Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 61-206779
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the elevator for carrying passengers or goods in the up-down movement, 1 is an elevator car which ascends and descends in the elevator shaft, 2u is a pair of guide devices provided at the left and right ends of the upper surface of the elevator car 1, 2b is a pair of guide devices provided at the left and right ends of the lower surface of the elevator car 1, 3 is a pair of guide rails provided at the left and right sides of the elevator shaft, and 4 is heavy goods such as automobiles mounted on the elevator car 1. In such a man-carrying elevator, since the elevator car 1 is raised and lowered along the guide rails 3 by the guide devices 2u and 2b, vibration during raising and lowering of the elevator car 1 can be suppressed to an appropriate level. In the following, each direction of the front, rear, upper, and lower directions is defined as illustrated, and the right direction is defined as the far side of the paper surface and the left direction is defined as the near side of the paper surface.
On the other hand, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a man-carrying cargo elevator for carrying in and out the cargo 4, and fig. 5 is an elevator hall. When heavy loads 4 are carried into the elevator car 1 from the elevator hall 5 or when heavy loads 4 are carried out from the elevator car 1 to the elevator hall 5, the upper and lower guide devices 2u and 2b apply a load to the guide rail 3 in a manner different from that during lifting because the elevator car 1 is inclined forward.
In the guide device (guide device) of patent document 1, as disclosed in the "summary of the invention", fig. 2, and the like, the tilting load of the elevator car is shared and received by both the movable guide roller and the movable guide shoe, but the guide device is not configured to correspond to the carrying in and out of heavy loads such as an automobile. Therefore, when the tilting load of the elevator car exceeds the support limit of the built-in spring of the movable guide roller or the movable guide shoe, a high-strength member such as a drop preventer other than the guide roller or the guide shoe may contact the guide rail. When the inclination of the elevator car changes while the guide rail and the high-strength member are in contact with each other, the high-strength member causes friction on the guide rail. As a result, if wear associated with the loading and unloading of the load is repeatedly generated, the guide device may damage the guide rail to a large extent.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the guide device of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[ example 1]
A guide device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention provided in an elevator car of the passenger/cargo elevator shown in fig. 5 and 6 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3B.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of one guide device 2u provided on the upper surface of an elevator car 1. The guide device 2b provided on the lower surface of the elevator car 1 has the same configuration as the guide device 2u except that the guide device 2u is turned upside down, and the description of the guide device 2b will be omitted below in principle.
As shown in fig. 1, the guide device 2u includes a roller 21, a base member 22, a load receiving portion 23, an attachment plate 24, and the like.
The rollers 21 are provided at three positions so as to contact three surfaces of the guide rail 3, and the rollers 21 rotate while gripping the guide rail 3 from three sides when the elevator car 1 is lifted.
The base member 22 is a base material for mounting the rollers 21 and the like, and a high-strength fall-off preventing member 22a is fixed to an upper end thereof, and the fall-off preventing member 22a is used to reliably prevent an accident in which the elevator car 1 falls off the guide rail 3 in an emergency such as an earthquake. In fig. 1, the drop-off preventing member 22a is a substantially H-shaped flat plate, but the drop-off preventing member 22a may have another shape as long as the above-described function is performed.
The load receiving portion 23 is a member having a substantially U-shaped cross section and fixed to a lower portion of the base member 22, and is formed of a resin material such as rare earth metal (shore metal) or urethane having a small frictional resistance. The load receiving portion 23 is designed not to contact the guide rail 3 during the lifting and lowering of the elevator car 1 (fig. 5), but to contact the guide rail 3 during the loading and unloading of the load 4 (fig. 6).
The mounting plate 24 is a flat plate fixed to the lowermost portion of the base member 22, and is provided with a through hole for a bolt for fixing the guide device 2u to the upper surface of the elevator car 1.
Next, the relationship between the guide device 2u and the guide rail 3 during the lifting and lowering of the elevator car 1 will be described with reference to the cross-sectional view of fig. 2.
Fig. 2 (a) is a schematic cross-sectional view of the guide device 2u at the height of the rotation axis of the roller 21. At this height, the guide portion of the guide rail 3 is gripped by the three rollers 21 from three sides. The dimension W is 1 Is the maximum deflection amount in the design of the roller 21 in the front-rear direction.
Fig. 2 (b) is a schematic cross-sectional view of the guide device 2u at the height of the drop-off prevention piece 22 a. At this height, the guide portion of the guide rail 3 is spaced by a dimension W 2 And is surrounded by the falling-off preventive member 22 a. The dimension W is 2 The clearance between the drop-off preventing member 22a and the guide rail 3 in the front-rear direction is designed when the elevator car 1 is normally lifted.
Fig. 2 (c) is a schematic cross-sectional view of the guide device 2u at the height of the upper end of the load receiving portion 23. At this height, the guide portion of the guide rail 3 is spaced by a dimension W 3 And is surrounded by the load receiving portion 23. Note that, the dimension W 3 Is a designed clearance between the load receiving portion 23 and the guide rail 3 in the front-rear direction when the elevator car 1 is normally lifted. As is clear from the figure, there is a dimension W 2 Dimension W 3 The relationship (c) in (c).
In the present embodiment, the upper and lower guide devices 2u and 2b are designed so as to be arranged in parallelThe falling off preventive member 22a does not contact the guide rail 3 even when the load 4 corresponding to the maximum load amount is carried into the elevator car 1 or when such a load 4 is carried out from the elevator car 1. Specifically, W in fig. 2 is set so as to satisfy the following equation 1 1 、W 2 、W 3 。
[ mathematical formula 1]
L is a distance between the upper surface guide 2u and the lower surface guide 2b (see fig. 5).
H 1 Is the distance from the lower end of the guide 2u to the rotation axis of the roller 21 (see fig. 1).
H 2 Is the distance from the lower end of the guide device 2u to the drop-off preventing member 22a (see fig. 1).
H 3 Is a distance from the lower end of the guide device 2u to the upper end of the load receiving portion 23 (see fig. 1).
Next, the relationship between the guide devices 2u and 2B designed according to equation 1 and the guide rail 3 when the load 4 is carried in and out will be described with reference to fig. 3A and 3B.
Fig. 3A shows a relationship between the guide device 2u on the upper surface and the guide rail 3 when the load 4 is carried in and out. As is clear from fig. 6, when the load 4 is carried in and out, the guide device 2u moves to a position ahead of the reference position. And, as shown in (c) of FIG. 3A u ) As shown, the inclination of the elevator car 1 is stopped in a state where the load receiving portion 23 of the guide device 2u is in contact with the rear surface of the guide rail 3. On the other hand, as shown in (b) of FIG. 3A u ) As shown, even if the inclination of the elevator car 1 stops, the falling prevention piece 22a of the guide device 2u does not contact the guide rail 3.
Fig. 3B shows a relationship between the guide device 2B on the lower surface and the guide rail 3 when the load 4 is carried in and out. As is clear from fig. 6, when the load 4 is carried in and out, the guide device 2b moves to a position behind the reference position. And, as shown in (c) of FIG. 3B b ) Shown in the figure, in the load bearing of the guide device 2bThe inclination of the elevator car 1 is stopped in a state where the receiving portion 23 is in contact with the front surface of the guide rail 3. On the other hand, as shown in (B) of FIG. 3B b ) As shown, even if the inclination of the elevator car 1 stops, the falling prevention piece 22a of the guide device 2b does not contact the guide rail 3.
In this way, even in any of the upper and lower guide devices, the tilting load of the elevator car 1 can be supported by the rotatable roller 21 and the load receiving portion 23 having a small frictional resistance at the time of carrying in and out the load 4, and therefore the guide rail 3 does not come into contact with the falling-off preventive member 22 a. Therefore, even when the inclination of the elevator car 1 is repeatedly changed in accordance with the loading and unloading of the load 4, the damage of the guide rail 3 due to the high-strength falling preventive piece 22a can be avoided.
As described above, according to the guide device of the present embodiment, even when carrying in and out of heavy loads is repeated, damage to the guide rail can be suppressed.
[ example 2]
Next, a guide device according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4. A description of the common points with embodiment 1 is omitted.
In embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the guide rail 3 is held by a set of rollers 21 arranged at the same height. In the present embodiment, a plurality of sets of rollers 21 are used to further increase the maximum load capacity of the passenger/cargo elevator.
Fig. 4 shows an example of a guide device 2u according to embodiment 2. In the case of using the guide device 2u provided with the two sets of rollers 21, since a larger tilting load can be borne by the plurality of rollers 21, even when a load heavier than the load 4 of example 1 is carried in and carried out, damage to the guide rail can be suppressed.
