Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vascular interventional instruments, in particular to a thrombus removal catheter.
Background
The mechanical thrombus removal mode is a new selection aiming at thrombus at present, namely a catheter capable of removing thrombus is introduced into a blood vessel, negative pressure is applied to the catheter in vitro, and the thrombus is sucked out of a human body. In the prior art, an expandable tip is usually arranged at one end of a thrombus taking catheter which is inserted into a human body, and devices such as a thrombus taking guide wire, a thrombus crushing guide wire and the like are arranged in the catheter, so that thrombus is crushed and extracted from the catheter under the action of the guide wire. The expandable tip is usually formed by a basket net structure woven by memory metal wires, the basket net structure can be expanded under the action of external force or temperature, and the expandable tip can enable the catheter to prop up the inner wall of the blood vessel and be tightly attached to the inner wall of the blood vessel, so that thrombus is prevented from escaping from a gap between the blood vessel and the catheter.
However, the opening range of the prior art embolectomy catheters is usually fixed, so that when the embolectomy catheters face different people or blood vessels with different thicknesses, the opening range of the catheters is constant, and therefore, the risks that the catheters are not completely attached to the inner wall of the blood vessel or the blood vessel is excessively dilated exist.

The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following technical effects:
1. a thrombus removal catheter comprises a catheter body, wherein an expansion end and an exposed end are arranged on the catheter body, and the expansion end is positioned at one end of the catheter body entering a blood vessel during thrombus removal operation; the exposed end is positioned at the other end of the tube body opposite to the expansion end and is suitable for being left outside the human body when the embolectomy is carried out; the expansion end comprises: the petals are arranged at the end part of the tube body and are suitable for opening towards the periphery of the tube body under the action of external force; the thrombus removal catheter further comprises a traction wire, one end of the traction wire is connected with the petal-shaped piece, and the other end of the traction wire extends to the exposed end of the catheter body.
When the thrombus taking catheter is used for thrombus taking operation, the catheter enters a blood vessel, and the flap-shaped part at the front end of the catheter body can be opened by pulling the traction wire, so that the front end of the catheter is opened to prop up the blood vessel. At this time, the opening range of the flap can be controlled by adjusting the pull-out length of the pull wire, so that the opening range of the entire expansion end can be controlled. The requirement can be met when the operation is performed on blood vessels with different thicknesses.
2. The thrombus removal catheter further comprises a traction member, wherein the traction member is arranged at the exposed end of the catheter body, is connected with a traction wire, is suitable for dragging the traction wire and fixes the dragging length of the traction wire. The traction member includes: the threaded section is arranged at the exposed end of the pipe body; the screw nut is sleeved outside the pipe body and is meshed with the thread section; the sliding ring is sleeved outside the pipe body, embedded in the nut and suitable for sliding along the pipe body under the driving of the nut, and the sliding ring is connected with the traction line.
In above-mentioned structure, rotate the screw and can make the screw carry out reciprocating motion on the screw thread end, at this in-process, the screw can drag the slip right and carry out reciprocating motion outside the pipe shaft simultaneously, because the slip ring is connected with the one end of pull wire, the slip ring can and then drive the pull wire and carry out reciprocating motion. Because the screw and the pipe body are in threaded connection and are sleeved outside the pipe body, certain resistance is provided, and the traction line cannot actively drive the screw to move by virtue of the elasticity of the petal-shaped piece. Therefore, the structure can keep the petals from changing after being unfolded to a certain angle, and further the aim of controlling the unfolding degree of the expansion end is fulfilled.
3. According to the thrombus removal catheter provided by the invention, the traction wire penetrates through the catheter body and is arranged in a manner of sliding relative to the catheter body. The traction wire penetrates through the tube body, so that on one hand, the whole thrombus taking catheter is more neat in appearance and can conveniently enter a blood vessel; on the other hand, the motion of the traction wire can be restrained by the tube body, the traction wire is prevented from knotting, winding and the like in the operation or transportation process, and the traction action of the traction wire can be more stable and controllable.
4. According to the thrombus removal catheter provided by the invention, the pull wire is connected to one side of the petal-shaped piece far away from the exposed end. Compare in the root that the pull wire links to each other with the petal, this reduces the opening motion of petal to the sensitive degree of the action of pulling of pull wire, makes the opening degree of control petal that the pull wire can be more accurate.
5. The invention provides a thrombus removal catheter, which is characterized in that at least three petals are provided. The more petal-shaped parts can enable the appearance of the expanded end to be more approximate to a circle, the round expanded end can be better attached to the inner wall of the blood vessel, the pain of a patient is reduced, and therefore at least three petal-shaped parts are necessary.
6. According to the thrombus removal catheter provided by the invention, different petals are mutually overlapped, and the same petal is respectively overlapped at the inner side and the outer side of the other two adjacent petals. In the structure, different petals can mutually push and rub in the movement process, so that the opening actions of the petals are more synchronous. On the other hand, after the petals which are mutually overlapped are opened, the gaps between the outer edges of the petals can be smaller, and the petals can approach to a complete circle.
7. The invention provides the thrombus removal catheter, the expansion end further comprises: the elasticity section wraps up in the outside of lamella form, is suitable for when the lamella form opens to be driven and carries out elasticity and open. In the structure, the elastic section is coated outside the petal-shaped piece, and when the petal-shaped piece is opened, the elastic section is driven to be opened together, so that the elastic section forms a coherent whole which is approximately circular. Therefore, the blood vessel stabbing caused by the flap-shaped part can be avoided, and the pain of a patient is reduced.
In conclusion, the thrombus removal catheter provided by the invention can control the opening amplitude of the thrombus removal position of the catheter, can meet the requirements of blood vessels with different thicknesses, and has the advantages of small pain of a patient, stable operation and the like.

In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example (b):
referring to fig. 1 to 6, embodiment 1 of the present invention is provided. The embodiment provides an embolectomy catheter which comprises a catheter body 2 and a base 1. The end of the tube body 2 entering the blood vessel during embolectomy is an expansion end 3. The end of the tube body 2 which is left outside the human body when the embolectomy is performed is an exposed end 4. The exposed end 4 is opposite the expanded end 3. The base 1 is arranged at the exposed end 4 of the tube body 2 and is cylindrical, and the base 1 is communicated with the tube body 2.
In order to realize controllable expansion amplitude of the expansion end 3, the expansion end 3 comprises at least 3 petals 5, the petals 5 are arranged at the end part of the tube body 2, and the petals 5 can be opened towards the periphery of the tube body 2 under the action of the traction line 6. The cross section of the petal-shaped part 5 is arc-shaped. Different petals 5 are mutually overlapped, and the same petal 5 is respectively overlapped at the inner side and the outer side of the other two petals 5 adjacent to the same petal. The more petals 5 can make the expanded shape of the expansion end 3 more approximate to a circular shape, the circular expansion end 3 can be better attached to the inner wall of a blood vessel, and the pain of a patient is reduced, so that at least three petals 5 are necessary. The design of mutual overlap joint between different lamella spare 5 can make different lamella spare 5 can promote the friction each other in the motion process, makes the action of opening of a plurality of lamella spares 5 more synchronous. On the other hand, after the petals 5 which are overlapped with each other are opened, the gaps between the outer edges of the petals 5 can be smaller, and the petals can approach a complete circle.
In order to prevent the expanded end 3 from stabbing blood vessels after being expanded, the expanded end 3 of the tube body 2 is further provided with an elastic section 10, and the elastic section 10 is wrapped outside the petal-shaped piece 5 and is suitable for being driven to elastically expand when the petal-shaped piece 5 is expanded.
One end of the traction wire 6 is connected with the petal-shaped part 5, and specifically, the traction wire 6 is connected to one side of the petal-shaped part 5 far away from the exposed end 4. Compared with the method that the traction wire 6 is connected with the root of the petal-shaped part 5, the method reduces the sensitivity of the opening movement of the petal-shaped part 5 to the traction action of the traction wire 6, and enables the traction wire 6 to control the opening degree of the petal-shaped part 5 more accurately. The other end of the pull wire 6 passes through the shaft 2, is slidably disposed relative to the shaft 2, extends to the exposed end 4 of the shaft 2, and is connected to the pull member. The traction member is arranged at the exposed end 4 of the tube body 2, is connected with the traction wire 6, is suitable for dragging the traction wire 6 and fixes the dragging length of the traction wire 6. The pull member comprises a threaded section 7, a nut 8 and a slip ring 9. The threaded section 7 is arranged at the exposed end 4 of the tube body 2; the screw nut 8 is sleeved outside the pipe body 2 and is meshed with the thread section 7; the sliding ring 9 is sleeved outside the pipe body 2, the sliding ring 9 is embedded in the screw 8 and is suitable for sliding along the pipe body 2 under the driving of the screw 8, and the sliding ring 9 is connected with the traction line 6.
Rotating the screw 8 can make screw 8 carry out reciprocating motion on the screw thread end, and at this in-process, screw 8 can drag the slip right and carry out reciprocating motion outside pipe shaft 2 simultaneously, because the one end of slip ring 9 and pull wire 6 is connected, slip ring 9 can then drive pull wire 6 and carry out reciprocating motion. Because the screw 8 and the pipe body 2 are connected by screw threads and are sleeved outside the pipe body 2 and have certain resistance, the traction line 6 can not actively drive the screw 8 to move by virtue of the elasticity of the petal-shaped piece 5. Therefore, the structure can keep the petals 5 from changing after being opened to a certain angle, and further achieves the purpose of controlling the opening degree of the expansion end 3.
The operation principle of the thrombus removal catheter is as follows:
when the catheter enters the blood vessel, the nut 8 is rotated to drive the sliding ring 9 to move along the tube body 2, and then the traction wire 6 is drawn. The flap-shaped member 5 at the front end of the tube body 2 can be opened by pulling the pull wire 6, so that the front end of the catheter is opened to prop up the blood vessel. At this time, the opening width of the petals 5 can be controlled by adjusting the drawn-out length of the traction wire 6, so that the opening width of the entire swollen end 3 can be controlled. The requirement can be met when the operation is performed on blood vessels with different thicknesses.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments.
