The advantage that sets up like this is, when hoisting half frame and another half frame and assembling, can directly misplace and draw close, can not lead to the difficult embedding of aiming at of connection piece on another half frame because the interval between the connection piece of both sides is limited, convenient assembling.

1. A combined tower crane standard knot is characterized by comprising a first half frame and a second half frame with side openings, wherein the first half frame and the second half frame are connected through the side openings and are jointly spliced into a frame body of the tower crane standard knot; during specific assembly, the first half frame and the second half frame are fixedly connected through corresponding connecting pieces.

The modular tower crane standard knot of claim 1, wherein the first half-frame comprises: the first main chords are two, the first cross web members and the first oblique web members are connected between the two first main chords and at the same side of the two first main chords, first vertical rods are fixed at the side parts of the first main chords, the far ends of the first cross web members and the first oblique web members, and first connecting pieces are arranged on the first vertical rods;
the second half frame includes: the two main chords are connected with each other at the same side of the two main chords, a second transverse web member and a second oblique web member, a second vertical rod is fixed at the side part of the second main chord, the far end of the second transverse web member and the far end of the second oblique web member, and a second connecting piece is arranged on the second vertical rod;
when the first half frame and the second half frame are assembled into a frame body, the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod lean against each other, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are matched with each other, and then the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are fixed together.

The combined tower crane standard knot according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece each comprise a fixing portion and a connecting portion, the fixing portion is fixed with the corresponding vertical rod, the connecting portion protrudes from the fixing portion, and each connecting portion is provided with a plurality of connecting holes;
when the two vertical rods are close to each other, the two fixing parts are aligned, and the two connecting parts protrude from different sides of the two fixing parts, so that the two connecting parts are in staggered fit; and connecting and fixing the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece by using bolts penetrating through the mutually matched connecting holes.
4. The combined tower crane standard knot as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first connecting member on the first vertical rod is provided at three positions, respectively provided at the middle part and both ends of the first vertical rod;
the second connecting pieces on the second vertical rod are also provided with three positions which are respectively arranged in the middle and two ends of the second vertical rod and are in one-to-one correspondence with the first connecting pieces.

The combined tower crane standard knot as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first vertical rod is a two-segment vertical rod welded to the first connecting member at the middle portion; the first cross web members positioned on one side of the first main chord member comprise three parts, namely an upper part, a middle part and a lower part, which are respectively connected between the fixing parts of the first connecting pieces at the three parts and the first main chord member; the first inclined web member positioned on one side of the first main chord member is connected between the fixing part of the first connecting piece positioned in the middle and the first main chord member;
the second vertical rod is a two-section vertical rod welded with the second connecting piece in the middle; the second cross web members positioned on one side of the second main chord member comprise three upper, middle and lower cross web members which are respectively connected between the fixing parts of the second connecting pieces at three positions and the second main chord member; the second cross web member positioned in the middle is connected between the fixing part of the second connecting piece positioned in the middle and the second main chord member; the second oblique web member positioned on one side of the second main chord member is connected between the fixing part of the second connecting piece positioned on the middle part and the second main chord member.

The combined tower crane standard knot according to claim 2, wherein a first transition piece is arranged on the first main chord member, and the first cross web member and the first diagonal web member are respectively connected with the first main chord member through the corresponding first transition piece;
and the second main chord is provided with a second transition piece, and the second transverse web member and the second oblique web member are respectively connected with the second main chord through the corresponding second transition piece.

The assembling method of the combined tower crane standard knot is characterized in that the assembling method is used for splicing a first half frame and a second half frame with openings on the side surfaces into a frame body of the tower crane standard knot; the method comprises the following steps: 1) laying one of the first half frame and the second half frame horizontally with an opening facing upwards, 2) lifting the other of the first half frame and the second half frame with the opening facing downwards; 3) and aligning the first half frame and the second half frame, and then screwing the bolt and locking the connecting piece to obtain a complete frame body.

The assembling method of the combined tower crane standard knot as claimed in claim 8, wherein a plurality of connecting pieces which protrude outwards from the opening and are offset to one side are arranged on the first half frame and the second half frame; the offset directions of the connecting pieces on the first half frame are the same, and the offset directions of the connecting pieces on the second half frame are opposite to the offset directions of the connecting pieces on the first half frame.
