The first fixing sleeve 2.4 and the second fixing sleeve 2.8 are respectively arranged at two ends of the water suction roller body 2.6 and are respectively fixed with the mounting shaft 2.7 through a first set screw 2.5 and a second set screw 2.9. The first fixing sleeve 2.4 is rotatably mounted in the first fixing seat 2.3 through a bearing (not numbered), and the end cover 2.2 is mounted at one end of the first fixing seat 2.3 far away from the first fixing sleeve 2.4. The first screw 2.1 sequentially penetrates through the end cover 2.2 and the first fixing sleeve 2.3 and is fixed with the end thread part of the mounting shaft 2.7.
The water absorbing roller body 2.6 is made of PVA material, has strong water absorption and can be used repeatedly. When the water absorption roller body 2.6 absorbs enough water, a new water absorption roller needs to be replaced to ensure the water absorption effect. When the suction roll is replaced, the second fastening screws 2.9 of the second fixing sleeve 2.8 on the mounting shaft 2.7 are loosened, the second fixing sleeve 2.8 and the suction roll body 2.6 are sequentially taken out for replacement, the mounting is carried out according to the reverse step of the disassembly, and finally the second fastening screws 2.9 are screwed down.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the swing link assembly 3 includes a rotating pin 3.1, a support 3.2, a second screw 3.3, a third set screw 3.4, a second fixed seat 3.5, a third screw 3.6, and a swing link 3.7.
The support 3.2 is mounted at one end of the swing rod 3.7 through a second screw 3.3, and the balancing weight 5 is arranged at the other end of the swing rod 3.7. The support 3.2 is a U-shaped structure and is clamped on two outer sides of the mounting seat 21 in the thickness direction. The structure and the installation mode of the support 3.2 can enable the U-shaped horizontal wall to limit the rotation limit of the installation seat 21, so that the water suction roller component 2 can be well kept in a horizontal state to be attached to the bottom of a band saw blade.
The swing rod 3.7 enables the balancing weight 5 and the water absorbing roller component 2 to form a seesaw structure, and the seesaw structure can adapt to band saw blades with different widths because the height position of the top surface of the band saw blade is unchanged.
The rotating pin 3.1 penetrates through the support 3.2 and is hinged with the water suction roll assembly 2 to form the hinge point A. And a third fastening screw 3.4 for limiting the axial displacement of the rotating pin 3.1 is arranged on the support 3.2. The second fixed seat 3.5 is mounted on the swing rod component 3 through a third screw 3.6.
As shown in fig. 1, the connecting bracket assembly 4 includes a pin 4.1, a first bracket 4.2, a second bracket 4.3, and a third bracket 4.4. The first support 4.2 is vertically arranged, and a vertical sliding groove 4.5 is formed in the first support 4.2.
One end of the pin shaft 4.1 is hinged with the second fixed seat 3.5 on the swing rod component 3 to form the hinge point B. The hinge mounting is the same as the hinge mounting of the mounting shaft 2.7 and the first fixing seat 2.3. The other end of the pin 4.1 passes through the sliding groove 4.5 and is fixed by a fastening member (not shown) at a position outside the first bracket 4.2. The vertical setting of spout 4.5 can realize that round pin axle 4.1 slides and locates in the spout 4.5 to adjust the height of pendulum rod subassembly 3, thereby realize pendulum rod subassembly 3 for link subassembly 4 upper and lower, front and back regulation.
The second support 4.3 is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the first support 4.2, the third support 4.4 is connected to the tail end of the second support 4.2 far away from the first support 4.2, and the second support 4.3 and the third support 4.4 are perpendicular to each other in the same top projection plane.
