A down-the-hole hammer pipe-following drilling tool comprises a drill bit assembly and more than one drill bit assembly; the drill bit assembly comprises a drill bit, a first drill rod section connected with the drill bit and a first casing pipe section sleeved on the first drill rod section, the drill bit is arranged at the lower end of the first casing pipe section, the lower end of the first drill rod section is fixedly connected with the drill bit, the upper end of the first drill rod section is provided with a butt joint male head, and the first drill rod section is connected with the first casing pipe section through a first connecting piece; the drill rod component comprises a second drill rod section and a second casing pipe section sleeved outside the second drill rod section, the second drill rod section is connected with the second casing pipe section through a second connecting piece, a butt joint female head is arranged at the lower end of the second drill rod section, a butt joint male head is arranged at the upper end of the second drill rod section, and the butt joint male head and the butt joint female head can be connected with each other to transfer torque. Background

As shown in fig. 1, a down-the-hole hammer casing drill for a down-the-hole hammer drill includes a drill bit assembly 1 and more than one drill rod assembly 2, in this embodiment, there are two drill rod assemblies 2, the number of drill rod assemblies 2 can be set according to the length of a drill rod or transportation requirements, and the drill bit assembly 1 and the drill rod assemblies 2 are assembled to form a complete drill rod and a complete casing.

As shown in fig. 3, the drill rod assembly 2 comprises a second drill rod section 23 and a second casing section 21 sleeved outside the second drill rod section 23; the second drill pipe section 23 is connected with the second casing pipe section 21 through a second connecting piece, the second connecting piece comprises a plurality of second supporting plates 22 which are uniformly distributed between the second drill pipe section 23 and the inner wall of the second casing pipe section 21 in a circumferential mode, and a second connecting rod 24 which is arranged between the upper end of the second casing pipe section 21 and the butt male joint 3, the second supporting plates 22 can limit the gap between the second drill pipe section 23 and the second casing pipe section 21, so that the drill pipe is located in the center of the casing pipe, and the first casing pipe section 12 and the first drill pipe section 14 are connected into an integral structure through the first connecting piece; a second slag discharge channel is formed in a gap between the second drill rod section 23 and the second sleeve section 21, and after the drill bit assembly 1 is in butt joint with the drill rod assembly 2, the first slag discharge channel is communicated with the second slag discharge channel; the lower extreme of second drilling rod section 23 is equipped with butt joint female joint 4, the upper end of second drilling rod section 23 is equipped with butt joint male joint 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the male docking head 3 is hexagonal, the female docking head 4 has a hexagonal hole for inserting the male docking head 3, and the male docking head 3 and the female docking head 4 can be connected to each other to transmit torque. In order to ensure the reliability of butt joint, the butt joint male head 3 is connected with the butt joint female head 4 through a bolt after butt joint, so that the butt joint male head 3 is prevented from being separated from the butt joint female head 4, a through hole for the bolt to be checked is formed in the sleeve section, and the bolt can be taken and placed from the through hole.
