Description

Degerming and mite-killing method for clothes treatment equipment and clothes treatment equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a degerming and mite-killing method for clothes treatment equipment and the clothes treatment equipment.
Background
Along with the change of life style and the enhancement of health consciousness of Chinese people, the demand of the public on the clothes dryer is gradually shown. The heat pump circulating system mainly comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttle valve, an evaporator and the like. After the clothes dryer is started, wet air in the air duct passes through the condenser and absorbs heat emitted by the condenser under the drive of the circulating fan, the temperature of the wet air rises, the relative humidity of the wet air is reduced, the wet air enters the drying drum, heat is released to clothes in the drying drum, the temperature of the clothes rises, steam is released and absorbed by the wet air, the temperature of the wet air is reduced, the relative humidity of the wet air is increased, and then the wet air is cooled and dehumidified through the evaporator to complete a drying cycle. The dryer generally heats air through a condenser of a heat pump system, and an evaporator dehumidifies circulating air to dry the clothes.
With the popularization of the clothes dryer, people put new requirements on the use of the clothes dryer, wherein the requirements on the safety and the sanitation of the clothes dryer are included, if the clothes dryer cannot be thoroughly sterilized in the process of using the clothes dryer, bacterial infection is easily caused or other diseases are easily caused, and the health of people is threatened. Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The most suitable survival temperature of the mites is 17-30 ℃, and when the temperature is higher than 55 ℃, the mites can not survive after the heating time lasts for more than 10 minutes. Staphylococcus aureus has low heat resistance and is completely killed by heating at 70 deg.C or more for several minutes. Coli can be inactivated for a large part by heating at 55 ℃ for 60 minutes or 60 ℃ for 15 minutes. Therefore, when the drying temperature reaches above 70 ℃ during the drying operation of the clothes treatment equipment, common bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and the like can be easily removed.
The embodiment provides a degerming and mite-killing method for clothes treatment equipment, which comprises the following steps of:

When the clothes treatment equipment receives a drying instruction, the control motor and the heat pump system are started, the heat pump system starts to heat air, the heated air circularly enters the inside of the roller, the clothes in the inside of the roller are dried, the air inlet temperature Th in the roller 1 starts to rise, and as shown in fig. 3, the rising time period of the air inlet temperature Th is as follows: 0 to t 1.
S2, adjusting the temperature Th of the inlet air in the roller to be within a first temperature range delta T by controlling the exhaust temperature of the compressor and/or the outlet temperature of the condenser;
when the air inlet temperature Th in the roller reaches the lower limit value of the first temperature range delta T, the mites in the roller can be guaranteed to be unable to live, and common bacteria lose activity. The lower limit of the first temperature range Δ T is set according to the critical inactivation temperature of mites and bacteria. and when the second set temperature T2 and the third set temperature T3 reach the first temperature range delta T according to the air inlet temperature Th, the air exhaust temperature of the compressor and the outlet temperature of the condenser at the corresponding moment are set.
When the discharge temperature Tp of the compressor reaches the second set temperature T2, and/or the condenser outlet temperature Tc reaches the third set temperature T3, it is indicated that the intake air temperature Th in the drum may reach above the lower limit value of the first temperature range T1.
When the discharge temperature Tp of the compressor does not reach the second set temperature T2 and/or the condenser outlet temperature Tc does not reach the third set temperature T3, indicating that the inlet air temperature Th in the drum is lower than the lower limit value of the first temperature range DeltaT, the discharge temperature Tp and/or the condenser outlet temperature Tc of the compressor should be prevented from decreasing to raise the inlet air temperature in the drum.

Furthermore, when the inlet air temperature Th is close to or greater than the upper limit value of the first temperature range Δ T, the exhaust temperature of the compressor can be reduced by turning on the cooling fan, or the exhaust temperature of the compressor can be reduced by reducing the operating frequency of the compressor, so that the inlet air temperature Th in the drum is reduced to maintain Th in the first temperature range Δ T, and the clothes in the drum cannot be damaged due to overhigh temperature; when the air inlet temperature Th is close to or lower than the lower limit value of the first temperature range delta T, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is stopped to be cooled or the exhaust temperature of the compressor is increased by closing the cooling fan or increasing the running frequency of the compressor, and then the air inlet temperature Th in the roller is increased to maintain the Th in the first temperature range delta T, so that the sterilization and mite removal effects in the roller are ensured.
S23, keeping the cooling fan in the off state or the compressor running at the current set frequency, the laundry treating apparatus continues to run at the current state while continuously detecting the discharge air temperature Tp and/or the condenser outlet temperature Tc of the compressor, and returns to step S21 until the discharge air temperature Tp of the compressor reaches the second set temperature T2 and/or the condenser outlet temperature Tc reaches the third set temperature T3, and then step S22 is performed.
S3, controlling the air inlet temperature Th to be within a first temperature range delta T and maintaining the first time length delta T.
The first time period Δ t is set according to high temperature resistance of mites or common bacteria, and preferably, Δ t ═ t2-t1And the first time period delta t is set to be more than or equal to 40min, so that the mites can not survive and common bacteria are inactivated.
