The working principle is as follows: the curtain strip is discharged through the material roll on the unwinding frame 9, passes through the material loading frame 6 and enters the pressing device 51, and the curtain strip is pressed and shaped, the curtain strip is pressed and shaped into two folding edges which are arranged in parallel with the cloth feeding direction after passing through a shaping die I52, the two folding edges are attached to the middle part of the curtain strip by a shaping die II 53 to form a honeycomb curtain sheet, then the curtain strip enters a material ironing module 54 for heating and shaping, then enters a glue dispensing module 55 for gluing, then a cooling fan 56 is used for air-drying and cooling the glue of the curtain strip, a compression roller module 57 is used for finally rolling and shaping the curtain strip, after processing and shaping, the curtain strips sequentially pass through a first material passing wheel 84, a second material passing wheel 85 and a third material passing wheel 86 upwards through a guide wheel 88, then enter a storage rack 7 and sequentially pass through a plurality of positioning wheels 72 and a plurality of tensioning wheels 75 which move up and down, and are used for controlling the length of the pull tabs of the curtain strips; then the curtain strip enters the cutting platform 2, at the moment, the movable clamping piece device 12 is positioned at one end close to the feeding frame 6, and a small distance is reserved between the movable clamping piece device 12 and the designated position, meanwhile, the positioning device 14 is matched with the support frame 111 to press and position the curtain strip, the punching device 13 is provided with two holes on the curtain strip, after the punching is finished, the clamping piece device 12 is moved to continuously clamp the curtain strip and stretch the curtain strip for a short distance to reach a specified position, so that the central position between the two holes on the curtain strip corresponds to the position of the knife edge of the material shearing device 15, cutting, finally pushing the cut curtain strips to the stacking platform 3 by the pushing plate 162 driven by the pushing cylinder 161, and simultaneously, the movable clamping piece device 12 moves to one end close to the storage rack 7 again, and the tail end of the cut curtain strip is pulled forwards to the position to be punched, so that the production of the honeycomb curtain is finished in a reciprocating way.
