本发明涉及一种建筑机械,特别是建筑施工中输送混凝土的泵。
背景技术
99222241实用新型专利公开了一种灰浆泵,它由泵体、泵轴、泵壳、叶轮、水封体等组成,可以实现灰浆扬程二十米以上。该灰浆泵结构简单、成本低廉,适合八层以下建筑施工中使用,但是它不能输送混凝土,而现有的高层建筑混凝土供应泵,其结构复杂、造价高,不适合中小企业在低层建筑施工中采用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种结构简单、成本低廉的混凝土供应泵。
本发明是这样实现的,它包括靠近皮带轮侧的泵体、泵轴、叶轮的泵壳、叶轮、水封体等,叶轮形状为一面中心突起,叶轮的泵壳呈弧形,其与水封体连为一体形成叶轮工作的腔室,该腔室的形状与叶轮形状相匹配,叶轮与叶轮的泵壳之间的间隙大于3毫米。
在叶轮与水封体之间设置一固定在水封体上的护板。
采用本发明,突起的叶轮与弧形叶轮的泵壳相配合,可以实现混凝土扬程18米以上,其不仅结构简单、成本低廉,而且适合多层楼房建筑施工中使用。

具体实施方式
参见附图,它包括靠近皮带轮侧的泵体11、泵轴12、叶轮的泵壳2、叶轮3、水封体5等,泵轴12通过轴承10固定在靠近皮带轮侧的泵体11内,轴承10外设置轴承盖9,泵轴12的一端连接皮带轮13,另一端连接叶轮3;叶轮3形状为一面中心突起,叶轮的泵壳2呈弧形,其与水封体5连为一体形成叶轮3工作的腔室,该腔室的形状与叶轮3形状相匹配,其一面中心突起,四周为平面;同时水封体5与靠近皮带轮侧的泵体11相固定,在靠近皮带轮侧的泵体11上设置水封检查口8,水封体与泵轴之间设置水封胶垫6和水封盖7;叶轮3与叶轮的泵壳2之间的间隙大于3毫米;这样可以保证通常3毫米颗粒的混凝土流经叶轮的泵壳2腔室。在叶轮3与水封体5之间设置一固定在水封体上的护板4,因叶轮与水封体的形状均是突起的,所以护板4的形状也是突起的,其紧密固定在水封体上且与叶轮3的间隙小于1毫米,确保混凝土不会积存在叶轮与护板之间,护板对水封体起到保护作用,避免了水封体的严重磨损,由此减少了水封体更换带来的不便。
使用时,混凝土由进口1处送入泵壳内,叶轮在22千瓦电机和皮带轮的驱动下转动,由出口送入8毫米口径的出砼管,该管的底部插接气管,气管的供气量为每分钟6立方米时,可以实现每小时输送砼10立方米,扬程18米:在上述条件下输送灰浆,可达到每小时15立方米,扬程18米。若增加供气量,相应的扬程也可以得到提高。

1、一种混凝土泵,它包括靠近皮带轮侧的泵体、泵轴、叶轮的泵壳、叶轮、水封体等,其特征在于叶轮形状为一面中心突起,叶轮的泵壳呈弧形,其与水封体连为一体形成叶轮工作的腔室,该腔室的形状与叶轮形状相匹配,叶轮与叶轮的泵壳之间的间隙大于3毫米。
2、根据权利要求1所述的混凝土泵,其特征在于在叶轮与水封体之间设置一固定在水封体上的护板。
