Principle of operation
In the invention, when in use, the impurity removing box 1 is fixed at a proper position, then an external lead is used to connect an external power supply and external control equipment, then a mulching film to be cleaned is thrown into the crushing box 51 through the shielding cover 3, then the crushing motor mechanism 54 is controlled by the external control equipment to start working, meanwhile, the crushing roller 55 and the crushing blade 56 are driven to rotate to crush the mulching film, dust and soil blocks are made to fall into the inserting box 53 after passing through the first hollow plate 52 in the crushing process, the cleaning work is convenient in the crushing process, the crushed mulching film enters the left side in the washing box 61 through the guide pipe 9 in the crushing process and falls on the left side at the upper end of the inclined plate 63, then washing liquid at the bottom of the washing box 61 is conveyed to the left side in the washing box 61 through the power generated when the washing pump mechanism 10 works, washing and cleaning the mulching film falling on the upper end of the inclined plate 63, moving the mulching film to the right side of the interior of the washing tank 61 in the washing process, then driving and connecting the mulching film to the driven roller 64 through the driving roller 16 to drive the guide belt 17 to rotate, driving the ground mulching film to move through the hanging hook arranged on the outer wall in the rotating process of the guide belt 17, moving the ground mulching film to the left side of the upper end of the guide groove 73, moving the ground mulching film through the inclination arranged on the inverted V-shaped plate 71, performing mulching film drying work through heat generated during the work of the heating pipe mechanism 75 in the moving process of the ground mulching film, moving the ground mulching film to the right side in the moving and drying process of the ground film, then enabling the ground film to fall into the interior of the moving tank 81, grabbing the push rod 83 in the working process, pulling the moving tank 81 to move the processed ground film to a proper position or move the ground film to the interior of subsequent processing equipment, and processing to finish the plastic film cleaning work.

A maintainable impurity cleaning device for mulching film recycling comprises an impurity cleaning box (1), a maintenance hole (2), a shielding cover (3), a guide plate (4), a crushable collection guide box structure (5), a cleanable guide circulating box structure (6), a dryable guide plate structure (7), a collectable adsorption moving box structure (8), a guide pipe (9), a washing pump mechanism (10), a conveying pipe (11), a shunt pipe (12), a washing pipe (13), a support (14), a guide motor mechanism (15), a driving roller (16) and a guide belt (17), wherein the maintenance hole (2) is respectively formed in the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the impurity cleaning box (1); the shielding cover (3) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the upper end of the impurity removing box (1) through a bolt; the guide plate (4) is connected to the lower part of the right side of the impurity removing box (1) through bolts; the guide pipe (9) is connected between the crushable collecting and conveying box structure (5) and the cleanable guiding and conveying circulating box structure (6); the flushing pump mechanism (10) is connected to the middle of the left side of the bottom end in the impurity removing box (1) through bolts; the lower end of the conveying pipe (11) is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the upper end of the flushing pump mechanism (10); the right side of the upper end of the conveying pipe (11) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the left side of the shunt pipe (12); the flushing pipe (13) is sequentially connected to the right side of the shunt pipe (12) in a threaded manner from front to back; the bracket (14) is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the cleanable guiding and conveying circulating box structure (6); the guide motor mechanism (15) is connected to the middle position of the upper part of the front surface of the bracket (14) through a bolt; the driving roller (16) is arranged at the middle position inside the upper side of the bracket (14); the device is characterized in that the crushable collecting and guiding box structure (5) in the maintainable impurity removing device for recycling the mulching film is connected to the left side of the top end in the impurity removing box (1) through bolts; the cleanable guide and delivery circulating box structure (6) is arranged on the left side of the middle position of the bottom end in the impurity removing box (1); the structure (7) of the drying and conveying plate is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the structure (6) of the cleanable conveying and circulating box; the collectable adsorption moving box structure (8) is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the cleanable guide and delivery circulating box structure (6); the smashing, collecting and guiding box structure (5) comprises a smashing box (51), a first hollow plate (52), a plug box (53), a smashing motor mechanism (54), a smashing roller (55) and a smashing blade (56), wherein the first hollow plate (52) is connected to the lower portion of the inner wall of the smashing box (51) through bolts; the inserting box (53) is inserted in the middle of the lower part of the left side of the crushing box (51) in a sliding manner; the crushing motor mechanism (54) is connected to the middle position of the upper part of the front surface of the crushing box (51) through a bolt; the crushing roller (55) is arranged at the middle position inside the upper side of the crushing box (51); the crushing blades (56) are sequentially bolted to the outer wall of the crushing roller (55) from front to back; the cleanable guide and delivery circulating box structure (6) comprises a flushing box (61), a second hollowed-out plate (62), an inclined plate (63), a driven roller (64) and a replacement pipe (65), wherein the second hollowed-out plate (62) is connected to the middle position of the lower part of the inner wall of the flushing box (61) through bolts; one end of the inclined plate (63) is connected to the upper part of the inner wall of the left side of the flushing tank (61) through a bolt; the other end of the inclined plate (63) is connected to the middle position of the right side of the upper end of the second hollow plate (62) through a bolt; the driven roller (64) is axially connected to the middle position of the right side of the inner wall of the flushing box (61); the replacement pipe (65) is connected to the right lower corner of the front surface of the flushing tank (61) in a threaded mode and is communicated with the right lower corner of the front surface of the flushing tank.

The maintainable trash removal device for mulch recycling according to claim 1, wherein the dryable guiding and delivering plate structure (7) comprises an inverted V-shaped plate (71), a fixing plate (72), a guiding and delivering groove (73), a plug-in plate (74), a heating pipe mechanism (75) and a first shielding plate (76), the fixing plate (72) is bolted on the right side of the upper end of the inverted V-shaped plate (71); the guide and feed groove (73) is arranged in the middle of the right side of the inverted V-shaped plate (71); the plug boards (74) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the top end inside the inverted V-shaped board (71) through bolts; the heating pipe mechanism (75) is inserted between the insertion plates (74); the first shielding plate (76) is respectively bolted on the front surface and the rear surface of the inverted V-shaped plate (71).

The maintainable trash removal device for mulch recycling according to claim 1, wherein said collectable and adsorptive moving box structure (8) comprises a moving box (81), a moving brake wheel (82), a push rod (83), a second shielding plate (84) and an adsorptive plate (85), said moving brake wheels (82) are respectively bolted at four corners of the lower end of the moving box (81); the push rod (83) is connected to the upper part of the right side of the movable box (81) through a bolt; the lower end of the second shielding plate (84) is connected to the right side of the upper end of the movable box (81) through bolts; the adsorption plate (85) is connected to the left side of the movable box (81) through bolts.

The maintainable trash removal device for mulch recycling according to claim 1, wherein the crushing box (51) is bolted to the left side of the top end inside the trash removal box (1) and is arranged to communicate with the shelter (3); the guide and feed pipe (9) is connected to the lower part of the right side of the crushing box (51) through a bolt and is communicated with the crushing box; the upper end of the guide pipe (9) is arranged at the upper part of the right end of the first hollow-out plate (52).

The maintainable trash remover for mulch recycling according to claim 1, wherein said flush tank (61) is bolted to the left of the middle position of the inner bottom end of the trash remover tank (1); the lower end of the guide pipe (9) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the upper end of the flushing tank (61) through a bolt; the flushing pump mechanism (10) is communicated with a flushing tank (61) through a pipeline; the right side of the upper end of the conveying pipe (11) penetrates through the upper part of the left side of the flushing tank (61); the shunt pipe (12) and the flushing pipe (13) are respectively arranged on the upper part of the inner wall of the left side of the flushing box (61); the driving roller (16) is in transmission connection with the driven roller (64) through a guide belt (17); the lower end of the bracket (14) is connected with the right side of the upper end of the flushing tank (61) through a bolt; the replacement pipe (65) penetrates through the middle position of the lower part of the front surface of the impurity removing box (1).
