the oil blocking device (1) comprises a first oil blocking plate (11) and a second oil blocking plate (12), the oil collecting device (2) comprises an oil inlet opening (21) and an adjustable baffle plate (22), the oil inlet opening (21) is communicated with the liquid storage tank, the oil inlet opening (21) is arranged between the first oil blocking plate (11) and the second oil blocking plate (12), the adjustable baffle plate (22) is arranged in the oil inlet opening (21), and the height of the upper edge of the adjustable baffle plate (22) is adjustable relative to the oil inlet opening (21);
the adjusting device comprises an adjusting driving assembly (3) and a control device, wherein the control device is electrically connected with the adjusting driving assembly (3) and is used for controlling the adjusting driving assembly (3) to adjust the height of the upper edge of the adjustable baffle plate (22);
one end of the adjustable baffle plate (22) is hinged with the lower boundary of the oil inlet opening (21), and the other end of the adjustable baffle plate (22) rotates relative to the oil inlet opening (21) through the adjustable baffle plate (22) to adjust the height;
one end, far away from the oil inlet opening (21), of the first oil baffle plate (11) and one end, far away from the oil inlet opening (21), of the second oil baffle plate (12) are connected through a fixing piece (4), and the distance between the first oil baffle plate (11) and the second oil baffle plate (12) gradually increases from the oil inlet opening (21) to the fixing piece (4); the cross section of the device is of a triangular structure; the fixing piece (4) comprises a first connecting rod (41) and a second connecting rod (42), and a filter screen (43) is arranged between the first connecting rod (41) and the second connecting rod (42);

the information collection module is used for collecting real-time environment information; the real-time environment information at least comprises sailing speed, sailing direction, wind speed and wind direction; the sailing speed and the sailing direction are fed back through a driving structure of a load ship of the oil collecting system, or are obtained through communication connection with a satellite positioning system, and the wind speed and the wind direction are measured through a sensor according to a real-time environment, or are obtained through local real-time prediction;
the control parameter generation module is used for generating driving control parameters according to the real-time environment information;
and the control driving module is used for controlling the adjusting driving assembly to adjust the height of the upper edge of the adjustable baffle according to the driving control parameters.

An oil collecting system with an automatic adjusting function according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting driving assembly (3) comprises a driving motor, a driving screw (31) and a lifting driving member (32), two ends of the driving screw (31) are respectively connected with the driving motor and the lifting driving member (32), and the lifting driving member (32) is in driving connection with the adjustable baffle plate (22).

An oil collecting system with an automatic adjusting function according to claim 2, wherein the lifting driving member (32) is a cross rod, the lifting driving member (32) is lapped on the lower surface of the adjustable baffle plate (22), and the driving screw (31) is used for driving and adjusting the lifting of the lifting driving member (32) so as to drive the adjustable baffle plate (22) to rotate.
