Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an information anti-counterfeit processing system, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the information anti-counterfeit processing system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: pixel air cavity 101, receiving slit 102, reflecting plane 103, graphene film array 104, incident wave 105, and reflected wave 106, wherein,
a pixel air cavity 101, wherein the pixel air cavity 101 is of a hollow structure;
specifically, according to the information anti-counterfeit processing system of the above embodiment, the pixel air cavity 101 is of a hollow structure, other components can be placed in the pixel air cavity 101 for anti-counterfeit processing, the pixel air cavity 101 can be formed by enclosing semiconductor materials, and the materials adopted by the pixel air cavity 101 can be specifically adjusted according to practical situations, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
A receiving slit 102, wherein the receiving slit 102 is disposed on a first surface of the pixel air cavity 101;
specifically, according to the information anti-counterfeit processing system of the above embodiment, when a beam of incident wave 105 (the wavelength range of the incident wave 105 can be from ultraviolet band to infrared band) passes through the receiving slit 102 disposed on the first surface of the pixel air cavity 101, a narrow beam is obtained by filtering; the narrow beam enters the system interior to the reflective plane 103.
A plurality of reflection planes 103 are arranged in the pixel point air cavity 101, and pixel point data information is arranged on each reflection plane 103;
specifically, according to the information anti-counterfeit processing system of the above embodiment, the reflective planes 103 are disposed in the pixel air cavity 101, when the incident wave 105 reaches the reflective planes 103 disposed at the bottom of the pixel air cavity 101, because each reflective plane 103 has pixel digital information, and each pixel digital information can store certain information, when the incident wave 105 passes through the reflective plane to form the reflective wave 106, the reflective wave 106 will have different information, and the reflective wave 106 continues to propagate to reach the graphene film array 104 located on the first surface of the pixel air cavity 101.
A graphene film array 104, where the graphene film array 104 is disposed on the first surface of the pixel air cavity 101;
specifically, according to the information anti-counterfeit processing system of the above embodiment, when the graphene film array 104 located on the first surface of the pixel air cavity 101 receives the reflected wave 106 reflected by the reflection plane 103, the reflected wave 106 can be converted into an electrical signal for the anti-counterfeit verification processing of the next step due to the photoelectric characteristic of the graphene film array 104.
It should be noted that, the information anti-counterfeit processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention is combined with the CMOS process as an example, and the embodiment is not limited in particular.
The information anti-counterfeiting processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention can prevent mutual interference among light beams by adopting the receiving slit arranged on the first surface of the pixel air cavity, and performs information anti-counterfeiting after converting optical signals into electric signals by adopting the reflecting plane with different pixel digital information and the graphene film array, and further combines an anti-counterfeiting label with a CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) process by adopting an integrated design, thereby realizing the advantages of small volume, easiness in production, stability in anti-counterfeiting detection, flexibility in design and the like, and also has the characteristics of difficulty in imitation and replication, and has practicability.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, a preset inclination angle is formed between the reflection plane 103 and the first surface of the pixel air cavity 101, and the pixel digital information indicates different numbers, where the different numbers correspond to different inclination angles respectively.
Specifically, according to the information anti-counterfeit processing system of the above embodiment, a certain preset inclination angle is formed between the reflecting plane 103 and the first surface of the pixel air cavity 101, the preset angle is related to the pixel digital information, and since each pixel digital information represents a different number and the reflecting plane has a certain inclination angle, the inclination of the reflecting plane can be reflected by the design (multiple gradients) of the inclination of the reflecting plane, so that the different pixel digital information corresponds to the different inclination angle.
For example: the digital information stored in each pixel point is reflected from 0 to 9 through the design of the inclination of the reflecting plane (ten gradients), and different digital information corresponds to different inclination angles of the reflecting plane.
According to the information anti-counterfeiting processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the information carrying capacity of the anti-counterfeiting label can be improved by several orders of magnitude through the arrangement of the pixel point digital information corresponding to different inclination angles of the reflection plane, so that a better anti-counterfeiting effect is achieved.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the format of the pixel digital information is binary or multilevel, and the dimensional format of the pixel digital information is one-dimensional or two-dimensional.
Specifically, according to the information anti-counterfeiting processing system of the embodiment, the pixel point digital information can be binary or multi-level in format, the dimension format can be one-dimensional or two-dimensional, when the pixel point digital information format is one-dimensional binary and two-dimensional binary, as the pixel point has only two kinds of information of 0 and 1, the strip-shaped graphene film array can be simplified into one strip-shaped graphene film at the moment, therefore, the 'none' and the 'existence' of the graphene detection information can be realized through the design of the inclination of the reflection plane according to the different inclination angles of the pixel point digital information, namely, when the reflection wave does not strike the graphene film, the "0" is the reflection wave just strikes the graphene film, and when the pixel point digital information format is one-dimensional multi-level and two-dimensional multi-level, the detection array comprising a plurality of strip-shaped graphene films can be designed because the pixel point digital information is multi-level, and the different strip-shaped graphene detection information can be obtained through the design of the reflection plane according to the different inclination angles of the pixel point digital information corresponding to different strips, namely, the reflection wave digital wave of different numbers and different numbers of the reflection waves can strike the strip-shaped graphene film.
For example: fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a one-dimensional binary anti-counterfeit label provided by an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a two-dimensional binary anti-counterfeit label provided by an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a one-dimensional multi-system anti-counterfeit label provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a multi-dimensional multi-system anti-counterfeit label provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, respectively, a one-dimensional binary anti-counterfeit label and a two-dimensional binary anti-counterfeit label, since pixels only have two kinds of information of "0" and "1", the array of the strip-shaped graphene thin films can be simplified into one strip-shaped graphene thin film, and the "no" and "existence" of the graphene detection information can be realized by designing the above-mentioned inclination plane inclination according to the pixel point digital information to different inclination angles: the reflected wave does not strike the graphene film as "0", and the reflected wave just strikes the graphene film as "1". As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the digital information of the pixel points is from 0 to 9, so that a detection array comprising ten strip-shaped graphene films can be designed, and detection information can be obtained in different graphene stripes by designing the inclination of the reflection plane according to different inclination angles corresponding to the digital information of the pixel points: the reflected wave is emitted to the strip-shaped graphene films with different serial numbers and corresponds to different numbers from 0 to 9.

Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, further comprising,
601. and receiving the electric signals obtained through conversion of the graphene film array.
