The working principle is as follows: the sorting plate of the acceleration feeding device is in a reset state, and the acceleration feeding pepper stem removing machine is started. The dried peppers to be removed with the handles are added into the feeding disc from the hopper of the feeding disc of the feeding device, and after being sequenced by the feeding disc, most of the dried peppers forming the dried pepper flow enter the longitudinal material channel from the discharge hole of the feeding disc with the handle parts facing forwards. Because the longitudinal material channel is in an inclined state that one end close to the upper material disc is high and the other end far away from the upper material disc is low, and the vibration excitation of the upper material disc is added, the hot pepper dry flow can move forwards along the longitudinal material channel.
When the hot pepper main flow passes through the sorting device, if the posture is correct, namely the handle part is forward, the hot pepper main flow passes through the sorting device normally; if the gesture is wrong, namely the handle part faces backwards, the sorting cylinder drives the sorting plate fixed at the tail end of the cylinder rod to quickly push out the hot pepper stem with the wrong gesture to the upper part of the longitudinal material channel, and the high-speed airflow blown out by the sorting head is blown into a material receiving box (not shown in the figure) at one side of the longitudinal material channel. Because the blade of accelerating pulley of accelerating device adopts elastic material to make, consequently when the hot pepper is flowed through accelerating device futilely, the accelerating pulley can compress tightly the hot pepper under the prerequisite that is unlikely to dry hot pepper crushing. Because the linear velocity direction that accelerating pulley of accelerating device is close to the generating line of vertical material passageway tank bottom one side is the same with the traffic direction of hot pepper stem flow, the linear velocity of accelerating pulley generating line is greater than the traffic speed of hot pepper stem flow, and each accelerating pulley is from being close to sorting device one side to keeping away from the rotational speed of sorting device one side and increasing, consequently accelerating pulley of accelerating device gives hot pepper stem flow after accelerating for hot pepper stem flow accelerates forward.
Because the transverse material channel and the longitudinal material channel of the feeding device are far away from the end connecting end of the feeding disc, namely the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end of the transverse material channel is bent towards the direction far away from the U-shaped opening, a wedge angle is formed between the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end of the transverse material channel and the outer surface of the lower section of the upper synchronous belt, and hot pepper dry flow accelerated by the accelerating device can easily enter the large wedge angle end formed by the transverse material channel and the lower section of the synchronous belt. The dried peppers entering the big end of the wedge angle at a high speed are prevented from jumping out of the transverse material channel due to the blocking of the U-shaped side plate and the baffle plate of the transverse material channel, and the handle parts of the dried peppers are jumped out of the transverse material channel from the gap between the U-shaped side plate and the baffle plate of the transverse material channel. Because the outer surface of the synchronous belt made of the elastic material has a relatively large friction coefficient, the hot pepper dry flow entering the large wedge angle end can be driven to move towards the small wedge angle end; because the design distance between the inner surface of the U-shaped groove bottom of the non-bent part of the transverse material channel and the outer surface of the lower section of the synchronous belt is smaller than the diameter of the dried peppers, the elasticity of the synchronous belt is utilized to press the dried peppers to the U-shaped groove bottom of the transverse material channel on the premise of not crushing the dried peppers, and the hot peppers move towards one end far away from the longitudinal material channel under the driving action of the synchronous belt.
Because the movable knife edge of the blade is attached to the fixed knife edge at the outer upper edge of the U-shaped side plate with the lower transverse material channel, and the cutting knife which rotates to the upper part of the blade rotates towards one side of the longitudinal material channel, so that shearing actions of a plurality of scissors are formed, and in the process that the chilli dries runs towards the direction far away from the longitudinal material channel under the driving action of the synchronous belt, the handle part extending out of the U-shaped side plate with the lower transverse material channel is cut off by the blade; because the blade is made of nylon, the noise is small in the relative friction process of the blade and the U-shaped side plate with the lower transverse material channel. The finished dried peppers with the handle removed run to the end of the transverse material channel far away from the longitudinal material channel and fall into a material receiving box (not shown in the figure).
Compared with the current situation in the prior art, the invention has high stem removing efficiency because the charging tray is adopted to sort the dried peppers to be stem removed, and the dried peppers are pushed to the subsequent stem removing device after forming the 'dried pepper flow'; because the sorting device is arranged to remove the dried peppers with wrong postures, only the dried peppers with the handle parts facing forwards can be continuously pushed forwards, and the quality of the dried peppers is improved; because the blades of the accelerating wheels are made of elastic materials, and the rotating speed of each accelerating wheel along the running direction of the pepper stem flow is higher and higher, the possibility of crushing the pepper stems can be reduced, the pepper stem flow can be accelerated and pushed forward, and the production efficiency is further improved; the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end of the transverse material channel is bent downwards, so that a wedge angle is formed between the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end and the upper synchronous belt, and the pepper dry flow is accelerated and propelled to the transverse material channel; because the design distance between the elastic synchronous belt and the transverse material channel is smaller than the diameter of the dried peppers, the dried peppers are pressed to the transverse material channel on the premise of not crushing the dried peppers, and a foundation is laid for smoothly removing stems; because the movable blade is jointed with the fixed blade, the shearing action of a plurality of scissors is formed, thereby greatly improving the handle removing efficiency; because the blade is made of nylon, the noise in the friction process is greatly reduced.
