The disclosed embodiments provide a polishing apparatus. The polishing device comprises the above polishing jig.
The polishing device comprises a polishing disk, a polishing workbench driving device and a grinding layer, wherein the grinding layer comprises a brush, and the driving device is used for driving the brush to polish a product 3 to be polished. The polishing device also comprises a storage table which can swing back and forth along the direction parallel to the polishing disk, so that the product 3 to be polished is driven to move back and forth in the plane parallel to the polishing disk.
When the polishing jig is used for polishing, the brush firstly touches the first part 2201 of the stop block component 2, the brush enters the second part 2202 after the polishing force of the part of the brush is removed by the first part 2201, and one side of the edge of the product 3 to be polished, the middle of the product 3 to be polished and the other side of the product 3 to be polished are polished in sequence. The brush can contact the edge of the product 3 to be polished, and the polishing force of the brush in contact with the edge of the product 3 to be polished is reduced, so that the polishing force of the brush on the edge and the middle of the surface to be polished is basically the same, the brush can uniformly polish the edge and the middle of the product 3 to be polished, and the thickness of the edge of the product 3 to be polished after polishing is the same as the thickness of the middle of the product.
The polishing device can remove the middle of the surface to be polished and the edge of the middle of the surface to be polished, so that the thickness of the edge and the middle of the product 3 to be polished is uniform. The polishing device can also be used for thinning the surface to be polished of the product 3 to be polished to ensure that the thickness of the product reaches the thickness required in practical use.

Claims (10)

1. A polishing jig, comprising:
the bearing assembly is provided with a first end face and two first side faces, the two first side faces are positioned on two opposite sides of the first end face, and the first end face is used for bearing a product to be polished;
the two groups of stop block assemblies are correspondingly arranged on the two first side surfaces of the bearing assembly, each stop block assembly is provided with a second end surface, each second end surface comprises a first part and a second part which are connected with each other, the second part is closer to the bearing assembly relative to the first part, the height of the first part is higher than that of the surface to be polished of the product to be polished, and at least part of the height of the second part is lower than that of the surface to be polished.
2. The polishing jig of claim 1, wherein the second portion is a plane, and a height difference between the second portion and the surface to be polished is 0.2-0.3 mm.
3. The polishing jig of claim 2, wherein a height difference between the first portion and the surface to be polished is less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
4. The polishing jig of claim 1, wherein the width of the second portion is equal to or greater than one third of the width of the second end surface.
5. The polishing jig of claim 1, wherein the length of the second portion is greater than or equal to the dimension of the side of the product to be polished opposite to the stop block assembly.
6. The polishing jig of claim 1, wherein the second portion is a slope, and a height of an end of the second portion close to the stopper assembly is lower than a height of the surface to be polished.
7. The polishing jig of claim 1, wherein the stop assembly comprises:
the first stop block is fixed with the bearing assembly and is provided with a first positioning hole;
the second stop block is arranged on one side, close to the first end face, of the first stop block, and a second positioning hole is formed in the second stop block;
and the positioning pin penetrates through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole to detachably connect the second stop block with the first stop block.
8. The polishing jig of claim 7, wherein the second stopper is made of plastic.
9. The polishing tool of claim 1, wherein the carrier assembly comprises:
the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the two groups of stop block assemblies;
the supporting plate is arranged on one side of the bottom plate and provided with a plurality of first air holes;
the gasket is arranged on one side, away from the bottom plate, of the supporting plate, the end face, away from the supporting plate, of the gasket is the first end face, the gasket is provided with a plurality of second air holes, and the center lines of the second air holes and the center line of the first air hole are located on the same straight line;
and the connecting piece is used for fixedly connecting the gasket, the supporting plate and the bottom plate.
10. A polishing apparatus comprising the polishing jig according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
