In order to improve the stability of the sealing element 4 when the wire passing hole is sealed, the sealing element 4 is provided with a plug pin 42 connected with the connecting bridge 41, and the plug pin 42 is clamped with the stator 1, so that the assembly is convenient; meanwhile, the pins 42 can enable the wires 3 to be in close contact with the stator 1, and the sealing performance between the wires 3 and the stator 1 is enhanced.

In some embodiments, the stator 1 is provided with an outlet slot 11 for leading out the conducting wire 3, and the conducting wire 3 is arranged in the outlet slot 11; the pin 42 is sealed in a gap between the lead wire 3 and the side wall of the outlet groove 11.
The pin 42 is arranged in a gap between the lead 3 and the side wall of the outlet groove 11, so that the gap between the left part and the right part of the outlet groove 11 is filled, and the whole sealing performance is improved.
In some embodiments, the stator 1 is provided with a mounting hole 12, an open end of the mounting hole 12 is disposed on a sidewall of the outlet slot 11, and an extending direction of the mounting hole 12 and an extending direction of the outlet slot 11 form a preset angle; the pins 42 are inserted into the mounting holes 12.
The pins 42 and the mounting holes 12 are inserted in a crossed manner, so that the connecting bridge 41 can effectively make sealing contact with the lead 3; meanwhile, the length and width of the mounting hole 12 are equivalent to those of the pin 42, and the optimum depth of the mounting hole 12 is slightly deeper than that of the pin 42 when the pin 42 is mounted in place.
In some embodiments, the mounting hole 12 and the pin 42 are provided with a clamping assembly, and the pin 42 is clamped with the stator 1 through the clamping assembly. The pin 42 is provided with a spring plate 43, and the spring plate 43 is provided with a bulge 44 protruding out of the pin 42; the side wall of the mounting hole 12 is provided with a abdicating groove 122 and a recess 123; the process of inserting the pin 42 into the mounting hole 12 is that the elastic sheet 43 slides along the receding groove 122 until the protrusion 44 is correspondingly clamped with the recess 123.
The two pins 42 are respectively provided with a spring plate 43, the spring plate 43 is formed by a groove penetrating through the pins 42 at the periphery, and the groove is in a U shape or an N shape, so that the spring plate 43 can swing to a certain degree. The mounting hole 12 is provided with a recess 123 and a spring 43 relief groove 122.
