Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly adhesive which is prepared from a component A, a component B, a defoaming agent, an emulsifier, a cross-linking agent, a surfactant and deionized water; the component A is formed by mixing nano aluminum hydroxide, nano copper oxide, nano silicon dioxide and phosphoric acid; the component B is formed by mixing polyacrylate emulsion, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer resin, polyvinyl alcohol and carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex. The environment-friendly adhesive does not contain aldehydes, is relatively healthy and environment-friendly, and accords with the advocated concept of green and environment protection.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an adhesive and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an environment-friendly adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of economy in China, the requirements of people on life are higher and higher, and with the continuous increase of engineering machinery, the demand of the adhesive tape is larger and larger. a first mixing step: mixing the component A and the component B, adding a defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first-stage mixture;
a second mixing step: adding an emulsifier and a cross-linking agent into the primary mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a secondary mixture;

a first mixing step: mixing the component A and the component B, adding a defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first-stage mixture;

As can be seen from the data in the table above, compared with the environment-friendly adhesive provided by the comparative example, the environment-friendly adhesive prepared by the invention has better bonding performance and better high temperature resistance. The adhesive prepared by the invention has wider prospect and is more suitable for popularization.

The environment-friendly adhesive as claimed in claim 1, wherein the components A, B, defoamer, emulsifier, cross-linking agent, surfactant and deionized water comprise the following components in parts by weight: 7-10 parts of nano aluminum hydroxide, 7-12 parts of nano copper oxide, 7-10 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 6-10 parts of phosphoric acid, 20-25 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 15-20 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer resin, 4-8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 80-160 parts of carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex, 1.2-1.6 parts of defoaming agent, 1.4-1.8 parts of emulsifying agent, 14-16 parts of cross-linking agent, 1-2 parts of surfactant and 120 parts of 100-membered deionized water.
