Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention.
It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant elements of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but could have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a drainage control method of a fuel filter according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment may be applied to a case where automatic drainage is performed by fully considering the influence of different states of a vehicle on the fuel filter, and the method may be performed by a drainage control device of the fuel filter, and the drainage control device of the fuel filter may be implemented in software and/or hardware. The drainage control method of the fuel filter specifically comprises the following steps:
s110, acquiring low water level state information, high water level state information and continuous drainage times of a water level sensor in a fuel filter, and generating a drainage control instruction for controlling a drainage valve according to the low water level state information, the high water level state information and the continuous drainage times.
The fuel filter in this embodiment may be a diesel filter, a gasoline filter, or a natural gas filter. Optionally, the water level sensor in the fuel filter is a three-water level sensor. Furthermore, because the fuel filter is communicated with the oil tank, when the position of a water outlet of a drain valve of the fuel filter is lower than the liquid level of the oil tank, the drainage rate of the drain valve is increased and uncontrollable, and at the moment, the limit water level after drainage is limited by the middle water level of the three-water-level sensor.
In this embodiment, depending on the operating characteristics of the vehicle, the environment in which the vehicle is parked may not allow the fuel filter to drain water in the parked state, for example, the vehicle is parked at a gas station or a grain station, and at this time, the fuel filter needs to be provided with a drainage control module, and the drainage control module selectively drains water from the fuel filter; when the environment that the vehicle stops allows the fuel filter to drain water in the parking state, the fuel filter can be provided with a drainage control module or can be optionally not provided with the drainage control module, and the specific drainage control module is set by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements. Optionally, the drainage control module may be a drainage button or other control modes, and in this embodiment, the fuel filter may be provided with the drainage button or may not be provided with the drainage button.
It can be understood that accumulated water of the fuel filter is automatically discharged when the vehicle stops under the control of the controller of the fuel filter, the controller obtains electricity from the storage battery of the whole vehicle, and the controller is in a dormant state to reduce power consumption when the vehicle stops and is in a non-drainage state.
On the basis, the controller of the fuel filter acquires low water level state information, high water level state information and continuous drainage times of the fuel filter of a water level sensor in the fuel filter, and the controller of the fuel filter generates a drainage control instruction for controlling a drainage valve according to the low water level state information, the high water level state information and the continuous drainage times.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a reset button may be added to the controller of the fuel filter, and the reset button is used to prevent the accumulated water height of the fuel filter from being lower than the low water level probe height of the water level sensor when the fuel filter is used for the first time or the fuel filter is maintained, so as to prevent a malfunction alarm that the drain valve cannot be closed.
Specifically, when the controller of the fuel filter is in a sleep state and all the peripheral devices of the vehicle are in an off state, whether the controller of the fuel filter receives a reset signal or not may be generated by a reset button. When a controller of the fuel filter receives a reset signal, the state of a vehicle part is set to zero, and the controller is set to be in a normal working state and controls a drain valve to be in a closed state; when the controller of the fuel filter does not receive the reset signal, whether the working position information of the engine is that the ignition key is in an ON gear or not is determined, if the working position information of the engine is that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, whether the reset signal is received is detected by the controller of the fuel filter again, if the working position information of the engine is that the ignition key is in the ON gear, the state of the vehicle part is set to zero, and at the moment, the controller is set to be in a normal working state and controls the drain valve to be in a closed state.
On the basis of the embodiment, the drainage control instruction is a drainage starting instruction, and when the controller is in a normal working state and controls the drainage valve to be in a closed state, the controller of the fuel filter acquires low water level state information and high water level state information of a water level sensor in the fuel filter and continuous drainage times of the fuel filter; further, generating a drainage control command for controlling a drainage valve according to the low water level state information, the high water level state information, and the continuous drainage times, includes: and if the low water level state information indicates that the low water level is in a water-existing state, the high water level state information indicates that the high water level is in a water-existing state, and the continuous drainage times are smaller than a preset continuous drainage time threshold value, generating a drainage starting instruction for controlling a drainage valve.
On the basis, when the controller is in a normal working state and controls the drain valve to be in a closed state, judging whether the low water level state information of the water level sensor is that the low water level is in a water-bearing state, if the low water level state information is that the low water level is in the water-bearing state, setting the state of the vehicle part to zero, and further judging the continuous drainage times; if the low water level state information is that the low water level is in a water-free state, judging whether the state of the vehicle part is set to zero, if the state of the vehicle part is set to zero, enabling the controller to enter a dormant state, enabling all peripheral equipment of the vehicle to be in a closed state, if the state of the vehicle part is not set to zero, enabling the controller to perform fault alarm, prompting that the drain valve cannot be normally closed, then judging whether the working position information of the engine is that an ignition key is in an ON gear, if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, enabling the controller to enter the dormant state, enabling all peripheral equipment of the vehicle to be in a closed state, and if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is in the ON gear, enabling the controller to perform fault alarm and prompting that the drain valve cannot be normally closed.
Further, ON the basis, if the low water level state information indicates that the low water level is in the water-containing state, the state of the vehicle part is set to zero, whether the continuous drainage frequency is zero or not is further judged, if the continuous drainage frequency is zero, whether the high water level state information indicates that the high water level is in the water-containing state or not is judged, if the continuous drainage frequency is not zero, whether the drainage delay time length reaches a preset delay time length threshold or not is judged, if the preset delay time length threshold is reached, whether the high water level state information indicates that the high water level is in the water-containing state or not is judged, if the preset delay time length threshold is not reached, whether the engine working position information indicates that the ignition key is in the ON-level or not is judged, if the engine working position information indicates that the ignition key is not in the ON-level, the controller enters the sleep state and all the peripheral devices of the vehicle are in the off-state, if the engine working position information indicates that the ignition key is in the ON-level, then judging whether the drainage delay time length reaches the preset delay time length threshold value again.
When the high water level state information is judged whether the high water level is in a water-containing state, if the high water level state information is that the high water level is in a water-containing state, whether the continuous water drainage times are smaller than a preset continuous water drainage times threshold value is judged, if the high water level state information is that the high water level is in a water-free state, a controller gives a fault alarm to prompt that a drain valve cannot be normally closed, then whether the engine working position information is that an ignition key is in an ON gear is judged, if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is not in the ON gear is determined, the controller enters a dormant state, all peripheral equipment of the vehicle is in a closed state, and if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is in the ON gear, whether the high water level state information is that the high water level is in the water-containing state is judged again.
If the high water level state information indicates that the high water level is in a water state, judging whether the continuous drainage times are smaller than a preset continuous drainage time threshold value, and if the continuous drainage times are smaller than the preset continuous drainage time threshold value, generating a drainage starting instruction for controlling the drainage valve; if the continuous water drainage times are not less than the preset continuous water drainage times threshold value, the controller gives a fault alarm to prompt that the drain valve cannot be normally closed, then whether the working position information of the engine is that an ignition key is in an ON gear or not is judged, if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, the controller enters a dormant state, all peripheral equipment of the vehicle is in a closed state, and if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is in the ON gear, the controller gives a fault alarm to prompt that the drain valve cannot be normally closed.
And S120, when the fuel filter receives the drainage control instruction and determines that the engine is not started, controlling the drainage valve to be opened for drainage, and recording the current drainage time length of the fuel filter and the medium water level state information of the water level sensor.
In an embodiment of the invention, after the fuel filter receives the drainage control instruction, the fuel filter is prompted to a vehicle user to drain water, whether the engine is started is judged, if the engine is started, the vehicle user is prompted to drain water again, and if the engine is not started, the drainage valve is controlled to be opened to drain water.
In another embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the drain valve to open for draining, the method further comprises: and determining that the engine working position information is that the ignition key is in an ON gear, and controlling a drainage control module of the fuel filter to be in a working state.
Specifically, after the fuel filter receives the drainage control instruction, a vehicle user is prompted that the fuel filter needs to drain water, whether the engine working position information is that an ignition key is in an ON gear or not is determined, if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, the controller enters a dormant state, all peripheral devices of the vehicle are in a closed state, and if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is in the ON gear, whether a drainage control module of the fuel filter is in a working state or not is judged. If the drainage control module of the fuel filter is in a working state, judging whether the engine is started, if so, prompting a vehicle user that the fuel filter needs to drain water again, and if not, controlling the drainage valve to open to drain water. If the drainage control module of the fuel filter is not in a working state, the vehicle user is prompted to drain the fuel filter again.
It can be understood that another embodiment provided by the invention is a case where the drainage control module is arranged at the fuel filter, that is, the drainage button is arranged at the fuel filter, and the drainage button is used for a vehicle user to manually operate to control the drainage valve to open for drainage after receiving information for prompting the vehicle user that the fuel filter needs to drain.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the drainage valve and the convenience of automatically controlling the drainage valve, when recording the current drainage time length of the fuel filter and the medium water level state information of the water level sensor, the method further includes: acquiring the current engine starting and stopping state and the engine working position information; that is, the water discharge condition of the water discharge valve can be controlled according to one, two, three or all of the current water discharge time length, the intermediate water level state information, the current engine start-stop state and the engine working position information, and the specific start-stop control of the water discharge valve is described below.
And S130, controlling the drain valve to stop draining according to the current drainage time length and the medium water level state information so as to stop the fuel filter from draining.
On the basis, the drain valve is controlled to stop draining according to the current draining time length, or the current draining time length and the current engine starting and stopping state, or the current draining time length, the current engine starting and stopping state and the engine working position information, or the current draining time length, the current engine starting and stopping state and the intermediate water level state information, or the current draining time length, the current engine starting and stopping state, the engine working position information and the intermediate water level state information.
Further, the triggering condition for controlling the drain valve to stop draining includes: the current drainage time length is greater than or equal to a preset drainage time length threshold value; or the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold value, and the current engine start-stop state is in an engine start state; or the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold, the current engine start-stop state is in an engine stop state, and the engine working position information is that an ignition key is not in an ON gear; or, the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold, the current engine start-stop state is in an engine stop state, and the intermediate water level state information is that the intermediate water level is in an anhydrous state; or the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold, the current engine start-stop state is in an engine stop state, the engine working position information is that an ignition key is in an ON gear, and the intermediate water level state information is that the intermediate water level is in an anhydrous state.
In one embodiment, after a drain valve of a fuel filter is opened for draining, a vehicle user is prompted to wait for the fuel filter to drain, whether the current drainage time length is greater than or equal to a preset drainage time length threshold value or not is judged, if the current drainage time length is greater than or equal to the preset drainage time length threshold value, the drain valve is controlled to be closed to stop draining, and the current drainage time length is recorded; if the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold value, judging whether the current engine starting and stopping state is in an engine starting state, namely judging whether the engine is started, if the current engine starting and stopping state is in the engine starting state, controlling the drainage valve to be closed, stopping drainage, and recording the current drainage time; if the current engine starting and stopping state is in the engine stopping state, namely the engine is not started, judging whether the engine working position information is that an ignition key is in an ON gear or not, if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, controlling the drain valve to close, stop and drain water, and recording the current drain time; if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is in an ON gear, judging whether the middle water level state information is that the middle water level is in a water state, if the middle water level state information is that the middle water level is in the water state, prompting a vehicle user that the fuel filter is in a water drainage state to wait again, and if the middle water level state information is that the middle water level is in a water-free state, controlling the drain valve to be closed, stopping drainage and recording the current drainage time length.
In another embodiment, after a drain valve of a fuel filter is opened for draining, a vehicle user is prompted to wait for the fuel filter to drain, whether the current drainage time length is greater than or equal to a preset drainage time length threshold value or not is judged, if the current drainage time length is greater than or equal to the preset drainage time length threshold value, the drain valve is controlled to be closed to stop draining, and the current drainage time length is recorded; if the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold value, judging whether the current engine starting and stopping state is in an engine starting state, namely judging whether the engine is started, if the current engine starting and stopping state is in the engine starting state, controlling the drainage valve to be closed, stopping drainage, and recording the current drainage time; if the current engine starting and stopping state is in the engine stopping state, namely the engine is not started, judging whether the intermediate water level state information is that the intermediate water level is in the water state, if the intermediate water level state information is that the intermediate water level is in the water state, prompting a vehicle user that the fuel oil filter needs to wait for draining again, and if the intermediate water level state information is that the intermediate water level is in the water-free state, controlling the drain valve to be closed, stopping draining, and recording the current drainage time length.
On the basis, when the intermediate water level state information indicates that the intermediate water level is in a water-free state, the current drainage time length is used as a target drainage time length threshold value, and the target drainage time length threshold value is a preset drainage time length threshold value of the next drainage period of the fuel filter.
It can be understood that after the drain valve is controlled to be closed and stopped for draining, the controller adds 1 to the continuous draining times of the drain valve in an accumulated mode, and the controller delays before the next drain valve is started, so that a certain time interval exists between the current drain valve and the next drain valve, and the service life of the drain valve is prolonged.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method for controlling water drainage of the fuel filter further includes: after the fuel filter stops draining, acquiring low water level state information of the water level sensor; and determining drain valve state information of the fuel filter based on the low water level state information, wherein the drain valve state information comprises drain valve normal state information and drain valve fault state information.
Specifically, after the drain valve is controlled to be closed and stopped to drain water, whether the low water level state information is that the low water level is in a water-containing state or not is judged, if the low water level state information is that the low water level is in the water-containing state, the controller enters a dormant state, and all peripheral equipment of the vehicle is in a closed state; if the low water level state information indicates that the low water level is in a water-free state, the controller gives a fault alarm to prompt that the drain valve cannot be normally closed, then whether the working position information of the engine is that an ignition key is in an ON gear or not is judged, if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, the controller enters a dormant state, all peripheral equipment of the vehicle is in a closed state, and if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is in the ON gear, the controller gives a fault alarm to prompt that the drain valve cannot be normally closed.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the low water level state information and the high water level state information of a water level sensor in a fuel filter and the continuous drainage times of the fuel filter are obtained, and a drainage control instruction for controlling a drainage valve is generated according to the low water level state information, the high water level state information and the continuous drainage times; when the fuel filter receives the drainage control instruction and determines that the engine is not started, controlling the drainage valve to open for drainage, and recording the current drainage time length of the fuel filter and the medium water level state information of the water level sensor; and controlling the drain valve to stop draining according to the current drainage time length and the medium water level state information so as to stop the fuel filter from draining. The problem of current fuel filter drainage mode can't carry out comprehensive discernment to the vehicle state, and discriminate not accurate enough to water level state monitoring and drainage trouble, user experience feels relatively poor is solved to realize the automatic accurate drainage of fuel filter, protection car fuel oil system.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for controlling drainage of a fuel filter according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the second embodiment.
Correspondingly, the method for controlling the water drainage of the fuel filter in the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps:
s210, acquiring low water level state information and high water level state information of a water level sensor in the fuel filter and the continuous drainage times of the fuel filter.
For guaranteeing fuel filter's accurate drainage control, fuel filter department can also set up temperature sensor, and temperature sensor is used for the temperature of monitoring fuel filter water-logging, and then acquires through the controller and fires the temperature of oil filter water-logging and control the drainage of drain valve.
It can be understood that the purpose of obtaining the water temperature through the controller is to consider the condition that the water in the fuel filter is possibly frozen and the like when the vehicle is in a low-temperature environment, and further ensure the accuracy of the drainage control.
Furthermore, the low water level state information and the high water level state information of the water level sensor are obtained, so that the inaccurate water level monitoring signal of the water level sensor is avoided, the icing of water in the fuel filter is accurately judged, and the drainage valve cannot drain water.
And S220, if the low water level state information indicates that the low water level is in a water-containing state, the high water level state information indicates that the high water level is in a water-containing state, and the continuous drainage frequency is smaller than a preset continuous drainage frequency threshold value, generating a drainage starting instruction for controlling the drainage valve.
On the basis, when the controller is in a normal working state and controls the drain valve to be in a closed state, whether the temperature of water in the fuel filter is larger than or equal to a preset water temperature threshold value or not is judged, and if the temperature of the water is larger than or equal to the preset water temperature threshold value, whether the low water level state information of the water level sensor is that the low water level is in a water existence state or not is judged; if the water temperature is smaller than the preset water temperature threshold, judging whether the working position information of the engine is that the ignition key is in an ON gear, if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, enabling the controller to enter a dormant state, enabling all peripheral equipment of the vehicle to be in a closed state, and if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is in the ON gear, judging whether the temperature of water in the fuel filter is larger than or equal to the preset water temperature threshold again.
When the low water level state information of the water level sensor is judged whether the low water level is in the water existence state, if the low water level state information is in the water existence state, the vehicle part state is set to be zero, and the continuous drainage times are further judged; if the low water level state information is that the low water level is in a water-free state, judging whether the state of the vehicle part is set to zero, if the state of the vehicle part is set to zero, enabling the controller to enter a dormant state, enabling all peripheral equipment of the vehicle to be in a closed state, if the state of the vehicle part is not set to zero, enabling the controller to perform fault alarm, prompting that the drain valve cannot be normally closed, then judging whether the working position information of the engine is that an ignition key is in an ON gear, if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, enabling the controller to enter the dormant state, enabling all peripheral equipment of the vehicle to be in a closed state, and if the working position information of the engine is determined that the ignition key is in the ON gear, enabling the controller to perform fault alarm and prompting that the drain valve cannot be normally closed.
Further, ON the basis, if the low water level state information indicates that the low water level is in the water-containing state, the vehicle part state is set to zero, further, whether the continuous drainage frequency is zero or not is judged, if the continuous drainage frequency is zero, whether the high water level state information is in the water-containing state or not is judged, if the continuous drainage frequency is not zero, whether the drainage delay time length reaches a preset delay time length threshold or not is judged, if the preset delay time length threshold is reached, whether the high water level state information is in the water-containing state or not is judged, if the preset delay time length threshold is not reached, whether the engine working position information is that the ignition key is in the ON gear or not is judged, if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, the controller enters the sleep state, all the peripheral devices of the vehicle are in the off state, if the engine working position information is that the ignition key is in the ON gear, then judging whether the drainage delay time length reaches the preset delay time length threshold value again.
When the high water level state information is judged whether the high water level is in a water-containing state, if the high water level state information is in a water-containing state, whether the continuous water drainage frequency is smaller than a preset continuous water drainage frequency threshold value is judged, if the high water level state information is in a water-free state, the continuous water drainage frequency is set to be zero, then whether the engine working position information is that an ignition key is in an ON gear is judged, if the engine working position information is determined that the ignition key is not in the ON gear, the controller enters a dormant state, all peripheral equipment of the vehicle is in a closed state, and if the engine working position information is determined that the ignition key is in the ON gear, whether the high water level state information is in a water-containing state is judged again.
And S230, when the fuel filter receives the drainage control instruction and determines that the engine is not started, controlling the drainage valve to be opened for drainage.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, if the fuel filter has no drain button, the drain valve is controlled to be opened for draining by judging whether the engine is started or not according to the received drain control instruction; if the fuel filter is provided with a water drainage button, before the water drainage valve is controlled to be opened for drainage, whether the working position information of the engine is that an ignition key is in an ON gear or not is determined, whether the water drainage control module is in a working state or not is determined, whether the engine is started or not is determined, and then whether the water drainage valve is opened for drainage or not is controlled.
Further, on the basis, when the drain valve is opened for draining, the CAN bus sends a 'draining state' message to the vehicle end to prompt a vehicle user that the fuel filter is draining and waiting.
S240, recording the current drainage time length of the fuel filter and the middle water level state information of the water level sensor, and acquiring the current engine starting and stopping state and the engine working position information.
Specifically, the current drainage time length of the fuel filter and the medium water level state information of the water level sensor are recorded through the controller, the controller can acquire the current starting and stopping state of the engine and the working position information of the engine at the same time, the controller can control the drainage condition of the drain valve according to one, two, three or all of the current drainage time length, the medium water level state information, the current starting and stopping state of the engine and the working position information of the engine, and the starting and stopping control of the specific drain valve is as follows.
S250, controlling the drain valve to stop draining according to the current drainage time length, or the current drainage time length and the current engine starting and stopping state, or the current drainage time length, the current engine starting and stopping state and the engine working position information, or the current drainage time length, the current engine starting and stopping state and the intermediate water level state information, or the current drainage time length, the current engine starting and stopping state, the engine working position information and the intermediate water level state information.
Wherein, control the drain valve stops to carry out the triggering condition of drainage, include: the current drainage time length is greater than or equal to a preset drainage time length threshold value; or the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold value, and the current engine start-stop state is in an engine start state; or the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold, the current engine start-stop state is in an engine stop state, and the engine working position information is that an ignition key is not in an ON gear; or, the current drainage time length is less than a preset drainage time length threshold, the current engine start-stop state is in an engine stop state, and the intermediate water level state information is that the intermediate water level is in an anhydrous state; or the current drainage time length is smaller than a preset drainage time length threshold, the current engine start-stop state is in an engine stop state, the engine working position information is that an ignition key is in an ON gear, and the intermediate water level state information is that the intermediate water level is in an anhydrous state.
It is understood that the trigger conditions for controlling the drain valve to stop draining are as follows: firstly, the timing time of the controller for draining reaches a preset draining time length threshold; secondly, the engine is suddenly started during the drainage of the drainage valve; thirdly, the ignition key is not in an ON gear (namely, the ignition key can be in an ACC gear or a LOCK gear) during the water drainage of the water drainage valve; fourthly, the controller detects that the intermediate water level of the intermediate water level state information is changed into a water-free state from a water state.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method for controlling water drainage of the fuel filter further includes: and when the medium water level state information indicates that the medium water level is in a water-free state, taking the current drainage time length as a target drainage time length threshold, wherein the target drainage time length threshold is a preset drainage time length threshold of the next drainage period of the fuel filter.
And S260, after the fuel filter stops draining, acquiring low water level state information of the water level sensor.
If the controller detects that the middle water level state information is that the middle water level is in a water-free state after the drain valve drains water, the low water level state information of the water level sensor is detected after a certain time is delayed, and the advantage of acquiring the low water level state information is that the controller further determines that the draining is finished by acquiring the low water level state information again in consideration of the fact that after the drain valve is closed, the accumulated water needs a certain time when leaking to the position below the low water level from the water level or the middle water level after the draining.
S270, determining drain valve state information of the fuel filter based on the low water level state information, wherein the drain valve state information comprises drain valve normal state information and drain valve fault state information.
Wherein, drain valve normal state information and drain valve fault state information CAN send through the CAN bus, send "drain valve normal work" or "drain valve CAN not close, trouble" information to the whole car end of vehicle promptly through the CAN bus.
In addition, after the drainage valve is controlled to be closed and stopped for drainage, 1 is added to the accumulated number of continuous drainage times of the drainage valve by the controller, and the controller delays before the next drainage valve is started. The controller records the drainage times, so that if the continuous drainage times reach twice, the failure that the drain valve cannot be opened is judged, and the purpose of normally performing the second drainage is to avoid the misjudgment by the second drainage because the water level is not reduced below the high water level after the first drainage because of excessive accumulated water or the incomplete opening of the first valve. In addition, the purpose of delaying a certain time and then draining water for the second time is to avoid the problem of heating caused by overlong electrifying time of the electromagnetic valve.
The embodiment of the scheme provides an automatic drainage control method of a fuel filter, the influence of different states of a vehicle on drainage can be fully considered, meanwhile, the water level can be monitored more intelligently by combining the vehicle state, the identification of the opening fault of a drain valve and the closing fault of the drain valve is more accurate, misjudgment is avoided, meanwhile, each state information of automatic drainage can be transmitted to a vehicle user in real time, the vehicle user can make clear actions according to each state information, and therefore human-computer interaction is more friendly.
