本发明涉及劳动防护技术领域,具体为一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩。
背景技术
环境中的多环芳烃主要来源于煤和石油的燃烧,其生成量同燃烧设备和燃烧温度等因素有关,如大型锅炉生成量低,家庭用煤炉的生成量很高,多环芳烃是煤,石油,木材,烟草,有机高分子化合物等有机物不完全燃烧时产生的挥发性碳氢化合物,是重要的环境和食品污染物,分子中含有两个以上苯环的碳氢化合物,包括萘、蒽、菲、芘等150余种化合物,有些多环芳烃还含有氮、硫和环戊烷,常见的具有致癌作用的多环芳烃多为四到六环的稠环化合物,去除多环芳烃常规的物理方法有加热法、混凝沉淀法、吸附法,化学方法有光氧化和化学药剂氧化两类,以及生化处理法。
在燃烧试验或者大气污染严重的地方,部分特殊领域(煤炭、石油、垃圾焚烧等)燃烧产生的烟气中致癌物质种类多,含量高,难以清除,普通的口罩不能有效的将其进行过滤,对工人的身体健康造成极大危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,以解决上述背景技术中提出在燃烧试验或者大气污染严重的地方,部分特殊领域(煤炭、石油、垃圾焚烧等)燃烧产生的烟气中致癌物质种类多,含量高,难以清除,普通的口罩不能有效的将其进行过滤,对工人的身体健康造成极大危害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,包括主净化层,所述主净化层的正面缝合有主过滤层,所述主过滤层的正面缝合有次净化层一,所述次净化层一的正面缝制有抗菌层一,所述抗菌层一的正面缝制有防护层一,所述主净化层一的背面缝制有次净化层二,所述次净化层二的背面缝制有抗菌层二,所述抗菌层二的背面缝制有吸湿层,所述吸湿层的背面缝制有防护层二,所述防护层二和防护层一的外侧缝制有封边,所述封边的两侧粘合有松紧带,所述主净化层为β-CD薄膜。
优选的,所述主过滤层的材质为竹炭纤维,竹炭纤维是取毛竹为原料,通过纯氧高温及氮气阻隔延时的煅烧新工艺和新技术制作而成,其独特的纤维结构设计,具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、冬暖夏凉、绿色环保等特点。
优选的,所述次净化层一和次净化层二的材质为活性炭,活性炭的吸附性源于其独特的分子构造,活性炭的内部有很多孔隙,每克活性炭的内部孔隙如果铺展开来可达到五百到一千七百平方米,正是这种独特的内部构造,使得活性炭具有优异的吸附能力,能有效的将被污染的空气进行过滤净化。
优选的,所述抗菌层一和抗菌层二的材质为天丝纤维,具有导湿性、抑菌性、环保性、防过敏、防止静电等特性,原料来自木材,其制造过程无污染,产品又可生物降解,是最典型的绿色环保纤维面料。
优选的,所述吸湿层的材质为聚氨酯海绵,聚氨酯海绵能够过滤大颗粒物及粉尘等污染物,并高效吸附微过滤粉尘、病菌,并吸收人体呼吸产生的水汽。
优选的,所述防护层一和防护层二的材质为医用无纺布,医用无纺布产品是利用化学纤维包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、碳纤维和玻璃纤维制成的医疗卫生用纺织品,具有对细菌、尘埃过滤性高、手术感染率低、消毒灭菌方便、易于与其它材料复合等特点。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该清除挥发性有机物的口罩,通过竹炭纤维材质的主过滤层和活性炭材质的次净化层对空气进行初步过滤,再采用β-环糊精构成的主净化层(β-CD 薄膜)高效清除燃烧烟气中多环芳烃的含量来达到净化空气,提高劳动环境吸入空气的质量。
2、该清除挥发性有机物的口罩,聚氨酯海绵材质的吸湿层将人体呼吸产生的水汽吸收,使其与活性炭材质的次净化层二进行反应,并去除空气中的异味,使工人能够呼吸到更加舒适的空气。

由图可知,本清除挥发性有机物的口罩主要包括主净化层1、主过滤层2、次净化层一3、抗菌层一4、防护层一5、次净化层二6、抗菌层二7、吸湿层 8、防护层二9、封边10、松紧带11。

这里的β-CD薄膜基于β-环糊精构成。本方案中采用到的β-环糊精由七个葡萄糖分子组成、空间成锥形螺旋状结构,外层亲水而内腔疏水的杯型结构。其空腔可以包含各种有机分子,可与多环芳烃形成包合物,从而实现可有效吸收各种燃烧物产生的PAHs(多环芳烃类化合物),从而有效阻挡多环芳烃等有机物进入呼吸***中。
作为优选方案,β-CD薄膜采用浓度为10-5~10-2mol/Lβ-CD(环糊精)构成,将β-环糊精制成薄膜状置于口罩内,能有效过滤掉烟污染气中的多环芳烃,经过试验,据此形成的β-CD薄膜对多环芳烃等有机物的清除率可达90%作为替换方案,本方案可将β-环糊精做成填充胶,并填充在主过滤层2 与次净化层一3之间,同样可达到净化过滤效果。

进一步的,防护层一5和防护层二9的材质为医用无纺布,医用无纺布产品是利用化学纤维包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、碳纤维和玻璃纤维制成的医疗卫生用纺织品,具有对细菌、尘埃过滤性高、手术感染率低、消毒灭菌方便、易于与其它材料复合等特点。
由此形成的清除挥发性有机物的口罩在佩戴使用时,佩戴者(如工人) 在呼吸时,空气先通过医用无纺布材质的防护层一5将细菌尘埃进行初步过滤,之后通过天丝纤维材质的抗菌层一4将细菌和尘埃再次过滤,再通过活性炭材质的次净化层一3将吸入的空气污染物进行初步净化,之后通过竹炭纤维材质的主过滤层2将空气再次过滤净化,最后通过β-CD制成的薄膜状主净化层1将空气中的多环芳烃净化,聚氨酯海绵材质的吸湿层8将人体呼吸产生的水汽吸收,使其与活性炭材质的次净化层二6进行反应,并去除空气中的异味。

Claims (6)
1.一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,包括主净化层(1),其特征在于:所述主净化层(1)的正面缝合有主过滤层(2),所述主过滤层(2)的正面缝合有次净化层一(3),所述次净化层一(3)的正面缝制有抗菌层一(4),所述抗菌层一(4)的正面缝制有防护层一(5),所述主净化层一(1)的背面缝制有次净化层二(6),所述次净化层二(6)的背面缝制有抗菌层二(7),所述抗菌层二(7)的背面缝制有吸湿层(8),所述吸湿层(8)的背面缝制有防护层二(9),所述防护层二(9)和防护层一(5)的外侧缝制有封边(10),所述封边(10)的两侧粘合有松紧带(11),所述主净化层(1)为β-CD薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,其特征在于:所述主过滤层(2)的材质为竹炭纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,其特征在于:所述次净化层一(3)和次净化层二(6)的材质为活性炭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,其特征在于:所述抗菌层一(4)和抗菌层二(7)的材质为天丝纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,其特征在于:所述吸湿层(8)的材质为聚氨酯海绵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除挥发性有机物的口罩,其特征在于:所述防护层一(5)和防护层二(9)的材质为医用无纺布。
