The red blood cells, the haemoglobin and the hematocrit of the red blood cells fed with the chelating enzyme peptide are all obviously higher than those of a control group, which indicates that the feeding of the chelating enzyme peptide improves the Fe content of the high-strength layer chicken 2+ 、Cu 2+ And the like, enhances the transportation of oxygen in the layers, and avoids the occurrence of layer anemia.
