and if the number section of the UE is not configured, inquiring an MME where the emergency information of the UE is located through a DNS (domain name system), and acquiring the emergency subscription information of the UE from the MME where the emergency information is located, so that the UE can carry out normal communication through the emergency subscription information.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after determining whether the home HSS of the UE can be normally accessed according to the attach request message sent by the UE, the method further comprises:
if the home HSS capable of normally accessing the UE is judged, judging whether the number section of the UE is configured;
and if the number section configured with the UE is judged, establishing or updating emergency information of the UE through a pre-established emergency subscription information table, and acquiring the emergency subscription information from the emergency information so that the UE can carry out normal communication through the emergency subscription information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein creating or updating the emergency information of the UE in the pre-established emergency subscription information table comprises:
if the emergency information of the UE is established through a pre-established emergency subscription information table, generating emergency subscription information and emergency authentication information according to the acquired subscription information and authentication information of the UE;
storing the emergency subscription information and the emergency authentication information as emergency information of the UE to the pre-established emergency subscription information table;
sharing the emergency information to other MME except the MME where the UE is located in the current MME pool;
sharing the emergency information to MME in other MME pools except the current MME pool;
if the emergency information of the UE is updated through a pre-established emergency subscription information table, generating updated emergency subscription information and updated emergency authentication information according to the acquired subscription information and authentication information of the UE;
updating the emergency information of the UE corresponding to the pre-established emergency subscription information table according to the updated emergency subscription information and the updated emergency authentication information;
sharing the updated emergency information to other MME except the MME where the UE is located in the current MME pool;
and sharing the updated emergency information to MME in other MME pools except the current MME pool.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the emergency information includes a subscriber IMSI field, wherein the subscriber IMSI field includes one field in a mobility context;
the inquiring of the MME where the emergency information of the UE is located through the DNS comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user IMSI field in the emergency information of the UE;
judging whether the IMSI field of the user comprises an IMSI field of the provincial user or an IMSI field of an provincial user;
if the IMSI field of the user comprises the IMSI field of the provincial user, analyzing the IMSI field of the user through the DNS, acquiring the equipment address of the home MME of the number section of the UE, and inquiring the MME where the emergency information of the UE is located according to the equipment address.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the IMSI field of the user comprises the IMSI field of the provincial user, analyzing the IMSI field of the user through a DNS of the upper level to acquire the DNS to which the number segment of the UE belongs;
and analyzing the IMSI field of the user through the DNS to which the number segment of the UE belongs, acquiring the equipment address of the MME to which the number segment of the UE belongs, and inquiring the MME in which the emergency information of the UE belongs according to the equipment address.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the emergency information comprises a mobility context of the UE, wherein the mobility context comprises a plurality of fields;
before the emergency information of the UE is created or updated in the pre-established emergency subscription information table, the method further includes:
and establishing an emergency subscription information table according to the obtained fields, the user emergency subscription information items and the user emergency authentication information items in the mobility contexts of the users.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
if the service provided by the home HSS of the UE cannot be used, adding a mark field in the mobility context, wherein the mark field is used for marking whether the UE is an emergency subscriber;
if the emergency information of the UE is not inquired in a pre-established emergency subscription information table, or if the MME where the emergency information of the UE is located is inquired through a DNS (domain name server), adding an identifier in a mark field corresponding to the UE;
and if the service provided by the home HSS of the UE is normally used, inquiring whether the UE is an emergency subscriber or not through the identifier according to a set period, and if the UE is the emergency subscriber, sending an attachment removing instruction to the UE so that the UE can register again according to the attachment removing instruction.
8. An apparatus for disaster recovery HSS subscription information, the apparatus comprising:
the first judging module is used for judging whether the home HSS of the UE can be normally accessed according to the attachment request message sent by the UE;
