A use method of an automatic shiitake mushroom drying box comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning: after the mushrooms are poured into the cleaning box 1 from the feeding hopper 58, the water pump 24 starts to work, water in the water tank 2 is sprayed out from the plurality of spray heads 23 at the upper end of the cleaning box 1, garbage residues on the mushrooms are washed and separated, the washed water falls into the water tank 2 again after being filtered by the second filter plate 27 from the upper end of the water tank 2, recycling of the water is increased, meanwhile, in the cleaning process, the cam motors 13 at the left end and the right end of the cleaning box 1 start to operate to drive the first filter plate 8 to vibrate, so that the upper layer and the lower layer of the mushrooms at the upper end of the first filter plate are circulated alternately, the mushrooms are ensured to be fully cleaned, and the plurality of soft brushes 59 are arranged at the upper end of the first filter plate 8, so that the mushrooms are brushed with residues on the surfaces of the mushrooms by the soft brushes 59 in contact with the mushrooms while vibrating, the cleaning efficiency is accelerated, and the mushrooms are cleaned more cleanly;
2) drying preparation: after the mushrooms are cleaned, the rotating plate motor 17 starts to operate, the rotating plate motor 17 drives the first filter plate 8 to rotate for one circle, so that the mushrooms on the first filter plate 8 fall on the second filter plate 27, the washed-off garbage can be transferred into an interlayer of the second filter plate 27, and the rest mushrooms fall off in a proper manner, and fall into the spiral channel 44 after passing through the material receiving box 45 and the connecting box 47 so as to be dried;
3) drying: before the mushrooms fall into the spiral channel 44, the flexible air hose 56 is connected with the lower opening of the spiral channel 44, the air inlet fan 52, the electric heating tube 50 and the air outlet fan 54 are started to heat the air, the heated gas is conveyed to the spiral channel 44 through the flexible gas pipe 56, the gas is conveyed to the upper end along with the spiral channel 44, so that the mushrooms in the channel can be fully and uniformly dried, the dried gas passes through the second filter screen 70 and is discharged out of the device, while drying, the material transferring motor 37 at the lower end of the drying box 3 drives the circular block 33 to rotate, the circular short rod 34 at the outer side of the circular block 33 moves on the tooth-shaped block 31, the spiral channel 44 is vibrated by the return spring 38 at the lower end of the circular block 33, so that stacked mushrooms are fully contacted with blown hot air under the vibration effect, the contact area of the mushrooms and the hot air is increased, and the mushrooms are dried more quickly;
4) cleaning: in the drying process, the moisture in the drying box 3 is reserved in the square open slot 63 through the second water outlet 64, the second cabinet door 68 is opened, the telescopic soft air pipe 56 is separated from the lower end opening of the spiral channel 44, the mushrooms drop from the spiral channel 44, the mushrooms are convenient to collect, the first cabinet door 66 is opened, the second filter plate 27 is taken out, and therefore the residues on the second filter plate 27 can be cleaned conveniently and the water in the water tank 2 can be replaced conveniently.
