Step two: the method comprises the steps that real-time data are collected through a remote data collection end, and the real-time data are compared with normal operation data and abnormal operation data to judge the operation state of a power transmission line; extracting a frame of picture in the real-time video image according to the set interval time, carrying out image recognition on the frame of picture by adopting a trained image recognition neural network model, and judging whether potential safety hazards exist in the state of the power transmission line;
step three: and if the judgment result of the second step is abnormal operation and/or potential safety hazard exists, sending an alarm to an operator on duty through the interaction module, and if the judgment result of the second step is to be manually confirmed, prompting the operator on duty to manually confirm and supplementing the normal operation database and the abnormal operation database through the interaction module.
