In this embodiment, the nozzle control board includes an FPGA data processing module, an input end of the FPGA data processing module is connected to the main control board and the grating reading head respectively, and an output end of the FPGA data processing module is connected to the nozzle and is used for communication of the main control board, reading of grating data, printing of the nozzle, and sending of voltage data.
In this embodiment, the main control board is connected with the nozzle control board through an optical fiber, and sends serial data to the FPGA data processing module.
In this embodiment, the FPGA data processing module includes a processor and a memory, and is configured to store multiple lines of print data and voltage data that are verified to be error-free, and send print area data according to the position of the nozzle.
In this embodiment, the processor of the FPGA data processing module is configured to read a raster pulse of the inkjet printer, analyze a position of the nozzle, and send a nozzle ignition control command to the nozzle.
In this embodiment, the shower nozzle control panel still includes AD conversion module and power amplification module, FPGA data processing module's output loops through AD conversion module and power amplification module and is connected with the shower nozzle for according to shower nozzle driving voltage waveform data, through high-speed AD conversion, power amplification loading to the required voltage waveform of shower nozzle and power demand.

the main control board sends printing serial data, the printing serial data are transmitted into the nozzle plate FPGA through optical fibers, due to the fact that the printing data volume is large, a storage inside the FPGA cannot store all the printing data, and the FPGA receives the data and checks whether the data are wrong or not; and on one hand, the printable data without error check is stored in the DDR to vacate FPGA resources to continue to accept and check the data. The data of the DDR and the FPGA of the spray head control board, which are checked to be correct, can be transmitted in a two-way mode, and if the data are checked to be correct, error information can be fed back to the main control board and sent again. The FPGA reads raster pulses of the ink-jet printer, analyzes the position of the nozzle, sends line scanning data of a printing area according to the position of the nozzle, sends a nozzle ignition control command, and simultaneously loads voltage waveforms required by the nozzle through high-speed AD conversion and power amplification according to nozzle driving voltage waveform data to complete the supply and control of data, waveforms and ink supply of the nozzle.
