The application discloses lightning arrester on-line monitoring device that easy change of uninterrupted power supply includes: the device comprises a device main body, a first monitor and a second monitor; the first monitor and the second monitor are both arranged in the device main body, and both the first monitor and the second monitor comprise: a leakage ammeter and at least two connectors; the upper end and the lower extreme of leakage ampere meter are connected respectively to two connectors, and include: a fixed contact, a movable contact and a copper column; the fixed contact is arranged in the device main body; the moving contact is arranged on the copper column; the copper column is connected with the leakage ammeter; the static contact at the upper end of the leakage ammeter is connected with a leakage current lead of the lightning arrester; the static contact at the lower end of the leakage ammeter is connected with a grounding wire; the movable contact and the fixed contact in the first monitor are in pluggable connection; and the movable contact in the second monitor is disconnected with the fixed contact. Through setting up first monitor and second monitor, when needs maintenance change, install the second monitor on the static contact through its moving contact, realize not having a power failure and change first monitor.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of lightning arrester monitoring devices, in particular to an online lightning arrester monitor device which is easy to replace without power failure.
Background
At present, an outdoor on-line monitor of 35kV and above mainly has two mounting modes, namely, the on-line monitor of the arrester and the arrester are directly connected with a system, and the on-line monitor of the arrester and the arrester are connected with the system through an isolation disconnecting link; and after the on-line monitor of the lightning arrester runs outdoors for a long time, defects of inaccurate monitoring data, inaccurate card pin, fuzzy mirror surface, incapability of reading and the like possibly occur due to high temperature, aging, sealing failure, damp and the like, and the monitor needs to be replaced.
The replacement mode in the prior art scheme mainly comprises the following steps: aiming at the first mode, the on-line monitor of the lightning arrester is replaced in a power failure, namely the on-line monitor of the lightning arrester is replaced in a power failure; for the second mode, two small knife switches are additionally arranged in front of the on-line monitor of the lightning arrester, the first knife switch is arranged between the lightning arrester and the on-line monitor of the lightning arrester, and the second knife switch is arranged between the lightning arrester and the grounding body; when the lightning arrester is in normal operation, the first disconnecting link is closed, the second disconnecting link is opened, and leakage current of the lightning arrester flows through an on-line monitor of the lightning arrester to monitor the leakage current of the lightning arrester; when the on-line monitor of the lightning arrester needs to be replaced, the second disconnecting link is closed, the first disconnecting link is pulled open, and at the moment, the lightning arrester is directly grounded and isolated from the on-line monitor of the lightning arrester.
For the first mode of replacement, the lightning arrester cannot be put into use during power failure, so that the main equipment loses overvoltage protection; for the second mode, there is a requirement for the operation sequence of the knife switch, and if the operation sequence is wrong, personal safety accidents may be caused.

In view of this, the purpose of this application is to provide a lightning arrester on-line monitoring device that does not have a power failure and easily changes for solve current lightning arrester on-line monitoring ware and can't give attention to the problem that does not have a power failure and personal risk is lower when needs change.
For achieving the technical purpose, the application provides an online lightning arrester monitor device easy to replace without power outage, comprising: the device comprises a device main body, a first monitor and a second monitor;
the first monitor and the second monitor are both disposed within the device body, and both include: a leakage ammeter and at least two connectors;
the two connectors are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the leakage ammeter, and comprise: a fixed contact, a movable contact and a copper column;
the fixed contact is fixed in the device main body;
the movable contact is arranged on the copper column;
the copper column is connected with the leakage ammeter;
the static contact at the upper end of the leakage ammeter is connected with a leakage current lead of the lightning arrester;
the static contact at the lower end of the leakage ammeter is connected with a ground wire;
the movable contact and the fixed contact in the first monitor are in pluggable connection;
and the movable contact and the fixed contact in the second monitor are disconnected.
Further, the connector further comprises a fixing plate and a connecting sheet;
the fixing plate is fixedly arranged in the device main body, and the fixing plate is provided with a mounting hole;
the connecting piece is installed on the mounting hole, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the ammeter, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the copper column.
Further, the connecting sheet is concave, and a concave cavity is formed in the middle of the connecting sheet;

By arranging the first monitor and the second monitor, the moving contact in the first monitor can be arranged on the static contact during normal use, and the moving contact in the second monitor is pulled out to be separated from the static contact; when maintenance and replacement are needed, the moving contact in the second monitor is arranged on the static contact, so that the first monitor can be replaced without power failure, and the process is convenient and safe; correspondingly, when the second monitor needs to be maintained and replaced, a new monitor is installed in the device main body and the moving contact and the fixed contact of the new monitor are connected, so that the uninterrupted power supply replacement of the second monitor can be completed, and the problems that the uninterrupted power supply and the lower personal risk cannot be considered when the existing online monitor of the lightning arrester needs to be replaced are effectively solved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an online lightning arrester monitor device with easy replacement without power outage provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: a device main body 10, a first monitor 11, and a second monitor 12; the first monitor 11 and the second monitor 12 are both disposed in the device body 10, and both include: a leakage ammeter 6 and at least two connectors; the two connectors are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the leakage ammeter 6, and comprise: a fixed contact 1, a movable contact 2 and a copper column 3; the fixed contact 1 is fixed in the device main body 10; the moving contact 2 is arranged on the copper column 3; the copper column 3 is connected with a leakage ammeter 6; the static contact 1 positioned at the upper end of the leakage ammeter 6 is connected with a leakage current lead of the lightning arrester; the static contact at the lower end of the leakage ammeter 6 is connected with a ground wire; the movable contact 2 in the first monitor 11 is in pluggable connection with the fixed contact 1; the moving contact 2 in the second monitor 12 is disconnected from the fixed contact 1. The copper column 3 can play a role in supporting while playing a role in conducting connection; the apparatus body 10 may be a case or the like.

As a further improvement, the connector also comprises a fixing plate 5 and a connecting sheet 7; the fixed plate 5 is fixedly installed in the device main body 10, and the fixed plate 5 is provided with an installation hole 51; the connecting piece 7 is mounted on the mounting hole 51, and one end is connected with the leakage ammeter 6, and the other end is connected with the copper column 3.

When both travel switches are pressed, the electromagnet connected with the corresponding monitor is powered off, and the corresponding monitor can be replaced at the moment; when any travel switch is not pressed, the electromagnet is electrified and cannot be replaced, so that a safety protection effect is achieved, and the risk of misoperation of staff is reduced.

the fixed contact is fixed in the device main body;
the movable contact is arranged on the copper column;
the copper column is connected with the leakage ammeter;
the static contact at the upper end of the leakage ammeter is connected with a leakage current lead of the lightning arrester;
the static contact at the lower end of the leakage ammeter is connected with a ground wire;
the movable contact and the fixed contact in the first monitor are in pluggable connection;
the movable contact in the second monitor is disconnected with the fixed contact;
the connector also comprises a fixing plate and a connecting sheet;
the fixing plate is fixedly arranged in the device main body, and the fixing plate is provided with a mounting hole;
the connecting piece is installed on the mounting hole, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the leakage ammeter, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the copper column.
