The present invention is based on the following insight of the inventors: in the production of the existing bobbin coil (also called bobbin voice coil), because the two processes of die stripping and punching are generally considered to be not related to each other, the two processes are performed separately at present, and two independent posts are usually required to be arranged, each post requires an operator, which requires more space and manpower resources. Meanwhile, the mold stripping operation is mostly manually operated by an operator at present. The force and consistency in the manual die stripping operation process are unstable, so that the product is easy to deform, the roundness size is seriously influenced, and the product performance is poor. Meanwhile, the product is blocked in the manual mold stripping process, an operator is difficult to strip the product, the mold stripping speed is further influenced, the operator is extremely easy to hurt, and the working efficiency is further reduced. In addition, although the punching operation is realized by a machine at present, the existing punching equipment has the following problems:
1. the safety control device is lacked, so that potential safety hazards exist, and the risk of injury to operators exists;
2. the residual paper scraps after punching have no fixed recovery device, and the post is messy;
3. the punching position is not accurate, the copper foil on the bonding pad is easy to punch, and the product is seriously scrapped; and
4. the lead wire is easy to break, and the product is scrapped.
The inventor finds the common point of the two procedures through research: firstly, in the production process of the framework coil, the die stripping and the punching are two adjacent procedures; secondly, punching is an operation directly performed on the skeleton coil after the demolding is completed, additional operations such as cooling, transferring and the like are not needed in the middle, and a conveying mechanism can be shared (such as a pushing device is shared to realize demolding and punching at the same time), so that if the punching is combined, the process is greatly simplified. However, through research, the inventor of the present invention has found that if the demolding and punching stations are considered to be combined together, that is, a punching device is disposed on the demolding station, and then an operator places the bobbin coil on the punching device to perform a punching operation after completing the demolding operation, such a process is not substantially improved in terms of efficiency and yield although the need for personnel and space can be reduced. The inventor finds that the main reason of low yield of the existing punching operation in the combined process is that a corresponding auxiliary mechanism is lacked, and the part to be punched is accurately positioned. Because the relative positions of the silk thread, the bonding pad and the part to be punched of the skeleton coil obtained in the previous process are standardized, namely the relative positions are basically fixed, in practice, the accuracy of the position to be punched can be ensured as long as the placing position and the angle of the skeleton coil are correct during punching operation, and therefore, the key for improving the punching yield is to ensure that the skeleton coil to be punched is placed at the correct position and angle. And aiming at the problems of yield and efficiency of the die stripping operation, a machine can be considered to replace the manual work, and further the stable control of the pressure during the die stripping and pressing can be realized. In addition, after the die stripping is finished, the punching operation can be performed without performing other operations on the framework coil, so that the die stripping and punching equipment can be integrated, the operation steps are further reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In short, the invention not only simplifies the process by combining the working procedures, but also greatly improves the process precision by improving the positioning precision of the components.
Based on the above insights and studies, the present invention provides a framework coil demolding and punching device, and the following scheme of the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a framework coil stripping and punching device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the present invention, the term "slightly smaller" or "slightly larger" means smaller or larger than by 10% or less of each other, for example, 1%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 10%, and the like. Claims (10)

a punching module comprising:
the punching guide post is connected to the lower end of the demolding guide post, is of a hollow structure with an inner surface and comprises a plurality of through holes, the size of each through hole is matched with that of the punching needle, and the punching guide post is configured to enable the framework coil to be attached to the inner surface of the punching guide post after demolding; and
the punch pin is configured to reciprocate along the through hole under the driving of the driving module.
2. The stripper punch apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drive module includes a hydraulic drive.
3. The stripper punch apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the top of the first cross beam is connected with a lower pressing rod, the lower pressing rod is configured to be capable of driving the first cross beam to move up and down relative to the demolding guide post under the driving of a driving module, the demolding pressing block is fixedly connected with the center of the bottom of the first cross beam, two ends of the bottom of the first cross beam are respectively connected to a bottom plate of the demolding punching device through first springs, and the first springs at the two ends have the same parameters; and
and the second cross beam is arranged in parallel with the first cross beam, two ends of the bottom of the second cross beam are respectively connected to the first cross beam through second springs, and the parameters of the second springs at the two ends are consistent.
4. The stripper punch apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a sensing unit configured to be able to detect whether there is an obstacle in an operation area at the time of punching and demolding operations.
5. The stripper punch apparatus of claim 4, wherein the sensing unit includes infrared detectors disposed at both sides of the punch module.

The stripper punch apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: the lead wire limiting unit is sleeved on the demolding guide post, one side of the lead wire limiting unit, which is in contact with the demolding guide post, is toothed, and the lead wire limiting unit is configured to enter the punching guide post along with the framework coil when the demolding press block is pressed downwards.

10. The stripper punch apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: early warning unit includes:
a punch pin length detection module configured to detect a punch pin length;
an air pressure detection module configured to detect an air pressure of the hydraulic module; and
the controller is connected with the punching needle length detection module and the air pressure detection module in a communication mode and is configured to give an alarm when the punching needle length is lower than a preset value and/or the air pressure is lower than or higher than the preset value.
