s3: the PLC controls the operation and frequency of the peristaltic pump to enable the humidity of the space to be sterilized to be at an average level, when the humidity is lower than a set value, the speed of the peristaltic pump is increased to enable more hydrogen peroxide to enter the evaporation disc, further the humidity curve of the sterilization space is kept at a stable level, and when the humidity is higher than the set value, the speed of the peristaltic pump is kept.
The invention adds the atomization device and the preheating pipe to ensure the flash evaporation effect: the internal structure of the evaporation tray is changed, and the vaporization effect is improved; the speed of the injection pump can be controlled according to the feedback of an external signal, and a color steel plate is protected; the device can be compatible with 35% hydrogen peroxide and 8% hydrogen peroxide at the same time, and can be suitable for more environments.
