The rollers 6-1 are respectively arranged up and down and are fixed on the hopper through connecting sleeves 6-2 and bolts 6-3; the connecting sleeve 6-2 is slightly longer than the roller 6-1, and the roller 6-1 can freely rotate on the connecting sleeve 6-2; the inner diameter of the roller 6-1 is smaller than the outer circle of the end of the bolt 6-3, so that the roller 6-1 is prevented from falling off; the two rollers 6-1 which are arranged up and down can rotate freely, the distance between the outermost edges of the two rollers is smaller than the diameter of the rope 4, and the rope 4 is ensured to move between the two rollers all the time; wherein, the diameter of the two ends of the roller 6-1 is large, the diameter of the middle is small, and the rope 4 is convenient to position.
When the hopper of the paver is unfolded, the baffle 7 is in a folded state and has the lowest height; when the hopper of the paver is folded, the rope 4 moves on the roller 6-1 to drive the baffle 7 to be slowly unfolded until the hopper of the paver is folded, and the height of the baffle 7 is the highest, so that the material is effectively prevented from being scattered.
In some embodiments, the width of the baffle 7 is the same as that of the storage bin, and the design can ensure good material blocking effect and reduce the possibility of collision with a skip car.
