And (3) welding the annular repairing part 4 to the eccentric sleeve hole 5 of the roller box by adopting a cold welding technology, and measuring the repaired hole diameter by using a micrometer. After the eccentric sleeve hole of the roller box of the sizing mill is repaired by the scheme, the technical level of the original roller box of the sizing mill is restored by the size of the eccentric sleeve hole, and the using function of the whole roller box of the sizing mill is restored by adopting smaller repairing actions as far as possible.
Since 9 months in 2020 to the present, south steel high-speed wire mills adopt the cold welding technology to repair 4 sizing mill roller box eccentric sleeve holes, wherein 2 sizing mill roller boxes are used for 6 months after being wound, the fixed repair period of the roller box is reached to 6 months, the eccentric sleeve holes are still intact after being wound, and the eccentric sleeve holes can be continuously used after replacing other wearing parts. Other 2 repair roller boxes are also used on line and are normally used at present.
