The invention provides a blast furnace top device and an installation and maintenance method thereof, wherein the blast furnace top device mainly comprises a furnace top feeding complete equipment; a hoisting track is arranged below the charging bucket platform, and a first electric hoist is arranged on the hoisting track; a second electric hoist is fixedly arranged below the main belt feeding platform, and a third electric hoist is arranged above the main belt feeding platform; the first electric hoist is used for hoisting the first structural assembly and the second structural assembly to the large furnace top platform, and the third electric hoist is used for hoisting the first structural assembly at the large furnace top platform to the main belt feeding platform so as to install or overhaul the first structural assembly; and the second electric hoist is used for hoisting a second structural component at the large platform of the furnace top to the receiving hopper platform so as to install or overhaul the second structural component. Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of the iron and steel industry, the requirement of upgrading and reconstructing a blast furnace is higher and higher, but the existing blast furnace is easily influenced by the surrounding building environment, climatic conditions, geographical positions and the like, so that the gold construction period is short, and the blast furnace reconstruction is greatly limited and influenced.
Therefore, a blast furnace top device is needed, which can realize convenient and fast blast furnace top installation or maintenance operation.

By utilizing the blast furnace top device and the installation and maintenance method thereof, the airtight box, the first structural component and the second structural component can be hoisted to the large platform of the blast furnace top through the first electric hoist, then the second structural component at the large platform of the blast furnace top is hoisted to the receiving hopper platform through the second electric hoist, and the second structural component is installed or maintained, meanwhile, the first structural component at the large platform of the blast furnace top is hoisted to the main belt feeding platform through the third electric hoist, and the first structural component is installed or maintained, the hoisting and maintenance modes of the blast furnace top device are optimized, the hoisting and maintenance modes of the electric hoist are adopted, the construction period can be shortened, the engineering investment is reduced, and the economic benefit of the engineering is improved.

The hoisting track 10 is arranged horizontally, one end of the hoisting track is fixed on the main frame, the other end of the hoisting track extends to a gravity dust collector frame 12 of an external gravity dust collector 13, the length of the hoisting track 10 is not less than that of the large platform 1 of the furnace top in the horizontal direction, and the hoisting operation of each structural component of the furnace top of the blast furnace can be realized through the sliding of the first electric hoist 11 on the hoisting track 10.
In particular, the first structural component may comprise a main belt head pulley 7 and a gas bleeding valve 6, wherein a main belt for conveying raw materials is arranged on the main belt head pulley 7, and the gas bleeding valve 6 is connected with a crude gas pipeline.
