a blind hole processing mechanism 3 for processing the blind hole of the workpiece 2;
the centering feeding equipment I11 is used for conveying the workpiece 2 to the blind hole machining mechanism 2;
a second centering feeding device 12 for conveying the workpiece 2 output by the blind hole processing mechanism 3;
a feeding frame 9 for placing workpiece raw materials;
the discharging frame 10 is used for placing a blind hole machining workpiece;
the centering feeding device I11 is opposite to the inlet end 3.26 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3, and the centering feeding device I11 can be adjusted in height and is in the same horizontal line with the inlet end 3.26 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3; the second centering feeding device 12 is opposite to the outlet end 3.27 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3, and the second centering feeding device 12 can be adjusted in height and is in the same horizontal line with the outlet end 3.27 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3; the material inlet frame 9 is arranged on the side portion of the first centering feeding device 11, and the material outlet frame 10 is arranged on the side portion of the second centering feeding device 12.
The first centering feeding device 11 and the second centering feeding device 12 are equal in structure and respectively comprise:

the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying driving device 7 and a plurality of conveying units 4 with conveying rollers 4.1, wherein the conveying units 4 are arranged on the rack 1, and the conveying driving device 7 is connected with the conveying units 4 and synchronously drives each conveying roller 4.1 to rotate in a linkage manner to realize conveying of the workpieces 2;
a height adjusting mechanism 5 for adjusting the height of the conveying roller 4.1;
a feeding frame 9 arranged at the side part of the frame 1;
and a material ejecting mechanism;
the height adjusting mechanism 5 is connected with the conveying unit 4 and synchronously adjusts the height of each conveying roller 4.1 in a linkage manner, so that the conveying rollers 4.1 and the inlet end 3.26 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3 are positioned on the same horizontal line; or the conveying roller 4.1 and the outlet end 3.27 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3 are positioned on the same horizontal line;
the material ejecting mechanism comprises an material ejecting driving device 8 and a plurality of material ejecting units 6 with material ejecting plates 6.1, the material ejecting units 6 are arranged on the rack 1, the material ejecting driving device 8 is connected with the material ejecting units 6 and synchronously drives each material ejecting plate 6.1 to ascend in a linkage mode, and the workpiece 2 on the conveying roller 4.1 is accepted.
The conveying unit 4 of the invention further comprises a roller rotating shaft 4.2, a roller rotating bearing seat 4.3 and a roller bearing seat 4.4, wherein the roller rotating bearing seat 4.3 is arranged on the frame 1 and connected with the roller rotating shaft 4.2, the roller bearing seat 4.4 is connected with the roller rotating shaft 4.2, and the conveying roller 4.1 is arranged on the roller bearing seat 4.4.
The conveying driving device 7 comprises a conveying motor 7.1, a first chain wheel 7.2, a second chain wheel assembly 7.3, a third chain wheel 7.4 and a chain 7.5, wherein the first chain wheel 7.2 is connected with an output shaft of the conveying motor 7.1, the number of the second chain wheel assemblies 7.3 is equal to that of roller rotating shafts 4.2, the second chain wheel assemblies 7.3 are connected with the roller rotating shafts 4.2, the number of the third chain wheels 7.4 is equal to that of the conveying rollers 4.1, and each conveying roller 4.1 is coaxially connected with the third chain wheel 7.4; in each conveying unit 4, a chain wheel III 7.4 is connected with a chain wheel II assembly 7.3 through a chain 7.5; the adjacent chain wheel second assemblies 7.3 are connected through a chain 7.5, the chain wheel first assemblies 7.2 are connected with one group of chain wheel second assemblies 7.3 through the chain 7.5, and the conveying motor 7.1 synchronously drives each conveying roller 4.1 to rotate in a linkage mode. The centering feeding equipment adopts a chain wheel and chain transmission mode to realize synchronous transmission of each conveying unit 4, so that not only can the driving and linkage structure of machinery be simplified, but also the synchronism of mechanical action can be improved to ensure the conveying stability of the workpiece 2, and further the precision and quality of subsequent processing of the workpiece 2 are improved.
The height adjusting mechanism 5 comprises an adjusting motor 5.1, a transmission assembly, a first push rod 5.3, a first swing rod 5.4 and a first connecting assembly, wherein the number of the first swing rods 5.4 is equal to that of the roller rotating shafts 4.2, and the first swing rods 5.4 are connected with the roller rotating shafts 4.2; the adjacent first swinging rods 5.4 are hinged through the first connecting component; and the adjusting motor 5.1 is connected with the first push rod 5.3 through the transmission assembly, one end of the first push rod 5.3 is hinged with the transmission assembly, and the other end of the first push rod 5.3 is hinged with one of the swing rods 5.4, so that the height of each conveying roller 4.1 can be synchronously adjusted by the adjusting motor 5.1 in a linkage manner. The centering feeding equipment adopts a transmission mode of the first push rod 5.3, the first swing rod 5.4 and the first connecting assembly to realize synchronous transmission of height adjustment of each conveying roller 4.1, so that not only can the driving and linkage structure of machinery be simplified, but also the synchronism of mechanical action can be improved to ensure that the heights of the conveying rollers 4.1 are equal, and the conveying stability of the workpiece 2 is ensured, thereby improving the precision and quality of subsequent processing of the workpiece 2.
Specifically, the transmission assembly comprises a ladder tooth screw rod 5.2, a movable seat 5.5 and a transmission bearing seat 5.6, wherein the ladder tooth screw rod 5.2 is connected with an adjusting motor 5.1 and penetrates through the transmission bearing seat 5.6, and the movable seat 5.5 is sleeved on the ladder tooth screw rod 5.2 and is hinged with a first push rod 5.3; during operation, the adjusting motor 5.1 drives the ladder tooth screw rod 5.2 to rotate so as to drive the movable seat 5.5 to move, and the push rod 5.3 pushes and pulls each swinging rod 5.4. And the first connecting component comprises a first connecting head 5.7 and a first connecting rod 5.8, the adjacent first connecting heads 5.7 are connected through the first connecting rods 5.8, and the first connecting heads 5.7 are hinged with the first swinging rods 5.4.
The ejection unit 6 is arranged between the adjacent conveying units 4, and further comprises a swing rod II 6.2, an ejection rotating bearing seat 6.3 and an ejection rotating shaft 6.4, wherein the ejection rotating bearing seat 6.3 is arranged on the rack 1 and connected with the ejection rotating shaft 6.4, the ejection plate 6.1 is arranged on the ejection rotating shaft 6.4, and the swing rod II 6.2 is connected with the ejection rotating shaft 6.4. The ejection mechanism further comprises a second connecting assembly, the adjacent second swinging rods 6.2 are hinged through the second connecting assembly, and the second connecting assembly comprises a second connecting head 6.5 and a second connecting rod 6.6; the adjacent second connecting heads 6.5 are connected through a second connecting rod 6.6, and the second connecting heads 6.5 are hinged with the second swinging rods 6.2.
The ejection driving device 8 comprises an ejection cylinder 8.1, a sliding seat 8.2, a linear rail 8.3 and a second push rod 8.4, wherein one end of the second push rod 8.4 is hinged with the sliding seat 8.2, the other end of the second push rod is hinged with one of the swing rods 6.2, and the sliding seat 8.2 is connected with the linear rail 8.3 in a sliding manner and is connected with the ejection cylinder 8.1; when the synchronous lifting device works, the ejection cylinder 8.1 drives the sliding seat 8.2 to move so as to drive the push rod two 8.4 to push and pull each oscillating rod two 6.2, and the ejection cylinder 8.1 synchronously drives each ejector plate 6.1 to ascend in a linkage mode so as to bear the workpiece 2 on the conveying roller 4.1. The centering feeding equipment adopts a transmission mode of the second push rod 8.4, the second swing rod 6.2 and the second connecting assembly to realize synchronous lifting of each ejector plate 6.1, so that the driving and linkage structure of machinery can be simplified, the synchronism of mechanical action can be improved to ensure the bearing stability of the workpiece 2, and the stability of the matching of conveying and feeding or discharging of the workpiece 2 is improved.
The feeding frame 9 comprises a feeding frame body 9.1 and a plurality of feeding bearing rods 9.2; a plurality of feeding bearing rods 9.2 are arranged on the feeding frame body 9.1 and incline downwards towards the direction of the material ejecting mechanism; the lower end part of the obliquely arranged feeding bearing rod 9.2 is provided with a first stop dog 9.3. The ejector plate 6.1 is of an inclined structure, the inclined direction of the ejector plate is the same as that of the feeding bearing rod 9.2, and a protruding portion is arranged at the lower end of the ejector plate 6.1 of the inclined structure. According to the invention, the workpiece 2 can slide close to the ejector plate 6.1 through the feeding frame 9, and the workpiece 2 is manually fed to the ejector plate 6.1 to realize feeding.
The discharging frame 10 comprises a discharging frame body 10.1 and a plurality of discharging supporting rods 10.2; a plurality of discharging supporting rods 10.2 are arranged on the discharging frame body 10.1 and incline upwards towards the direction of the material ejecting mechanism; a second stop block 10.3 is arranged at the lower end part of the obliquely arranged discharging bearing rod 10.2. The ejector plate 6.1 is of an inclined structure, the inclined direction of the ejector plate is the same as that of the discharging supporting rod 10.2, and a convex part is arranged at the high end part of the ejector plate 6.1 of the inclined structure. According to the invention, the workpiece 2 can slide to the discharging frame 10 by inclining the ejector plate 6.1, so that the workpiece 2 can be discharged.
The blind hole machining mechanism 3 comprises a front machine base 3.1, a rear machine base 3.2, a positioning clamp 3.3, a workpiece fixing device for fixing a workpiece 2 and driving the workpiece 2 to rotate, and four drilling devices for machining blind holes on the workpiece 2, wherein the four drilling devices comprise three adjustable drilling devices 3.5 and one fixed drilling device 3.6. This back frame 3.2 is provided with the processing station, and work piece fixing device sets up on preceding frame 3.1 to along the length direction of preceding frame 3.1 and preceding frame 3.1 movable connection, realize controlling work piece fixing device and drive work piece 2 output processing station, positioning fixture 3.3 sets up on the processing station, fixes a position work piece 2 of processing station. Three adjustable drilling devices 3.5 and a fixed drilling device 3.6 are respectively arranged on the rear machine base 3.2 and distributed on two sides of the machining station, so that blind hole machining is carried out on the workpiece 2 positioned on the machining station.
Specifically, adjustable drilling equipment 3.5 and fixed drilling equipment 3.6 all include base 3.7, processing aircraft nose and are used for driving the removal subassembly that the processing aircraft nose removed, and wherein, remove the subassembly and set up on base 3.7 and be connected with the processing aircraft nose, remove the subassembly and can drive the processing aircraft nose and remove towards the processing station. The machining head comprises a spindle motor 3.8, a spindle 3.9 and a drilling tool arranged on the spindle 3.9, wherein the spindle motor 3.8 is connected with the spindle to drive the drilling tool on the spindle 3.9 to rotate, and blind holes are machined in the workpiece 2.
The adjustable drilling device 3.5 and the fixed drilling device 3.6 of the invention each further comprise a detection assembly for detecting the drilling reference surface of the workpiece 2, and the detection assembly is arranged at the side part of the machining head. This detection assembly includes mount pad 3.10, detection pole 3.11, reset spring 3.12 and pressure sensor 3.13, and wherein, pressure sensor 3.13 is fixed on mount pad 3.10, and detection pole 3.11 is connected with pressure sensor 3.13 through reset spring 3.12, realizes that detection pole 3.11 detects behind the drilling reference surface of work piece 2 through pressure sensor 3.13 feedback detection signal.
The moving assembly comprises a moving motor 3.14, a sliding block 3.15, a moving nut, a moving screw rod 3.16 and a moving linear rail 3.17 arranged on a base 3.7, wherein the sliding block 3.15 is connected with the moving linear rail 3.17 in a sliding mode and is connected with a machining head, the moving nut is sleeved on the moving screw rod 3.16 and is connected with the sliding block 3.15, and the moving motor 3.14 is connected with the moving screw rod 3.16 to drive the moving screw rod 3.16 to rotate so as to drive the machining head to move towards a machining station.
The fixed drilling device 3.6 of the invention is fixedly arranged on the rear machine base 3.2, and the three adjustable drilling devices 3.5 are arranged on the rear machine base 3.2 and movably connected with the rear machine base 3.2 along the length direction of the rear machine base 3.2, and the invention specifically comprises the following steps: the invention also comprises a processing position adjusting motor 3.18, an adjusting nut, an adjusting screw rod 3.19 and an adjusting linear rail 3.20 arranged on the rear machine base 3.2, wherein the base 3.7 is connected with the adjusting linear rail 3.20 in a sliding way, the adjusting nut is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod 3.19 and is connected with the base 3.7, and the processing position adjusting motor 3.18 is connected with the adjusting screw rod 3.19 to drive the adjusting screw rod 3.19 to rotate so as to drive the base 3.7 to move along the length direction of the rear machine base 3.2.
The workpiece fixing device comprises a rotary table sliding seat 3.21 and a numerical control rotary table 3.22 for fixing the workpiece 2 and controlling the workpiece 2 to rotate, wherein the numerical control rotary table 3.22 is arranged on the rotary table sliding seat 3.21, and the rotary table sliding seat 3.21 is arranged on a front machine base 3.1 and is movably connected with the front machine base 3.1 along the length direction of the front machine base 3.1. The method comprises the following specific steps: the invention also comprises a feeding motor 3.23, a feeding nut, a feeding screw rod 3.24 and a feeding line rail 3.25 arranged on the front base 3.1, wherein the rotary table slide seat 3.21 is connected with the feeding line rail 3.25 in a sliding way, the feeding nut is sleeved on the feeding screw rod 3.24 and is connected with the rotary table slide seat 3.21, and the feeding motor 3.23 is connected with the feeding screw rod 3.24 to drive the feeding screw rod 3.24 to rotate so as to drive the rotary table slide seat 3.21 to move along the length direction of the front base 3.1.
The working process of the blind hole machining production line of the invention is as follows:
1. workpiece raw materials entering the material rack 9 are fed to the ejector plate 6.1 of the centering feeding equipment I11 through manual operation, and the ejector plate 6.1 is controlled to descend, so that the conveying roller 4.1 bears the workpiece raw materials. The height of the conveying roller 4.1 is adjusted according to the height of the inlet end 3.26 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3, so that the conveying roller 4.1 of the centering feeding device I11 and the inlet end 3.26 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3 are in the same horizontal line. And controlling a conveying roller 4.1 of the centering feeding equipment I11 to rotate, and conveying the workpiece raw material to the blind hole machining mechanism 3.
2. The adjustable drilling device 3.5 is controlled to move along the length direction of the rear machine base 3.2 so as to adjust the position of the adjustable drilling device 3.5.
3. The adjustable drilling device 3.5's of control processing station both sides processing aircraft nose and the processing aircraft nose of fixed drilling device 3.6 move towards processing station, and the measuring pole 3.11 when detecting component touches 2 lateral walls of work piece then output signal in order to acquire the drilling reference surface of work piece 2, and the drilling depth of controlling drilling device again to guarantee the uniformity and the accuracy nature of every blind hole degree of depth. Meanwhile, the workpiece fixing device rotates and feeds the workpiece 2 during the machining process.
4. The height of the conveying roller 4.1 of the second centering and feeding device 12 is adjusted according to the height of the outlet end 3.27 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3, so that the conveying roller 4.1 of the second centering and feeding device 12 and the outlet end 3.27 of the blind hole processing mechanism 3 are in the same horizontal line. And controlling the workpiece fixing device to pull out the machined workpiece from the machining station and butt with the conveying roller 4.1 of the second centering and feeding device 12, controlling the conveying roller 4.1 of the second centering and feeding device 12 to rotate, and outputting the machined workpiece from the blind hole machining mechanism 3. And controlling the ejector plate 6.1 of the second centering feeding device 12 to ascend so that the ejector plate 6.1 bears the processed workpiece and slides into the discharging frame 10 in an inclined mode to realize discharging of the processed workpiece.

the first centering feeding device is opposite to the inlet end of the blind hole processing mechanism, can be adjusted in height and is in the same horizontal line with the inlet end of the blind hole processing mechanism; the second centering feeding device is opposite to the outlet end of the blind hole processing mechanism, and the second centering feeding device can be adjusted in height and is in the same horizontal line with the outlet end of the blind hole processing mechanism; the material inlet frame is arranged on the side part of the first centering feeding device, and the material outlet frame is arranged on the side part of the second centering feeding device;
the blind hole machining mechanism comprises a front machine base, a rear machine base, a positioning clamp, a workpiece fixing device and at least two drilling devices, wherein the workpiece fixing device is used for fixing a workpiece and driving the workpiece to rotate; the rear engine base is provided with a processing station; the workpiece fixing device is arranged on the front base and movably connected with the front base along the length direction of the front base, so that the workpiece fixing device is controlled to drive a workpiece to be output to a processing station; the positioning fixture is arranged on the machining station and used for positioning a workpiece of the machining station; the drilling devices are arranged on the rear machine base and distributed on two sides of the machining station, so that blind holes of workpieces positioned at the machining station can be machined;
the drilling device comprises a base, a machining head and a moving assembly for driving the machining head to move; the moving assembly is arranged on the base and connected with the machining head, and the moving assembly can drive the machining head to move towards a machining station;
the drilling device further comprises a detection assembly for detecting the drilling reference surface of the workpiece; the detection assembly is arranged on the side part of the machining head; the detection assembly comprises a mounting seat, a detection rod, a return spring and a pressure sensor; the pressure sensor is fixed on the mounting seat, the detection rod is connected with the pressure sensor through the reset spring, and detection signals are fed back through the pressure sensor after the detection rod detects the drilling reference surface of the workpiece; when the detection assembly touches the side wall of the workpiece, a signal is output to obtain a drilling reference surface of the workpiece, and then the drilling depth of the drilling device is controlled, so that the consistency and the accuracy of the depth of each blind hole are ensured.
2. The blind hole machining production line according to claim 1, characterized in that: the first centering feeding device and the second centering feeding device both comprise:
a frame;
a conveying mechanism; the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying driving device and a plurality of conveying units with conveying rollers; the conveying units are arranged on the rack, and the conveying driving device is connected with the conveying units and synchronously drives each conveying roller to rotate in a linkage manner, so that the conveying of workpieces is realized;
a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the conveying roller;
and a material ejecting mechanism;
the height adjusting mechanism is connected with the conveying unit and synchronously adjusts the height of each conveying roller in a linkage manner, so that the conveying roller of the centering feeding device I is in the same horizontal line with the inlet end of the blind hole processing mechanism, or the conveying roller of the centering feeding device II is in the same horizontal line with the outlet end of the blind hole processing mechanism;
the ejection mechanism comprises an ejection driving device and a plurality of ejection units with ejection plates; the ejection units are arranged on the rack, and the ejection driving device is connected with the ejection units and synchronously drives each ejection plate to ascend in a linkage manner, so that workpieces on the conveying rollers are received.

The blind hole machining production line according to claim 2, characterized in that: the conveying unit also comprises a roller rotating shaft, a roller rotating bearing seat and a roller bearing seat; the roller rotating bearing seat is arranged on the rack and connected with the roller rotating shaft; the roller bearing seat is connected with the roller rotating shaft, and the conveying roller is arranged on the roller bearing seat;
the conveying driving device comprises a conveying motor, a chain wheel I, a chain wheel II assembly, a chain wheel III and a chain; the first chain wheel is connected with an output shaft of the conveying motor; the number of the second chain wheel assemblies is equal to that of the roller rotating shafts, and the second chain wheel assemblies are connected with the roller rotating shafts; the number of the third chain wheels is equal to that of the conveying rollers, and each conveying roller is coaxially connected with the third chain wheel; in each conveying unit, the chain wheel tee is connected with the chain wheel two-component through a chain; the adjacent chain wheel assemblies are connected through a chain; the first chain wheel is connected with one group of chain wheel assemblies through a chain, and therefore the conveying motor synchronously drives each conveying roller to rotate in a linkage mode.
