Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-sided adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of double-sided adhesive tapes.
Background
Polytetrafluoroethylene, commonly known as "plastic king", is a high molecular compound formed by polymerizing tetrafluoroethylene, and has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing property, high lubrication non-adhesiveness, electrical insulation property and good ageing resistance. Therefore, the polytetrafluoroethylene is widely applied to the fields of national defense and military industry, atomic energy, petroleum, radio, electric power machinery, chemical industry and the like.
The adhesive tape can be divided into a high-temperature adhesive tape, a double-sided adhesive tape, an insulating adhesive tape, a special adhesive tape, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and a die-cutting adhesive tape according to the effects of the adhesive tape, the adhesive tapes with different effects are suitable for different industrial requirements, and the adhesive tape which can be provided in the market at present can be used for the framework bonding of various materials such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramic and the like, and also has wide application in the electronic field, such as the double-sided adhesive tape used for bonding other components on a mainboard such as PFC (power factor correction) or PBC and the like.
However, polytetrafluoroethylene has an ultra-low surface property, and the conventional common double-sided tape is difficult to adhere to the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the polytetrafluoroethylene and the tape are poor in effect when combined for use, and the application cost of polytetrafluoroethylene is increased. In order to reduce the application cost of polytetrafluoroethylene, a double-sided adhesive capable of firmly adhering to polytetrafluoroethylene is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

In order to achieve the above objects, in one aspect, the present invention provides a double-sided tape and a method for preparing the same, comprising the steps of:
measuring high-viscosity silica gel water, modified high-viscosity silica gel water and bottom coating glue, and sequentially filtering for later use;
uniformly coating high-viscosity silica gel water on the first surface of the PET film, and heating to complete the first curing;
attaching the first fluoroplastic film to the first surface coated with the high-viscosity silicon glue;
uniformly coating the first-coating glue on the first surface of the PET film, and heating to complete the first curing;
uniformly coating the modified high-viscosity silicon glue on the second surface of the PET film coated with the base coating glue, heating and drying, and continuing to heat to finish third curing;
attaching the second fluorine plastic film to the second surface coated with the modified high-viscosity silicon glue;
the steps are all finished in a dust-free room.
Further, the high-viscosity silicon glue comprises the following components: 80-100 parts of vinyl polysiloxane, 50-80 parts of methyl vinyl MQ resin, 1-3 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1-2 parts of amino silane coupling agent, 1-2 parts of divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane platinum-gold complex and 100-200 parts of organic solvent.
Further, the coating thickness of the high-viscosity silicon glue is 10 +/-0.5 mu m.
Further, the modified high-viscosity silicon glue comprises the following components: 50-150 parts of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, 1-10 parts of Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) and 20-50 parts of toluene.
Further, the coating thickness of the modified high-viscosity silicon glue is 50 +/-0.5 mu m.
Further, the drying temperature is 80-90 ℃; the temperature of the third curing is 170-200 ℃.
Further, the primer glue comprises the following components: 80-100 parts of primer solution, 1-2 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.5-1 part of amino silane coupling agent, 1-2 parts of divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane platinum complex and 200-300 parts of organic solvent.
Further, the coating thickness of the primer glue is 0.5 +/-0.2 mu m.
On the other hand, the invention provides a double-sided silica gel adhesive tape, which is prepared by adopting the preparation method of the double-sided silica gel adhesive tape; the coating comprises a first fluoroplastic film layer, a high-viscosity silica gel layer, a PET film layer, a bottom coating, a modified high-viscosity silica gel layer and a second fluoroplastic film layer which are tightly attached in sequence.
Further, the thickness of the first fluoroplastic film layer and the thickness of the second fluoroplastic film layer are both 25 +/-0.5 microns;
the thickness of the high-viscosity silica gel layer is 10 +/-0.5 mu m;
the thickness of the PET film layer is 25 +/-0.5 mu m;
the thickness of the bottom coating is 0.5 +/-0.2 mu m;
the thickness of the modified high-viscosity silica gel layer is 50 +/-0.5 mu m.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the first surface of the PET film is uniformly coated with the high-viscosity silicon glue, so that the manufactured double-sided adhesive tape can firmly adhere to the PC board; the first coating of the base coating glue is firstly carried out, and then the modified high-viscosity silica gel is coated, so that the modified high-viscosity silica gel can be better cured on the second surface of the PET film; and curing the modified high-viscosity silica gel into a modified high-viscosity silica gel layer by two-time stepwise temperature rise, so that the prepared double-sided adhesive can firmly adhere to the polytetrafluoroethylene.
The polytetrafluoroethylene can be firmly adhered by preparing the double-sided adhesive tape comprising the first fluoroplastic film layer, the high-viscosity silica gel layer, the PET film layer, the bottom coating, the modified high-viscosity silica gel layer and the second fluoroplastic film layer.

And (3) attaching the second fluorine plastic film to the second surface coated with the modified high-viscosity silicon glue, namely finishing the manufacture of the double-sided adhesive tape, wherein the peel strength detection result of the adhesive tape is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 180 ℃ peel strength test result (gf/in) of double-sided adhesive tape
Experiments show that the 180-degree peel strength of the modified high-viscosity silica gel layer phase is far higher than that of the high-viscosity silica gel layer, the peel strength of the modified high-viscosity silica gel layer is obviously increased along with the prolonging of the adhesion time, and on the contrary, the peel strength of the high-viscosity silica gel layer is gradually reduced along with the prolonging of the adhesion time.
In summary, it can be seen from the examples that when the modified high-viscosity silicone adhesive is prepared from 100 parts by weight of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, 5 parts by weight of the benzoyl peroxide BPO, and 35 parts by weight of the toluene, and is cured by heating for the second time, the modified high-viscosity silicone layer has the maximum peel strength, and the peel strength is significantly improved when the aged modified high-viscosity silicone layer is adhered with the polytetrafluoroethylene.
When the high-viscosity silicon glue is prepared from 90 parts by weight of vinyl polysiloxane, 65 parts by weight of methyl vinyl MQ resin, 2 parts by weight of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1.5 parts by weight of amino silane coupling agent, 1.5 parts by weight of divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane platinum-gold complex and 150 parts by weight of organic solvent, and the high-viscosity silicon glue layer has the maximum peel strength when cured by heating.
Therefore, the polytetrafluoroethylene can be firmly adhered by the double-sided adhesive tape with the high-viscosity silica gel layer and the modified high-viscosity silica gel layer.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
