be selected contained in the task information according to the feature to be selected in the task item information; or when the task item information in the task does not contain the candidate feature information, an association relationship between the task item and the candidate feature can be established for the task item (for example, the infant milk powder and the item type can be associated, and the one-piece dress and the gender are associated), and then the candidate feature information contained in the task information is determined according to the candidate feature information in the task item information.

Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a visualization interface showing the task amount estimation of each warehouse in the method for advertisement delivery according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic view showing the available task amount estimation corresponding to the advertisement feature information with the warehouse and the occupied percentage of each warehouse per day in a period from 8 # to 12 # of a month; and the task quantity estimated value corresponding to the characteristic information of each warehouse in the future every day and the historical task information corresponding to the characteristic information of each warehouse in the past every day can be displayed on the interface in a selected mode.
In some embodiments, before sorting according to the estimated value of the available task amount of each warehouse from high to low, and selecting the top n warehouses as target delivery warehouses, the method further comprises:
confirming that the sum of the available task quantity estimated values of all the warehouses is not less than the total delivery quantity value; and if not, updating the releasing information.
When the sum of the available task quantity estimated values of all the warehouses is smaller than the total delivery quantity value, the sum of the available task quantity estimated values of all the warehouses can be enabled to be not smaller than the total delivery quantity value in a mode of increasing the delivery time, and/or reselecting characteristic information, and/or the smaller total delivery quantity value.
In some embodiments, the method for advertisement delivery provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
setting early warning rules for the warehouse production information and the delivery information;

The on-bin advertisements may be advertisements implemented depending on logistics packages produced in the warehouse based on order tasks, and the types of on-bin advertisements may include: advertising along with the package of small gifts and pasters, sticker advertising attached to the package, advertising in brochures, light paper products and the like placed in the package, advertising in customized packaging boxes and the like;
the delivery information of the on-bin advertisements can be basic information about the on-bin advertisements provided by the people responsible for the advertisements, such as delivery time of the advertisements, delivery quantity of the advertisements, characteristic information of the advertisements and the like; for example, the ad placement time may be monday, tuesday, wednesday, or 20 consecutive days starting on a day in the future for 5 weeks; the putting amount can be preset advertisement putting quantity information, for example, eight hundred customized packaging boxes can be preset for putting and using, or three thousand gifts and three thousand brochures can be preset for putting and putting into the same package, or one sticker can be preset for putting and using on twenty thousand packages and the other sticker can be preset for putting and using on the other twenty thousand packages;
in some embodiments, the characteristic information of the on-bin advertisement may be: a combined feature formed by combining at least one candidate feature of the advertisement; the candidate features may be article features corresponding to the advertisement and targeted user features, and may include at least one of the following: user area, user gender, user credit, user consumption rating, user device type, item type, etc.; the following illustrates the characteristic information of the advertisement:
the candidate features of a particular on-demand ad include: the user area is northeast, the gender of the user is female, the type of the article is a mother-infant article type, the type of the user equipment is an ios platform user, and the credit of the user is a medium credit or above, so that the feature information of the advertisement can be a combination formed by three features of the northeast area, the female and the mother-infant article type, can also be a combination formed by two features of the northeast area and the mother-infant article type, and can also be a combination formed by the northeast area, the mother-infant article type, the ios platform user, the medium credit or above four features.
The warehouse production information may be information for describing warehouse production conditions, such as resource information of a warehouse, occupied information of the warehouse for scheduled advertisements, task information of the warehouse, and the like; for example, the resource information of the warehouse may include the size of the warehouse (e.g., whether the warehouse is a comprehensive warehouse or a single-type warehouse, the storage amount information of the warehouse, etc.), the capability of the warehouse for advertisement placement processing (e.g., the number of brochures that can be arranged in one day, the number of advertisement stickers that can be pasted in one day), the environment information of the warehouse resource (e.g., the convenience of traffic around the warehouse, the number of transportation devices equipped in the warehouse, whether the warehouse has a move plan or a personnel change plan in the near term, etc.); the occupied information of the warehouse for the scheduled advertisements can be the date and the occupied amount information of the warehouse occupied by the scheduled advertisements;
the task information of the warehouse can be order task information generated by the warehouse based on an order submitted by a user, and can comprise historical task information, task information to be produced and the like; the historical task information can be acquired from a preset offline database, and the to-be-produced task information can be an order task which is generated for an order submitted by a user but is not processed for delivery; the task information can also comprise the information of the characteristics to be selected;
according to the production information of the warehouse, the characteristic information of the advertisement is considered, the future task quantity of the warehouse is estimated by using a configured estimation model, and the task quantity corresponding to the characteristic information in the advertisement putting time period is obtained and used as a pre-estimated value of the task quantity of the warehouse; and then determining a delivery strategy (such as selecting a delivery warehouse and determining a delivery amount), and delivering the advertisement with the warehouse.
According to the method, the warehouse task quantity corresponding to the advertisement characteristics can be estimated by using the configured estimation model according to the characteristic information of the along-warehouse advertisements and the production information of the warehouse, and then the delivery strategy is determined according to the estimated warehouse task quantity for advertisement delivery so as to realize accurate matching of the advertisements and the delivery warehouse, so that the delivery of the advertisements can be accurately matched with users, a better advertisement effect is generated, and meanwhile, the shortage or waste of materials can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the task information includes: historical task information and task information to be produced; the delivery information further comprises: release time information;
the estimation module 902 determines a warehouse task amount estimation value corresponding to the characteristic information according to the warehouse production information and the delivery information, and includes:
determining a historical task corresponding to the characteristic information in the historical task information as target historical task information; determining the task to be produced corresponding to the characteristic information in the task information to be produced as target task information to be produced of each warehouse;
taking the target historical task information and the target to-be-produced task information as input, and determining future task quantity estimation information by using an estimation model corresponding to the characteristic information; the future task amount prediction information comprises: the quantity value of the tasks corresponding to the characteristic information every day in a future preset time period;
determining the task quantity in the future task quantity estimation information during the release time as a first task quantity estimated value; and determining a warehouse task quantity estimated value according to the first task quantity estimated value.
In some embodiments, before determining the warehouse task quantity pre-estimation value corresponding to the feature information according to the task information and the delivery information, the pre-estimation module 902 further includes:
confirming that the task information contains the features to be selected; pre-configuring a pre-estimation model corresponding to the characteristic information;
and if the task information does not contain the candidate features, constructing an association relation between the candidate features and the task information.

the estimation module 902 determines a warehouse task quantity estimated value according to the first task quantity estimated value, including:
and using the first task amount estimated value as a warehouse task amount estimated value, or,

determining available task quantity pre-estimated values in the warehouse task quantity pre-estimated values according to the occupied information;
sorting according to the high-to-low estimated values of the available task quantities of all the warehouses, and selecting the first n warehouses as target delivery warehouses; the sum of the available task quantity estimated values of all the target delivery warehouses is not less than the total delivery quantity value;
and determining the putting quantity of the advertisement with the bin to the target putting warehouse according to the available task quantity estimated value of the target putting warehouse.
The occupied information can comprise occupied task amount information of the warehouse, characteristic information of advertisements occupying the task amount and the like;
the target delivery warehouse is determined according to the method, so that the warehouse with a larger available task amount estimated value can be determined as the target delivery warehouse, and the number of the target delivery warehouses is reduced as much as possible under the condition that the total advertisement delivery amount is fixed, so that the effect of centralized use of resources is achieved;

In some embodiments, the determining policy module 903 further includes, before sorting according to the estimated value of the available task amount of each warehouse from high to low, and selecting the top n warehouses as target delivery warehouses:

Fig. 11 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 1100 for a method of advertisement placement or a device for advertisement placement to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 11, the system architecture 1100 may include terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103, a network 1104, and a server 1105. The network 1104 is a medium to provide communication links between the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 and the server 1105. Network 1104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 to interact with a server 1105 over a network 1104 to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications, such as a shopping application, a web browser application, a search application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, etc., may be installed on the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103.
The terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 1105 may be a server that provides various services, such as a background management server that supports shopping websites browsed by users using the terminal apparatuses 1101, 1102, 1103. The background management server can analyze and process the received data such as the product information inquiry request and feed back the processing result to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the method for advertisement delivery provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 1105, and accordingly, the apparatus for advertisement delivery is generally disposed in the server 1105.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 11 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 12, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1200 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 12 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, the computer system 1200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. In the RAM 1203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1200 are also stored. The CPU 1201, ROM 1202, and RAM 1203 are connected to each other by a bus 1204. An input/output (I/O) interface 1205 is also connected to bus 1204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1207 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 1210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1208 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1201.

It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: s101, responding to received advertisement putting information with a warehouse, and acquiring warehouse production information; wherein the delivery information at least comprises: characteristic information; the warehouse production information at least comprises: task information; step S102, determining a warehouse task quantity pre-estimated value corresponding to the characteristic information according to the warehouse production information and the delivery information; step S103, determining a delivery strategy of the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the warehouse task quantity estimated value and the delivery information; and delivering the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the delivery strategy.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the warehouse task quantity corresponding to the characteristics of the advertisement can be estimated by using the configured estimation model according to the characteristic information of the along-warehouse advertisement and the production information of the warehouse, and then the delivery strategy can be determined according to the estimated warehouse task quantity for advertisement delivery, so that the advertisement delivery can be more accurately matched with the user, a better advertisement effect can be generated, and meanwhile, the shortage or waste of materials is avoided; early warning can be carried out by formulating an early warning rule, so that the putting strategy can be adjusted and updated in time, and the shortage or waste of materials is better avoided.

Claims (12)

1. A method of advertisement placement, comprising:
in response to the received putting information of the advertisement with the warehouse, acquiring warehouse production information; wherein the delivery information at least comprises: characteristic information; the warehouse production information at least comprises: task information;
determining a warehouse task quantity pre-estimated value corresponding to the characteristic information according to the warehouse production information and the delivery information;
determining a delivery strategy of the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the warehouse task quantity estimated value and the delivery information; and delivering the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the delivery strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the feature information comprises: a combined feature formed by combining at least one candidate feature of the on-bin advertisements;
the candidate features include at least one of: user area, user gender, user credit, user consumption rating, user device type, item type.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the task information comprises: historical task information and task information to be produced; the delivery information further comprises: release time information;
determining a warehouse task quantity pre-estimated value corresponding to the characteristic information according to the warehouse production information and the delivery information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining a historical task corresponding to the characteristic information in the historical task information as target historical task information; determining the task to be produced corresponding to the characteristic information in the task information to be produced as target task information to be produced of each warehouse;
taking the target historical task information and the target to-be-produced task information as input, and determining future task quantity estimation information by using an estimation model corresponding to the characteristic information; the future task amount prediction information comprises: the quantity value of the tasks corresponding to the characteristic information every day in a future preset time period;
determining the task quantity in the future task quantity estimation information during the release time as a first task quantity estimated value; and determining a warehouse task quantity estimated value according to the first task quantity estimated value.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, prior to determining a warehouse task volume estimate corresponding to the characterizing information based on the task information and the placement information:
confirming that the task information contains the features to be selected; pre-configuring a pre-estimation model corresponding to the characteristic information;
and if the task information does not contain the candidate features, constructing an association relation between the candidate features and the task information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the warehouse production information further comprises: resource information; the delivery information further comprises: advertisement type information of the on-bin advertisements;
determining a warehouse task quantity estimated value according to the first task quantity estimated value, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
and using the first task amount estimated value as a warehouse task amount estimated value, or,
determining the advertisement processing amount of the advertisement with the bin in the warehouse in the delivery time according to the resource information and the advertisement type information; taking the product of the advertisement processing capacity and a preset processing elasticity coefficient as a second task capacity estimated value; and taking the smaller value of the first task amount estimated value and the second task amount estimated value as the warehouse task amount estimated value.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the warehouse production information further comprises: occupied information; the delivery information further comprises: putting a total quantity value;
determining the delivery strategy of the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the warehouse task quantity estimated value and the delivery information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining available task quantity pre-estimated values in the warehouse task quantity pre-estimated values according to the occupied information;
sorting according to the high-to-low estimated values of the available task quantities of all the warehouses, and selecting the first n warehouses as target delivery warehouses; the sum of the available task quantity estimated values of all the target delivery warehouses is not less than the total delivery quantity value;
and determining the putting quantity of the advertisement with the bin to the target putting warehouse according to the available task quantity estimated value of the target putting warehouse.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, before sorting the forecasted values of available task volume for each warehouse from high to low and selecting the top n warehouses as target delivery warehouses:
confirming that the sum of the available task quantity estimated values of all the warehouses is not less than the total delivery quantity value; if not, the user can not select the specific application,
and updating the releasing information.
8. The method of claims 1-7, further comprising:
setting early warning rules for the warehouse production information and the delivery information;
when the warehouse production information and the delivery information trigger early warning according to the early warning rule, updating the delivery strategy of the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. An apparatus for advertisement placement, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for responding to the received delivery information of the advertisements along with the warehouse and acquiring the production information of the warehouse; wherein the delivery information at least comprises: characteristic information; the warehouse production information at least comprises: task information;
the estimation module is used for determining a warehouse task amount estimated value corresponding to the characteristic information according to the warehouse production information and the delivery information;
the strategy determining module is used for determining the delivery strategy of the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the warehouse task quantity estimated value and the delivery information; and delivering the advertisement along with the warehouse according to the delivery strategy.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising: an early warning module;
the early warning module is used for setting early warning rules for the warehouse production information and the delivery information;
when the early warning module determines that the warehouse production information and the delivery information trigger early warning according to the early warning rule, the determination strategy module updates the delivery strategy of the on-board advertisement according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
11. An electronic device for advertisement delivery, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
12. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
