3. the blade is made of hard alloy materials, so that the cutter has the using effect of long service life and high efficiency, the blade is prevented from being frequently replaced, and the service life of the blade is prolonged.

Preferably, the fixing member 5 is a stud bolt.
Preferably, a first threaded hole is formed in the groove surface of the mounting groove, a second threaded hole is formed in the pressing wedge block 4, and the first threaded hole is connected with the second threaded hole through a stud bolt.
Preferably, the positioning surface C and the positioning surface C1 are both inclined surfaces.
