即热储水式热水器,包括外壳、水箱、上电热管和下电热管,在水箱上部内,焊接由钢板构成的非密闭式容器,内置上电热管(4),出水管(7‑1)***容器内,当气温大于A点时,水箱中不储存热水,放水时由上电热管加热;当气温低于A点时由水箱下电热管预热,放水时由上电热管加热。

技术领域
本发明涉及即热储水式热水器,是具有即热及储水功能的热水器。
背景技术
现有即热式热水器功率在8kw以上,绝大多数家庭因电线过不了,不能使用;储水式热水器包括用两根电热管的速热式热水器,都要先将水箱中的水预先加热至75℃每天都要储存起来,因此耗电高;这二类完全不同的产品,一百多年来都无法克服二者的缺点,结合为一体;本专利申请在储水式热水器的水箱上部焊接2块钢板与水箱本体壁板构成一个容器,内置上电热管4,对流过的水加热,当气温(包括水温、下同)大于A点(约25℃至15℃)时,为即热(下同);当气温小于A点时,水箱内的水只需逐步提高温度作预热,使水箱进水温度加上电热管4加热所提高的温度,和水箱内储存的水温可供二次循环补充热量就可以满足冬天多人的需求,实现即热与储水合为一体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是采用储水方式,在水箱内,上方构建一个容量为0.5-2升非密闭式容器2-7.其内设置上电热管4,水箱下部安装下电热管3。
本发明的技术措施是,水箱2由中段2-1和2个端盖2-2焊接制成,其中右侧端盖中间有法兰孔,用于安装法兰盖5,在水箱下部有进水口6,出水口7上方180°的方位处,在水箱中段2-1内壁,纵向焊接2块钢板2-3,钢板2-3上部与水箱壁接触处留有间隙2-4:所述间隙2-4是确保搪瓷时,搪瓷材料能顺畅流通至复盖任何细微表面:所述钢板2-3,高度约为4-6公分,长度短于水箱中段,材料厚度约小于水箱材料厚度:所述2块钢板2-3横向安装距离在4至6公分之间,并偏离中轴线约2公分,使出水管7-1和上电热管4装入后仍有合理间距。
另一种结构是在水箱中段2-1的两端横向焊接安装座2-5,所述安装座2-5上制有2条细长槽,横向距离约4至6公分,中间开有孔,与之相配合还制有2块活动的钢板2-3,所述钢板2-3两端有卡槽在***细长槽后一端可以固定。
所述水箱中段2-1内壁焊接钢板2-3或是在水箱中段2-1上焊接两个安装座2-5,并在其槽内***钢板2-3的二种结构,与水箱中段2-1的内壁之间,组成一个空间,构成为一个非密闭式容器2-7:所述非密闭式容器2-7的空间内置有从端盖2-2上部进入的上电热管4,所述出水管(7-1)上端***非密闭式容器之内,所述上电热管4是通过螺纹和法兰密封固定在端盖2-2上或安装在法兰盖5上,上电热管4加热的水置于非密闭式容器内。
还有一种技术措施是无缝或直径较小的水箱中,所述上电热管4是安装在法兰盖5上,发热段跷高至水箱壁约2至3公分,并在上电热管4的外侧各焊接一块钢板2-3,所述钢板2-3的一端通过连接段焊接固定在法兰盖5的内表面;当上电热管4装入水箱之后,所述2块钢板就靠近水箱内表面,并由水箱中段2-1的内壁及2块钢板2-3构成为一个非密闭式容器2-7;或者在水箱中段2-1上部从内朝外纵向压制出一个高约4公分,宽约4到6公分的凸起,两端盖2-2与其相配合密封焊接制成为整体非密闭式容器2-7。
所述在水箱中段2-1上方焊接钢板2-3或焊接安装座2-5或压制凸起,应在中段2-1与两个端盖2-2拼装之前完成。
所述即热储水式热水器是指将即热和储水二种功能合为一体的热水器,当气温高于A点时水温控制器11使水箱内下电热管3断开,不工作,水箱内不储存热水,放水时直接由功率3.3Kw上电热管4加热,由出水管7-1流出,实现即热式热水器功能;当气温低于A点时,进入水箱的水由下电热管3加热,由水温控制器11按不同气温逐步提高温度,对水箱内的水作预热,但并不需要常年按75°C的标准预热,水箱内只需按气温15°C时预热至35°C,气温10°C时,预热至55°C气温6°C预热至65°C;放水时由上电热4加热,使放出的热水比水箱内的水,温度要提高十几度,经过混水后使用,实现增容若干倍的储水式热水器功能,因此将二种功能合为一体;所述增容若干倍,是指气温25°C时,无限增容,气温15°C预热至75°C时,增容是水箱容量的6倍以上。
所述在进水口6安装有水流开关9,是在水流开关上安装一个微动开关9-4,所述微动开关上9-4上,有静触点9-1和静触点9-2,动触点9-3,无水流动时,动触点9-1和9-3在内部接触,通过水温控制器11与下电热管3接通,水温未达到设定温度时下电热管3工作;放水时动触点3转换与静触点2接通,上电热管4即刻接通,停止放水时断开;所述上电热管4不参加对水箱中的水进水进行预热;若水流开关9是水流传感器,则通过显示器和线路板12,分别接通上电热管4或下电热管3;电源线为1.5MM²时上电热管4和下电热管3,不能同时接通。
本发明的有益效果是气温高于A点时水箱内不储存热水,水箱内上电热管4对流过非密闭式容器2-7的水加热,是即热式热水器;气温低于A点时为储水式热水器,二者合为一体成为即热储水式热水器。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进行说明,附图中,外壳1、水箱2、非密闭式容器2-7、下电热管3、上电热管4、法兰盖5、进水口6、出水口7、出水管7-1、水8、水流开关9、堵盖10、水温控制器11、显示器和线路板12。
图1是即热储水式热水器卧式结构图,水箱上电热管4装在非密闭式容器2-7内,下电热管3通过法兰盖5安装在水箱下部,气温高于A点时断开,不工作,水箱内不储存热水;气温低于A点时负责对水箱内的水进行预热;图2是双水箱,上电热管4安装在法兰盖5上,所述2块钢板在上电热管4上的两侧,通过连接段焊接固定在法兰盖5上或将2块钢板焊接在水箱中段上效果相同;图3水箱是立式,上电热管4和非密闭式容器2-7均焊接在法兰盖5上,如果将钢板2-3弯曲成圆形,直接焊接在法兰孔内边,效果相同。
综合附图,本专利申请在水箱内焊接构成非密闭式容器2-7,解决了储水式热水器长期解决不了的难题:1.一年中约1/2的时间,水箱内不要储存热水,下电热管3不工作,故不易结水垢,下电热管3寿命也延长一倍以上,而且水箱内为冷水时,仅用3.3Kw的低功率就能即时放出40度的热水,任何家庭均可安装,实现大众化;2.当气温低于A点时,水箱内的水是根据气温逐步提高预热温度,放水时又经过上电发管4再加热,因此产热水总量成倍增加;3.特别节能,气温在A点以上时,水箱内不加热,用热水时,只用约3.3Kw的功率加热,用多少水,加热多少;即使气温低到约15℃时,水箱内的水也只需要预热至30多度就可以,这温度全年约在2/3以上,因此本即热储水式热水器与现有各种电热水器相比,全年省电约1/2。
所述气温A点(约25℃至15℃)是自我设定的数字,用于区分本文的即热式和储水式工作状态,地区不同数字不同;气温A点是个变数,例如A点为25℃时,上电热管4的功率为3.3Kw时放水即热,当气温降至15℃时,预热调至30°C才能实现即热出水;气温降至6°C时预热要调至65°C,才能在上电热管4加热时,水箱内已预热的水可保证二次循环时使用,即放水箱容量二倍的热水;建议设定A点为25℃,水箱中是冷水时只需约3.3Kw就能连续不断放出大于40℃的热水,结构相对简单;当气温低于A点时,水箱内只需按气温预热至35℃或50℃或65℃;尽管水箱内储存的水温不高,但放水时又通过上电热管4加热,因此增加出热水总量,成为即热储水式热水器。
所述在进水口6还装有水流开关9,图示为微动开关9-4也包括水流传感器,改变触点就实现有水流通过时,上电热管即时接通,水停止流动即刻断开;对于电线截面积2.5MM²,下电热管3和上电热管4,可同时接通。

Claims (6)

1.即热储水式热水器,包括外壳(1)、水箱(2),下电热管(3)、上电热管(4)、所述水箱(2)由中段(2-1)、2个端盖(2-2)制成,其特征在于:水箱下部有进水口(6)、出水口(7),上方180°的方位处在水箱中段(2-1)内壁纵向焊接2块钢板(2-3)、所述钢板(2-3)与水箱壁接触,留有间隙(2-4),所述间隙(2-4)、是确保搪瓷时搪瓷材料能顺畅流通到覆盖在任何细微表面;或者在水箱中段(2-1)两端,横向焊接2个安装座(2-5),所述安装座(2-5)上,制有2条细长槽,中部有孔,还制有2块活动钢板(2-3),所述钢板(2-3)两端制有卡槽,把钢板***安装座细长槽内后,一端可以固定;上述两种结构的2块钢板(2-3)与水箱中段(2-1)的内壁构成一个非密闭式容器(2-7)。
2.即热储水式热水器,其特征在于;所述上电热管(4)是安装在法兰盖(5)上,上电热管(4)外侧焊接钢板(2-3),所述钢板(2-3)一端通过连接段焊接固定在法兰盖(5)的内表面,所述钢板(2-3)与水箱中段(2-1)内表面或法兰盖(5)的内表面构成非密闭式容器(2-7);或者在水箱中段2-1上部从内朝外纵向压制出一个凸起,两端盖(2-2)与其相配合密封焊接制成整体非密闭式容器(2-7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述即热储水式热水器,其特征在于;所述非密闭式容器(2-7)的空间内置有上电热管(4)所述出水管(7-1)上端***非密闭式容器之内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述即热储水式热水器,其特征在于;所述在进水口(6)安装有水流开关(9)放水时上电热管(4)即刻接通,停止放水时断开,所述上电热管(4)不参加对水箱的水进行预热;电源线为1.5MM²时,上电热管(4)和下电热管(3),不能同时接通。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述即热储水式热水器,其特征在于;所述上电热管(4)
是用螺纹或法兰安装在端盖(2-2)上或安装在法兰盖(5)上;所述上电热管(4)发热部位置于非密闭式容器(2-7)的空间内。
6.一种如权利要求1至5任何所述即热储水式热水器的加热控制方法,其特征在于;将即热和储水两种功能合为一体,当气温高于A点时水箱内不储存热水,放水时直接用装在非密闭式容器(2-7)内的上电热管(4)即时加热。
