1. An injection type enema device for anorectal department is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a shell (11) and a bottom plate (12), wherein the bottom plate (12) is arranged on the shell (11);
an injection tube (3), wherein the injection tube (3) is arranged on the inner side of the shell (11) in a sliding way;
the pushing mechanism (4) is arranged on the shell (11);
the liquid injection mechanism (5) is arranged on the pushing mechanism (4), and the liquid injection mechanism (5) is connected with the injection cylinder (3) and the shell (11).
2. An anorectal department injection enema device of claim 1 wherein the pushing means (4) comprises:
the electric push rod (41) is arranged on the bottom plate (12);
the push plate (42) is arranged on the electric push rod (41);
the damping turntable (43), the middle part of the shell (11) is rotatably provided with the damping turntable (43);
the push plate (42) is provided with a first contact switch (44), and the first contact switch (44) is matched with the electric push rod (41);
and the inner side of the upper part of the shell (11) is provided with a second contact switch (45), and the second contact switch (45) is matched with the damping rotating disc (43).
3. An anorectal department injection enema device according to claim 2 wherein the priming mechanism (5) comprises:
the liquid discharging plate (53), the injection tube (3) is provided with the liquid discharging plate (53) in a sliding way;
four telescopic rods (51) are connected between the telescopic rods (51) and the liquid discharging plate (53) and the push plate (42);
the first spring (52) is wound on the telescopic rod (51), and the first spring (52) is connected between the push plate (42) and the liquid discharging plate (53);
the telescopic rod (51) is positioned in the cylinder wall (54);
the outer water pipe (55), two outer water pipes (55) are connected between the push plate (42) and the bottom plate (12), and the outer water pipes (55) are connected with the shell (11).
4. An anorectal department injection type enema device of claim 3 further comprising a spreader mechanism (6), wherein the spreader mechanism (6) comprises:
the ejector block (61), four ejector blocks (61) are arranged on the injection tube (3);
sixteen first fixed blocks (65) are arranged on the inner side of the shell (11);
the sliding rod (64) is arranged on the inner side of the first fixing block (65) in a sliding manner;
the extension plate (63) is connected among the four sliding rods (64) on the same side of the extension plate (63), and the four extension plates (63) are connected with the shell (11) and the first fixing block (65) in a sliding manner;
the wedge block (62) is arranged on the inner side of the extension plate (63), and the wedge block (62) is matched with the ejector block (61);
the sliding rod (64) is wound with a second spring (66), and the second spring (66) is connected between the extension plate (63) and the first fixed block (65).
5. An anorectal department injection enema device according to claim 4 further comprising a lubricating mechanism (7), wherein the lubricating mechanism (7) comprises:
a liquid storage cylinder (71), wherein the shell (11) is provided with the liquid storage cylinder (71);
the electromagnetic valve (72) is arranged on the shell (11), and the electromagnetic valve (72) is matched with the liquid storage cylinder (71);
the spray head (74) is arranged in the shell (11);
the pipeline (73) is connected between the spray head (74) and the electromagnetic valve (72), and the pipeline (73) is positioned inside the shell (11).
6. An anorectal department injection enema device according to claim 5 further comprising a liquid blocking mechanism (8), wherein the liquid blocking mechanism (8) comprises:
the second fixed block (81) is arranged on the liquid discharging plate (53);
the rotating shaft (82) is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the second fixing block (81);
the rotating shaft (82) is provided with a baffle (84), and the baffle (84) is matched with the liquid discharging plate (53);
two torsion springs (83) are wound on the rotating shaft (82), and the torsion springs (83) are connected between the baffle plate (84) and the second fixed block (81).
7. An anorectal department injection enema device according to claim 6 further comprising an illumination means (9), wherein the illumination means (9) comprises:
the liquid level sensor (91) is arranged on the shell (11), and the liquid level sensor (91) is matched with the liquid storage barrel (71);
the inner side of the shell (11) is provided with a fixed ring (92);
twelve lamp tubes (93) are arranged on the lamp tube (93) and the fixed ring (92).

The injection type enema device for the anorectal department according to claim 7, further comprising a control box (2), wherein the control box (2) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (12), a switching power supply, a control module and a power module are installed in the control box (2), the switching power supply supplies power to the whole device, the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a power main switch through a circuit, and the control module is electrically connected with the power module; the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; first contact switch (44) and second contact switch (45) all pass through electric connection with control module, and level sensor (91) passes through electric connection with control module, and electric putter (41), solenoid valve (72) and fluorescent tube (93) all pass through relay control module with control module and are connected.
