Abstract
The application provides a spin-rolling device and a spin-rolling method, wherein the spin-rolling device comprises: a frame; the clamping structure is arranged on the rack and drives the workpiece to be machined to rotate; the spinning device is arranged on the peripheral side of the workpiece to be machined and is used for spinning and forming the workpiece to be machined; the rolling device is distributed on the top surface of the workpiece to be machined and provided with a rotatable roller, and the peripheral surface of the roller is abutted to the top surface of the workpiece to be machined. The rolling of the top surface of the workpiece can be finished while the workpiece is spun, and the working efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The application relates to the field of machining, in particular to a rotary rolling device and a rotary rolling method.
Background
In the related art, after a workpiece (such as a spoke) is formed by a spinning machine, in order to ensure that the flatness of the top surface of the workpiece meets the design requirement, a rolling machine is required to roll the top surface of the workpiece, so that the process is complex and the working efficiency is low.

To achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present application proposes a rolling device comprising: a frame; the clamping structure is arranged on the rack and drives the workpiece to be machined to rotate; the spinning device is arranged on the peripheral side of the workpiece to be machined and is used for spinning and forming the workpiece to be machined; the rolling device is distributed on the top surface of the workpiece to be machined and provided with a rotatable roller, and the peripheral surface of the roller is abutted to the top surface of the workpiece to be machined.

The two spinning devices 130 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the workpiece 200 to be processed, the spinning devices 130 are provided with spinning wheels, and the spinning devices 130 are tightly pressed at two sides of the workpiece 200 to be processed through the spinning wheels to realize the spinning forming of the workpiece to be processed.
In the present embodiment, the rotating wheel is driven by the workpiece to be processed to rotate, and it can be understood that the rotating wheel can also be set to rotate by the external driving device.
In addition, the inclination angle of the profiling wheel is determined according to the processing requirements of different specifications, so that the specific installation angle of the spinning device 130 on the spinning frame 131 can be determined according to actual needs.
The rolling device 140 is disposed on the top surface of the member to be processed 200, and the rolling device 140 has a rotatable roller 144, and the peripheral surface of the roller 144 abuts against the top surface of the member to be processed 200.
In this embodiment, the rolling device 140 includes a movable beam 141 and a roller frame 142, wherein the movable beam 141 is slidably sleeved on the four upright posts 111 and slides up and down along the four upright posts 111 under the driving of the second driving device 143; the roller frame 142 is fixedly connected below the movable beam 141, the roller 144 is rotatably connected to the roller frame 142, and the axis of the roller 144 is perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece 200 to be processed.
Specifically, the movable beam 140 is parallel to the workpiece 200 to be processed, the roller frame 140 extends to the upper surface of the workpiece 200 to be processed, the roller 144 is rotatably connected to the roller frame 140, the rotating peripheral surface of the roller 144 abuts against the top surface of the workpiece 200 to be processed, the roller 144 is driven by the workpiece 200 to rotate, and the roller 144 rolls the top surface of the workpiece 200 to be processed through rolling.
It should be noted that the workpiece 200 to be machined in the present application mainly refers to a truck spoke, the spinning forming process of the spoke is a process of spinning a disc-shaped blank into a cylindrical finished product, and one end of the cylindrical finished product has an annular top surface extending inward, so the roller 140 mainly performs roll-leveling processing on the top surface of the spoke, and the roll-leveling processing of the roller 140 is performed synchronously with the spinning forming process of the spinning wheel, therefore, for the whole spinning forming process of the spoke, the spinning device of the present application integrates spinning and roll-leveling, i.e., one device can complete spinning forming of the spoke and roll-leveling of the top surface of the spoke at the same time, and work efficiency is greatly improved.
In the present embodiment, the rollers 144 are symmetrically arranged on the roller frame 140, and the circumferential surface of the rollers 144 is smooth.
According to the rotary rolling device provided by the application, the roller 144 is pressed on the top surface of the workpiece 200 to be machined under the pushing of the second driving device 143, the roller 144 rotates under the driving of the workpiece 200 to be machined, the friction generated on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be machined by the roller 144 is reduced, the flatness of the top surface of the workpiece 200 to be machined can meet the design requirement through the rolling of the roller 144, the top surface of the workpiece 200 to be machined by a rolling mechanism is rolled again, the machining efficiency is improved, and the cost investment of spoke machining enterprises is reduced.
According to the rotating and rolling method, the rotating and rolling device is adopted to perform rotating and rolling forming on the spoke, and the rotating and rolling method comprises the following steps: step S1, fixing the workpiece 200 to be processed on the clamping structure 120; step S2, the first driving device 112 drives the workpiece 200 to rotate; in step S3, the spinning wheel is spun around the workpiece 200, and the roller 140 applies pressure to the top surface of the workpiece.
