When the display device is fixed on the cross beam 20 through the card hanging piece 70, the pushing part 81 is pushed along the length direction of the cross beam 20, so that the pushing part 81 is close to the card hanging piece 70 to slide until the abutting part 82 abuts against the first blocking part 71, the display device can be more stably fixed on the cross beam 20, and the card hanging piece 70 is prevented from being separated from the card hanging hole 24 when the supporting device 100 vibrates; when the display device needs to be disassembled, the pushing portion 81 is pushed along the length direction of the cross beam 20, so that the pushing portion 81 slides away from the clamping piece 70 until the abutting portion 82 is separated from the first blocking portion 71, the clamping piece 70 can be disassembled from the cross beam 20, and the display device can be disassembled.
In some embodiments, the tube sleeve 30 and the beam 20 are formed by cutting the same standard beam to obtain two separate parts, and then processing the two separate parts separately. The two independent portions are a first independent portion for manufacturing the pipe sleeve 30 and a second independent portion for manufacturing the cross member 20, respectively. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating a process of manufacturing the pipe sleeve 30 through the first independent portion. In some embodiments, the standard cross beam has a square shape and is a hollow structure, the standard cross beam is cut along a direction perpendicular to a length direction of the standard cross beam to obtain a first independent portion 96 and a second independent portion (not shown), the first independent portion 96 has a hollow cavity penetrating along an axial direction of the first independent portion 96, two first through holes 961 are opened on the first independent portion 96 along a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the first independent portion 96 to fit one of the sub-columns 11 of the column 10, and two arc-shaped grooves 963 are respectively formed on the side walls 962 where the two first through holes 961 are located, two second side walls 964 of the first side walls 963 perpendicular to the first through holes 961 are folded toward each other so that opposite ends of the arc-shaped grooves 963 approach and contact each other to form a second through hole 965 to fit the other sub-column 11 of the column 10, thereby forming the pipe sleeve 30 as an integral body.
The pipe sleeve 30 and the cross beam 20 are obtained by cutting the same standard cross beam and then processing and manufacturing, so that the manufacturing cost of the supporting device 100 can be reduced, the manufacturing process is simplified, in addition, in some embodiments, the standard cross beam is made of steel or iron, and compared with an aluminum material, the strength of the pipe sleeve 30 can be effectively improved, so that when the supporting device 100 is accidentally collided, the pipe sleeve 30 is not easy to crack and two sub-columns 11 are well fixed.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic partial structural view of the first sub-pillar portion 111 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the first sub-pillar portion 111 of the pillar 10 includes a first upright portion 1111 and a second upright portion 1112, the first upright portion 1111 is fixedly inserted into the pipe sleeve 30, the second upright portion 1112 is inserted into the first upright portion 111 and detachably and fixedly connected to the first upright portion 1111, and the second upright portion 1112 and the second sub-pillar portion 112 are fixedly disposed at an included angle.
Wherein, the first upright portion 1111 and the second upright portion 1112 can be provided with threaded holes, and the first upright portion 1111 and the second upright portion 1112 can be detachably and fixedly connected by screwing bolts into the threaded holes. The first sub-column portion 111 can be disassembled into the first upright portion 1111 and the second upright portion 1112, so that less packaging material is used for packaging the column 10, thereby reducing the packaging cost.
In other embodiments, the first sub-column portion 111 may be integrally formed.
Referring again to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the supporting device 100 further includes a caster 90, and the caster 90 is fixedly connected to an end of the upright 10 facing the supporting surface to facilitate the movement of the upright 10 on the supporting surface.
In some embodiments, the caster 90 includes a mounting portion 901 and a rolling portion 902 that are fixedly connected, the mounting portion 901 is provided with an external thread, the supporting device 100 further includes an elastic gasket 91 and a hard gasket 92, the elastic gasket 91 and the hard gasket 92 are sequentially sleeved on the mounting portion 901, one end of the upright post 10 facing the supporting platform is provided with an internal thread hole, and the mounting portion 901 is inserted into the internal thread hole and is fixedly connected with the upright post 10 in a threaded connection manner.
In some embodiments, the supporting device 100 further comprises at least two pipe plugs 95 for being inserted at the ends of the two sub-columns far from the supporting platform, so as to make the column 10 more beautiful.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a block diagram of a display device 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, the display apparatus 200 includes a display device 110 and the supporting device 100 provided in any of the foregoing embodiments, and the display device 110 is detachably and fixedly connected to the supporting device 100. The display device 110 may be a television, a display screen, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, etc., and the display device 110 may be detachably and fixedly connected to the supporting device 100, and may be fixed on a supporting table through the supporting device 100.
The foregoing is an implementation of the embodiments of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the embodiments of the present application, and these modifications and decorations are also regarded as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A support device for supporting a display device, the support device comprising:
the upright post is used for being arranged on the supporting table surface and comprises two sub upright posts;
a cross member for detachably fixing the display device;
the pipe sleeve is fixedly sleeved on the two sub-columns so as to fix the two sub-columns together to form the column; and
a connecting member; the end part of the beam is fixedly connected with the upright post through the connecting piece, so that the beam is perpendicular to the upright post and is fixedly connected with the upright post.
2. The supporting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two sub-columns each include a first column portion and a second column portion, the first column portion and the second column portion of each sub-column are fixedly disposed at an included angle, the first column portions of the two sub-columns are disposed side by side, the pipe sleeve is fixedly sleeved on the first column portions of the two sub-columns, the second column portions of the two sub-columns are spaced apart in different directions, orthographic projections of the second column portions of the two sub-columns on the supporting table top are respectively located on two sides of a central extension line of the orthographic projection of the cross beam on the supporting table top, and the second column portions of the two sub-columns are used for being disposed on the supporting table top.

The supporting device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least one positioning member, wherein the upright post is provided with at least one first positioning hole, the tube sleeve is provided with at least one second positioning hole, and the positioning member sequentially penetrates through the second positioning hole and the first positioning hole, so that the tube sleeve is sleeved on the fixed position of the upright post.

The support device of claim 1, wherein an end of the beam includes a cavity, the cavity part comprises a connecting cavity wall close to the display device, the connecting cavity wall is provided with a first connecting hole, the connecting piece comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are fixedly connected, the first connecting part is inserted in the cavity part and is provided with a second connecting hole, the supporting device also comprises a fastener, the fastener penetrates through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole and is respectively and fixedly connected with the first connecting part and the connecting cavity wall, so that the cross beam is fixedly connected with the first connecting part, the second connecting portion is inserted into the pipe sleeve along a direction perpendicular to the upright column and is fixedly connected with the upright column, so that the cross beam is perpendicular to and fixedly connected with the upright column.

The supporting device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting device further comprises a clip hanging member, the beam is provided with a clip hanging hole, the clip hanging member comprises a first blocking portion, a hanging portion, a second blocking portion and a fixing portion, the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion are respectively and fixedly arranged on the hanging portion, the second blocking portion is far away from one end of the hanging portion and fixedly connected with the fixing portion, the first blocking portion is clamped into the clip hanging hole and is blocked inside the clip hanging hole, the second blocking portion is blocked outside the clip hanging hole, the hanging portion is clamped on the wall of the clip hanging hole, and the fixing portion is fixedly connected with the display device in a detachable mode.

The support device of claim 5, further comprising a slide lock block, the sliding locking block comprises a butting part and a pushing part which are fixedly connected, the cross beam is provided with a guide hole, the extending direction of the guide hole is parallel to the length direction of the cross beam, the pushing part is positioned at the outer side of the cross beam, the abutting part extends out of the guide hole from the inner side of the cross beam and is fixedly connected with the pushing part, the distance between one end of the abutting part close to the supporting table top and the supporting table top is smaller than the distance between one end of the first blocking part far away from the supporting table top and the supporting table top, the guide hole is used for enabling the pushing part and the abutting part to slide close to the clamping piece along the length direction of the cross beam, and then the abutting part abuts against the first blocking part, so that the clamping and hanging part is fixed on the cross beam.
7. The support device of claim 1, wherein the tube sleeve and the beam are formed by cutting a standard beam to form two separate portions, and machining the two separate portions separately.

The supporting device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first sub-upright portion comprises a first upright portion and a second upright portion, the first upright portion is fixedly inserted into the pipe sleeve, the second upright portion is inserted into the first upright portion and detachably and fixedly connected with the first upright portion, and the second upright portion and the second sub-upright portion are fixedly arranged at an included angle.
9. The support device of claim 1, further comprising a caster wheel fixedly connected to an end of the column facing the support deck to facilitate movement of the column on the support deck.
10. A display device, characterized in that the display device comprises a support means according to any one of claims 1-9 and display means, which display means are detachably fixedly connected to the support means.
