s6, setting the straightening rollers according to normal straightening parameters, and retransmitting straightening data after setting;
and S7, straightening the rolled piece from the front of the machine to the back of the machine after the roll gap is in place, and finishing the straightening of the rolled piece.

According to the structure of production equipment, the straightening process is reasonably improved, the purpose of controlling the warping and buckling head of the rolled piece with the diameter of more than 18mm is achieved, production demonstration shows that the improved straightening scheme is strong in operability, the control effect on the warping and buckling head of the rolled piece meets the requirement of a customer order, and the problems in the prior art are solved.
