After the customer finishes or skips the uploading of the image surface and the national emblem surface of the identity card, the system is connected with a citizen identity information system to perform networking check on the customer information, if the check is passed, the process is finished, if the check is failed, the process is finished, and the customer is prompted to go to the counter to handle the business.
3. When the customer information is other certificates (such as passports), the certificate image is displayed for uploading, the customer is directly asked to confirm the uploading after shooting or uploading the image without identifying the information, and counter staff manually confirms whether the certificate image meets the requirements.
In one embodiment, the customer uses the mobile device to take or upload credentials based on the page prompt. For the certificate type of the identity card, the system respectively identifies the information of the front side and the back side of the certificate by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology, judges whether the information is consistent with the information which is input by a service personnel, whether the certificate is close to expiration or overdue, uploads the identified information to a networking check system after the confirmation of a client, and judges whether the client information is real and accords with service handling conditions; and if the certificate type is other certificates, the certificate is not identified and checked, and after the user uploads the certificate image, the certificate is manually checked by counter staff.
The embodiment of the invention displays the identity card or other document image uploading pages according to the document types, and realizes the OCR (optical character recognition) accurate identification of the identity card. And for the identity card image, OCR identifies the name and the identity card number, checks and checks the identity card number on the internet, and the OCR identifies the certificate expiration date and prompts the user that the certificate is about to expire or has expired. For other certificates, manual verification is performed.
According to the method, comparison information is identified according to the OCR, so that a client is prevented from transmitting wrong certificates, and the manual comparison cost of a counter is reduced; the invention identifies the certificate expiration date according to the OCR, and reminds the client in time, thereby avoiding the client turning back the network points for a plurality of times due to the certificate expiration; the invention carries out the online check on the customer information, reminds the customer that the check fails in time, and avoids the situation that the customer identity does not meet the service requirement and returns back to the network point.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a computer device for executing a certificate identification and verification method implemented by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the certificate identification and verification method.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for implementing the certificate identification and verification method is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a certificate identification and verification device, which is described in the following embodiment. Because the principle of solving the problems of the device is similar to a certificate identification and verification method, the implementation of the device can be referred to the implementation of the certificate identification and verification method, and repeated details are omitted.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of a certificate identification and verification device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a certificate identification and verification device, which may include:
a customer identity information obtaining module 901, configured to obtain customer identity information according to a service application document at a mobile device end; wherein, the customer identity information includes: a user credential type;
the uploading module 902 is used for displaying an identity card uploading page on the mobile equipment terminal when the user certificate type is an identity card, and uploading an identity card person image plane image and an identity card national emblem plane image to an identity card database;
an OCR recognition module 903, configured to recognize the image plane image of the identity card person and the national emblem plane image of the identity card by using an OCR recognition technology, and obtain customer identity card information and an expiration date of the identity card;
and the certificate checking module 904 is used for connecting the citizen identity information system for networking checking according to the client identity information, the client identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card, outputting a certificate checking result and feeding back the certificate checking result to the mobile equipment terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the certificate identification and verification apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, the upload module is specifically configured to:
analyzing the user certificate type in the client identity information; wherein, the user certificate type includes: identity cards, other documents than identity cards;
when the user certificate type is an identity card, displaying an identity card uploading page at the mobile equipment end, firstly displaying an identity card uploading person image plane image page, and guiding a client to upload an identity card person image plane image to an identity card database;
and when the identity card database is successfully uploaded on the identity card image plane image or the number of failure times of uploading the identity card database on the identity card image plane image reaches a first uploading threshold value, displaying an uploading identity card national emblem image page, and guiding a client to upload the identity card national emblem image to the identity card database.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the certificate identification and verification apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented specifically, the upload module is further configured to: when the user certificate type is other certificates except the identity card, displaying other certificate uploading pages at the mobile equipment terminal, guiding the client to upload other certificates, and storing the uploaded other certificates in other certificate databases.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the certificate recognition and verification apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, the OCR module is specifically configured to:
extracting an image plane image of the identity card from an identity card database, and identifying the image plane image of the identity card by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to obtain the information of the customer identity card;
comparing the client identity card information with client form filling content;
if the comparison result is consistent, displaying the image plane image of the identity card person and the identity card information of the client on an identification page of the mobile equipment;
if the comparison result is not consistent, carrying out error prompt and asking the user to upload the image plane image of the identity card again;
and after the comparison between the customer identity card information and the customer form filling content is finished, extracting the image of the national emblem of the identity card from the identity card database, and identifying the image of the national emblem of the identity card by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to obtain the expiration date of the identity card.
In an embodiment of the invention, when the certificate recognition and verification apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented specifically, the OCR module is further configured to:
comparing the expiration date of the identity card obtained by identification with the current system date to determine a date difference;
when the date difference is greater than the temporary threshold value, judging that the status of the identity card is normal;
when the date difference is smaller than the temporary threshold value, judging that the customer identity card is close to expiring, and prompting that the customer identity card is close to expiring on the identification page;
and when the date difference is negative, judging that the customer identity card is overdue, prompting that the customer identity card is overdue on an identification page, marking the identity card image plane image and the identity card national emblem image stored in the identity card database as overdue, and prompting the user to upload new identity card image plane images and identity card national emblem images again.
In an embodiment of the invention, when the certificate recognition and verification apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented specifically, the OCR module is further configured to:
when the user uploads a new image plane image of the identity card person and an image of the identity card national emblem again, the OCR technology is used for identifying the new image of the identity card national emblem to obtain a new expiration date of the identity card, and whether the new date difference between the new expiration date of the identity card and the current system is a negative number or not is continuously judged;
when the new date difference is not a negative number, judging the status of the identity card to be normal or close to expiration according to the temporary threshold value;
and when the new date difference is still negative, judging that the customer identity card is overdue, repeatedly prompting the user to upload new identity card person image plane images and identity card national emblem plane images again to identify and judge the date difference until the number of times of uploading again reaches a second uploading threshold, terminating the user to upload again, outputting the certificate checking result as failure, and prompting the customer to go to a counter to handle the service at the mobile equipment end.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the certificate identification and verification apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented specifically, the certificate verification module is specifically configured to:
connecting a citizen identity information system for networking check according to the client identity information, the client identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card;
when the networking check is passed, outputting the certificate check result as pass, and feeding back the pass certificate check result to the mobile equipment terminal to continue the service processing;
and when the on-line checking fails, outputting the certificate checking result as failure, and prompting the client to go to a counter to handle the service at the mobile equipment terminal.
To sum up, the method and apparatus for certificate identification and verification provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes: firstly, acquiring identity information of a client at a mobile equipment terminal according to a business application document; wherein, the customer identity information includes: a user credential type; then when the user certificate type is an identity card, displaying an identity card uploading page on the mobile equipment terminal, and uploading an identity card person image plane image and an identity card national emblem plane image to an identity card database; then, identifying the image surface image of the identity card person and the national logo surface image of the identity card by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to acquire the information of the identity card of the customer and the due date of the identity card; and finally, connecting a citizen identity information system for networking check according to the client identity information, the client identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card, outputting a certificate check result, and feeding back the certificate check result to the mobile equipment terminal. The embodiment of the invention can automatically identify the identity card information of the client, identify the comparison information according to the OCR, avoid the client from transmitting wrong certificates and reduce the manual comparison cost of the counter; identifying the certificate expiration date according to the OCR, and reminding the client in time to avoid the client turning back the counter of the website for a plurality of times due to the certificate expiration; and performing networking check on the client identity information, the identified client identity card information and the identified due date of the identity card, and timely reminding the user that the check fails, so as to avoid turning back the network point when the client identity does not meet the service requirement. The invention can ensure that the customer certificate information is consistent with the pre-filled information, the customer identity conforms to the service check requirement and the certificate is effective.
The embodiment of the invention displays the identity card or other document image uploading pages according to the document types, and realizes the OCR (optical character recognition) accurate identification of the identity card. And for the identity card image, OCR identifies the name and the identity card number, checks and checks the identity card number on the internet, and the OCR identifies the certificate expiration date and prompts the user that the certificate is about to expire or has expired. For other certificates, manual verification is performed.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in further detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (16)
1. A method of certificate identification verification, comprising:
acquiring customer identity information at a mobile equipment terminal according to a business application document; wherein, the customer identity information includes: a user credential type;
when the user certificate type is an identity card, displaying an identity card uploading page on the mobile equipment terminal, and uploading an identity card person image plane image and an identity card national emblem plane image to an identity card database;
using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to recognize the image plane image of the identity card person and the national logo plane image of the identity card, and acquiring the information of the identity card of the client and the due date of the identity card;
and connecting a citizen identity information system for networking check according to the client identity information, the client identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card, outputting a certificate check result, and feeding back the certificate check result to the mobile equipment terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the user certificate type is an identification card, displaying an identification card upload page on the mobile device, uploading an identification card person image plane image and an identification card national emblem plane image to an identification card database, comprising:
analyzing the user certificate type in the client identity information; wherein, the user certificate type includes: identity cards, other documents than identity cards;
when the user certificate type is an identity card, displaying an identity card uploading page at the mobile equipment end, firstly displaying an identity card uploading person image plane image page, and guiding a client to upload an identity card person image plane image to an identity card database;
and when the identity card database is successfully uploaded on the identity card image plane image or the number of failure times of uploading the identity card database on the identity card image plane image reaches a first uploading threshold value, displaying an uploading identity card national emblem image page, and guiding a client to upload the identity card national emblem image to the identity card database.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the user certificate type is other certificate than identity card, displaying other certificate uploading page on the mobile device side, guiding the customer to upload other certificate, and saving the uploaded other certificate to other certificate database.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of using OCR recognition technology to identify the image of the identification card person and the image of the identification card national emblem to obtain the customer identification card information and the expiration date comprises:
extracting an image plane image of the identity card from an identity card database, and identifying the image plane image of the identity card by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to obtain the information of the customer identity card;
comparing the client identity card information with client form filling content;
if the comparison result is consistent, displaying the image plane image of the identity card person and the identity card information of the client on an identification page of the mobile equipment;
if the comparison result is not consistent, carrying out error prompt and asking the user to upload the image plane image of the identity card again;
and after the comparison between the customer identity card information and the customer form filling content is finished, extracting the image of the national emblem of the identity card from the identity card database, and identifying the image of the national emblem of the identity card by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to obtain the expiration date of the identity card.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
comparing the expiration date of the identity card obtained by identification with the current system date to determine a date difference;
when the date difference is greater than the temporary threshold value, judging that the status of the identity card is normal;
when the date difference is smaller than the temporary threshold value, judging that the customer identity card is close to expiring, and prompting that the customer identity card is close to expiring on the identification page;
and when the date difference is negative, judging that the customer identity card is overdue, prompting that the customer identity card is overdue on an identification page, marking the identity card image plane image and the identity card national emblem image stored in the identity card database as overdue, and prompting the user to upload new identity card image plane images and identity card national emblem images again.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when the user uploads a new image plane image of the identity card person and an image of the identity card national emblem again, the OCR technology is used for identifying the new image of the identity card national emblem to obtain a new expiration date of the identity card, and whether the new date difference between the new expiration date of the identity card and the current system is a negative number or not is continuously judged;
when the new date difference is not a negative number, judging that the status of the identity card is normal or close to expiration according to the temporary threshold value;
and when the new date difference is still negative, judging that the customer identity card is overdue, repeatedly prompting the user to upload new identity card person image plane images and identity card national emblem plane images again to identify and judge the date difference until the number of times of uploading again reaches a second uploading threshold, terminating the user to upload again, outputting the certificate checking result as failure, and prompting the customer to go to a counter to handle the service at the mobile equipment end.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein connecting the citizens identity information system for network verification according to the customer identity information, the customer identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card, outputting the certificate verification result, and feeding back the certificate verification result to the mobile device, comprises:
connecting a citizen identity information system for networking check according to the client identity information, the client identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card;
when the networking check is passed, outputting the certificate check result as pass, and feeding back the pass certificate check result to the mobile equipment terminal to continue the service processing;
and when the on-line checking fails, outputting the certificate checking result as failure, and prompting the client to go to a counter to handle the service at the mobile equipment terminal.
8. A credential identification verification device, comprising:
the client identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring client identity information at the mobile equipment terminal according to the business application document; wherein, the customer identity information includes: a user credential type;
the uploading module is used for displaying an identity card uploading page on the mobile equipment terminal when the type of the user certificate is the identity card, and uploading the identity card person image plane image and the identity card national emblem plane image to the identity card database;
the OCR recognition module is used for recognizing the image surface image of the identity card person and the national badge surface image of the identity card by using an OCR recognition technology and acquiring the information of the identity card of the client and the due date of the identity card;
and the certificate checking module is used for connecting the citizen identity information system for networking checking according to the client identity information, the client identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card, outputting a certificate checking result and feeding back the certificate checking result to the mobile equipment terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the upload module is specifically configured to:
analyzing the user certificate type in the client identity information; wherein, the user certificate type includes: identity cards, other documents than identity cards;
when the user certificate type is an identity card, displaying an identity card uploading page at the mobile equipment end, firstly displaying an identity card uploading person image plane image page, and guiding a client to upload an identity card person image plane image to an identity card database;
and when the identity card database is successfully uploaded on the identity card image plane image or the number of failure times of uploading the identity card database on the identity card image plane image reaches a first uploading threshold value, displaying an uploading identity card national emblem image page, and guiding a client to upload the identity card national emblem image to the identity card database.

The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the upload module is further configured to: when the user certificate type is other certificates except the identity card, displaying other certificate uploading pages at the mobile equipment terminal, guiding the client to upload other certificates, and storing the uploaded other certificates in other certificate databases.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the OCR recognition module is specifically configured to:
extracting an image plane image of the identity card from an identity card database, and identifying the image plane image of the identity card by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to obtain the information of the customer identity card;
comparing the client identity card information with client form filling content;

if the comparison result is not consistent, carrying out error prompt and asking the user to upload the image plane image of the identity card again;
and after the comparison between the customer identity card information and the customer form filling content is finished, extracting the image of the national emblem of the identity card from the identity card database, and identifying the image of the national emblem of the identity card by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to obtain the expiration date of the identity card.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the OCR recognition module is further to:
comparing the expiration date of the identity card obtained by identification with the current system date to determine a date difference;
when the date difference is greater than the temporary threshold value, judging that the status of the identity card is normal;
when the date difference is smaller than the temporary threshold value, judging that the customer identity card is close to expiring, and prompting that the customer identity card is close to expiring on the identification page;
and when the date difference is negative, judging that the customer identity card is overdue, prompting that the customer identity card is overdue on an identification page, marking the identity card image plane image and the identity card national emblem image stored in the identity card database as overdue, and prompting the user to upload new identity card image plane images and identity card national emblem images again.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the OCR recognition module is further to:
when the user uploads a new image plane image of the identity card person and an image of the identity card national emblem again, the OCR technology is used for identifying the new image of the identity card national emblem to obtain a new expiration date of the identity card, and whether the new date difference between the new expiration date of the identity card and the current system is a negative number or not is continuously judged;
when the new date difference is not a negative number, judging that the status of the identity card is normal or close to expiration according to the temporary threshold value;
and when the new date difference is still negative, judging that the customer identity card is overdue, repeatedly prompting the user to upload new identity card person image plane images and identity card national emblem plane images again to identify and judge the date difference until the number of times of uploading again reaches a second uploading threshold, terminating the user to upload again, outputting the certificate checking result as failure, and prompting the customer to go to a counter to handle the service at the mobile equipment end.
14. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the credential-verification module is specifically configured to:
connecting a citizen identity information system for networking check according to the client identity information, the client identity card information and the expiration date of the identity card;
when the networking check is passed, outputting the certificate check result as pass, and feeding back the pass certificate check result to the mobile equipment terminal to continue the service processing;
and when the on-line checking fails, outputting the certificate checking result as failure, and prompting the client to go to a counter to handle the service at the mobile equipment terminal.
15. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing a method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
