A hemispherical gas collecting hood is arranged on a top cover (2) of a coke tower (1), the hemispherical gas collecting hood comprises an outer sealing cloth (4), a row of brackets (5) are arranged outside the outer sealing cloth (4), and the outer sealing cloth (4) is connected with each bracket (5) through an anchoring nail (9); a rotating shaft (11) is arranged in the middle of each support (5), the tail end of each support (5) is in a circular ring shape and is welded at one end of the rotating shaft (11) side by side, and the other outer end of the rotating shaft (11) is connected with an electric controller (6); the bottom of the support (5) is fixedly connected with a fixed base (7) and sealed by an outer sealing cloth (4), and an air suction opening (8) is formed in the outer sealing cloth (4) above the fixed base (7). The device has the advantages of simple equipment, good sealing performance, simple operation, low manufacturing cost and strong applicability, and is suitable for controlling the tail gas at the top of the petrochemical delayed coking tower in China.

The invention belongs to the technical field of unorganized emission control of atmospheric pollutants, and particularly relates to a system and a method for collecting waste gas at the top of a delayed coking coke tower, which can collect tail gas generated by the delayed coking coke tower in the petrochemical industry.
Background
In the process of water cooling of the coke, the top of the delayed coking is open and inorganically discharged, and the delayed coking contains a large amount of organic matters, sulfides, water vapor and the like which cause serious pollution to the environment.
With the gradual tightening of environmental protection policies, the unorganized emission is inevitably controlled and treated, and is also an environmental problem in the petrochemical industry.
More petrochemical enterprises in China do not have a good method for collecting and treating tail gas discharged by a coke drum.

The invention aims to provide a system for collecting waste gas at the top of a delayed coking coke tower, aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art, and the system can be used for accurately collecting the tail gas of delayed coking in an unorganized way, so that no tail gas escapes.

A delayed coking coke drum overhead off-gas collection method comprising the steps of:

and step 3: after the coke tower is cooled down, the gas collecting hood controls the rotating shaft through the electric controller to drive the connected support to turn over and restore to an initial folding state, the unfolded outer sealing cloth is driven to fold and furl, and the hydraulic decoking equipment on the water hose supporting device covers the coke tower downwards to perform hydraulic decoking treatment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the problem of unorganized discharge of a coke tower in the petrochemical industry is solved, the process of tail gas pollution treatment in the coking industry is promoted, and the health of people in the operation process is ensured to a certain extent; (2) the electric control system is adopted to link the whole operation process, and tail gas is collected in the coke cooling process, so that the continuous operation of delayed coking is not influenced, the whole set of equipment is simple, the sealing is tight, the operation is convenient, the manufacturing cost is low, and the applicability is strong; (3) the fan has a frequency conversion function, can be automatically adjusted according to the amount of tail gas, and is electricity-saving and energy-saving; (4) the device has the advantages of simple equipment, good sealing performance, simple operation, low manufacturing cost and strong applicability, and is suitable for controlling the tail gas at the top of the petrochemical delayed coking tower in China.

A delayed coking coke tower top waste gas collecting system is characterized in that a hemispherical gas collecting hood is arranged on a top cover 2 of a coke tower 1, the hemispherical gas collecting hood comprises an outer sealing cloth 4, a row of supports (5) are arranged outside the outer sealing cloth 4, and the outer sealing cloth 4 is connected with each support 5 through an anchoring nail 9; a rotating shaft 11 is arranged in the middle of each support 5, the tail end of each support 5 is in a circular ring shape and is in parallel welding with one end of the rotating shaft 11, and the other outer end of the rotating shaft 11 is connected with an electric controller 6; the bottom of the support 5 is fixedly connected with a fixed base 7 and sealed by an outer sealing cloth 4, and the outer sealing cloth 4 above the fixed base 7 is provided with an air suction opening 8.
The support 5 is arranged outside the outer sealing cloth 4, so that the support 5 is not in direct contact with tail gas, and the service life of the support 5 is prolonged.
The bottom support 5 is fixed with the fixed base 7, and an outer sealing cloth 4 is arranged for sealing to prevent the bottom of the tail gas from escaping.
The fixed base 7 is fixedly sealed through the outer sealing cloth 4, and the outer sealing cloth 4 is provided with an air suction opening 8.
The suction opening 8 is connected with the gas collecting pipe, the gas collecting pipe is connected with the fan, and the negative pressure work of the gas collecting hood is guaranteed through the operation of the fan.
