After the clamping blocks 3 are arranged in the grooves 21, the relative positions of the two clamping blocks 3 can be adjusted through the screw knob 2; when the screw knob 2 rotates the screw 4, the two clamping blocks 3 can translate in the two straight grooves 21 and move in opposite directions, and the distances from the two clamping blocks 3 to the center of the disc 1 are always equal in the process, so that the flange 6 is clamped in the center of the disc 1.
