In a large direction, motorcycles are classified into street cars, road racing motorcycles, off-road motorcycles, cruise cars, station wagons, and the like.
The rocker arm in a motorcycle is actually a two-armed lever that redirects the force from the push rod, acting on the valve stem end to push open the valve. The ratio of the arm lengths of the two sides of the rocker arm is called as a rocker arm ratio, the rocker arm ratio is about 1.2-1.8, and one end of the long arm is used for pushing the valve. The working surface of the rocker head is generally cylindrical and rolls along the valve stem end surface as the rocker arm oscillates, thus allowing the force between the two to act as far as possible along the valve axis. Lubricating oil channels and oil holes are drilled in the rocker arms. And an adjusting screw for adjusting the valve clearance is screwed into a threaded hole at the end of the short arm of the rocker arm, and a head ball of the screw is in compression joint with a concave ball seat at the top end of the push rod. When the engine of motorcycle igniteed the action, specifically through the cooperation of rocking arm and camshaft, realize the swing of rocking arm, and then drive the valve structure work of rocking arm one end.
