Specifically, the frame 1 has a mounting platform on which the guide assembly, the transmission assembly and the driving member are mounted. The mounting platform of this embodiment is a mounting plate fixedly mounted on the top of the rack 1. The guide assembly comprises an outer side plate 2, an inner side plate 3 and a guide bearing assembly 8, the side walls of the outer side plate 2 opposite to the inner side plate 3 enclose a turning channel, and the guide bearing assembly 8 prevents the small package from changing direction during conveying. And the transmission assembly comprises a net chain 4 and a chain wheel 14, wherein the chain wheel is arranged on the mounting platform and is positioned at the inlet position and the outlet position of the turning channel. The output end of the drive member is drivingly connected to the sprocket 14 and is configured to drive the sprocket 14 in rotation to rotate the net chain within the turning path. The transmission assembly comprises a net chain (4) and a chain wheel (14), and the chain wheel (14) is installed on the installation platform and is located at the inlet position and the outlet position of the turning channel.
