According to the scheme, after the humidifying device enters the humidifying mode, the humidifying quantity output by the humidifying device is adjusted in stages, so that the indoor humidity of the adjacent humidifying stages alternately rises and falls. Because the output of humidification volume is adjusted by stages to the humidifying equipment for indoor humidity rises in turn at adjacent humidification stage, thereby make indoor humidity reduce under the higher condition of indoor humidity in order to satisfy the user and require low demand to indoor humidity in high humid environment, and make indoor humidity increase under the lower condition of indoor humidity in order to satisfy the user and require high demand to indoor humidity under low humid environment, also promptly the humidifying equipment carries out reasonable humidification to indoor according to the demand of user to indoor humidity.
Based on the hardware architecture of the humidifying equipment, the embodiment of the humidifying control method of the humidifying equipment is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a humidification control method of a humidification apparatus of the present invention, including the steps of:
in step S10, after the humidification apparatus enters the humidification mode, the humidification amount output from the humidification apparatus is adjusted in stages so that the indoor humidity in the adjacent humidification stages alternately rises and falls.
In this embodiment, the humidifying device may be a household appliance with a humidifying function, and the humidifying device may be an air conditioner or a humidifier. The humidifying device is provided with a humidifier and a humidifying fan, and the humidifier can be a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) humidifier. The humidifying equipment humidifies the indoor space by starting the humidifier and the humidifying fan.
The humidifying device is provided with a humidifying mode, and the humidifying mode is divided into a plurality of humidifying stages. Each humidification stage has a corresponding humidification duration, for example, the humidification duration of the first humidification stage may be between 30min and 90min, and is optimally 60 min; the humidifying time of the second humidifying stage can be 330min to 390min, preferably 360 min; the humidifying time of the third humidifying stage is 30min to 60min, preferably 45 min. In addition, the humidification stage can be determined according to the current indoor humidity, for example, the indoor humidity of the first humidification stage is (S)0,S1),S0For the initiation of the humidification apparatus just starting to enter the humidification modeIndoor humidity, S1Can be 45% to 55%, with 50% being the optimum; the second humidification stage is (S)1,S2),S2Can be 35% to 45%, with 40% being the optimum; the third humidification stage is (S)2,S3),S2It may be between 40% and 50%, with 45% being the optimum. The indoor humidity in the adjacent humidification stages alternately rises and falls, and the trend of the change in the indoor humidity in each humidification stage is set. Specifically, in the odd humidification stages, the trend of the change in the indoor humidity is increased, and the trend of the change in the indoor humidity is decreased even. Therefore, the humidifying equipment needs to determine the variation trend of the indoor humidity in the humidifying stage where the humidifying equipment is located, and if the variation trend is an ascending trend, the humidification quantity output by the humidifying equipment is increased; if the change does indeed trend downwards, the amount of humidification output by the humidification apparatus is reduced. Certainly, the humidification device needs to acquire the indoor humidity in real time, and if the actual variation trend of the indoor humidity is inconsistent with the set variation trend, the humidification amount needs to be adjusted. For example, the humidification apparatus detects that the actual trend of the change in the indoor humidity is decreasing, and the change in the setting of the humidification stage in which the humidification apparatus is currently located is indeed increasing, and at this time, it is necessary to increase the amount of humidification at the output of the humidification apparatus. The principle of setting the alternating rise and fall of the indoor humidity in the adjacent humidification stages is derived from the demand of the user for the indoor humidity. Specifically, when the user is in an environment with high humidity, the sensitivity of the user to humidity is reduced, and the user has low demand for high humidity, that is, when the indoor humidity is reduced, the user does not feel that the indoor humidity is reduced, so that the humidifying equipment can reduce the output of the humidifying quantity; when the user is in an environment with low humidity, the sensitivity of the user to humidity is increased, the user has high demand for high humidity, and the indoor humidity needs to be increased, at this time, the humidifying device increases the output of the humidifying quantity.
In the technical solution provided in this embodiment, after the humidification apparatus enters the humidification mode, the humidification amount output by the humidification apparatus is adjusted in stages, so that the indoor humidity in adjacent humidification stages alternately rises and falls.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the humidification control method of the humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the step S10 includes:
step S11, acquiring a target humidification quantity corresponding to the current humidification stage, wherein the target humidification quantity of each humidification stage alternately rises and falls in turn according to the operation sequence;
in the embodiment, the humidification amount of the humidifying equipment in each humidifying stage is fixed, and the humidifying equipment does not need to adjust the humidification amount in real time so as to save the computing resources of the humidifying equipment. The humidifying equipment acquires a target humidification quantity corresponding to a current humidifying stage, and as the indoor humidity of adjacent humidifying stages alternately rises and falls, the target humidification quantity of each humidifying stage alternately rises and falls sequentially according to the running sequence, the target humidification quantity of the odd-numbered humidifying stages is larger so that the indoor humidity rises, and the target humidification quantity of the even-numbered driving stages is smaller so that the indoor humidity falls. In this regard, the humidification apparatus may determine the target humidification amount of the current humidification stage from the target humidification amount of the previous humidification stage.
The humidifying apparatus increases the amount of output humidification by employing at least one of two means of increasing the power of the humidifier and increasing the rotational speed of the humidifying fan, and the humidifying apparatus achieves the reduction of the amount of humidification by employing at least one of two means of reducing the power of the humidifier and reducing the rotational speed of the humidifying fan. That is, the humidifying device adjusts at least one of the power of the humidifier and the rotational speed of the humidifying fan according to the target humidification amount.
In addition, the humidifying apparatus needs to consider whether the user needs a quiet environment when increasing the amount of humidification output. Specifically, when the target humidification amount is larger than the preset humidification amount, the humidifying device acquires the reference parameter, if the reference parameter meets the preset condition, the user needs a quiet environment, at the moment, the humidifying device increases the power of the humidifier without increasing the rotating speed of the humidifying fan, and therefore the increase of the indoor noise caused by the increase of the rotating speed of the humidifying fan is avoided. When the reference parameter does not meet the preset condition, it indicates that the user does not need a quiet environment, and at this time, the humidifying device may increase the amount of humidification output by the humidifying device by increasing any one or both of the power of the humidifier and the rotation speed of the humidifying fan. The reference parameter includes at least one of the indoor illumination intensity and the current time point, and if the indoor illumination intensity is smaller than or equal to the preset illumination intensity, it indicates that the current night is a night, the user needs a quiet environment, that is, the humidifying device determines that the reference parameter satisfies the preset condition. The user can set a time period in the humidifying device, wherein the time period can be a sleep time period or a working time period of the user, if the current time point is in a preset time period, the user needs a quiet environment, and at the moment, the humidifying device determines that the reference parameter meets the preset condition.
The humidifying apparatus may determine a target humidification amount corresponding to the current humidification stage from the previous humidification stage. The humidifying apparatus determines a target humidification amount corresponding to the last humidification stage of the humidifying apparatus as a first humidification amount. If the first humidification amount is greater than the preset humidification amount, it indicates that the indoor humidity is increased in the previous humidification stage, therefore, the first humidification amount needs to be decreased to serve as the target humidification amount corresponding to the current humidification stage so that the indoor humidity is decreased, and the decreased first humidification amount needs to be less than the preset humidification amount. If the first humidification amount is less than the preset humidification amount, it indicates that the indoor humidity is decreased in the previous humidification stage, therefore, the first humidification amount needs to be increased to serve as the target humidification amount corresponding to the current humidification stage so as to increase the indoor humidity, and the increased first humidification amount needs to be greater than the preset humidification amount. The first humidification amount is decreased or increased according to the power of the humidifier and the rotation speed of the humidification fan, and specific adjustment modes refer to the above description and are not described herein again.
Step S12, controlling the humidifying device to operate according to the target humidification amount;
step S13, when the end condition of the humidification stage is satisfied, switching to the next humidification stage;
after the target humidification amount of the current stage is determined, the humidifying equipment is controlled to operate according to the target humidification amount. The humidifying equipment can determine whether the humidifying phase meets the humidifying phase ending condition in real time. The end conditions of the humidification stage specifically include: and when the indoor humidity reaches the target indoor humidity corresponding to the humidification stage, the operation time of the humidification stage reaches the preset time.
If the humidification stage meets the humidification stage end condition, the next humidification stage is switched to, that is, the next humidification stage is used as the humidification stage where the humidifier is currently located, and the process returns to step S11.
In the technical solution provided in this embodiment, the humidification amount of the humidification apparatus in each humidification stage is fixed, so that the humidification apparatus does not need to adjust the humidification amount in real time, thereby saving the calculation resources of the humidification apparatus.
In one embodiment, when the humidifying device enters the initial humidifying stage, the indoor humidity is the lowest, the requirement of the user for high humidity is the greatest, and the indoor humidity needs to be quickly raised. Therefore, when the humidifying equipment enters the initial humidifying stage, the humidifying equipment is controlled to output the maximum humidifying quantity, namely the humidifier is controlled to operate at the maximum power, and the humidifying fan is controlled to operate at a larger rotating speed, so that the indoor humidity is rapidly increased. In this regard, when the humidification stage in which the humidification apparatus is currently located is the initial humidification stage, the target humidification amount is the maximum humidification amount of the humidification apparatus.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the humidification stage where the humidification device is located is the first humidification stage where the humidification device enters, the humidification device is controlled to output the maximum humidification quantity, and the indoor humidity is rapidly improved to meet the humidity requirement of a user.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the humidification control method of the humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on the first or second embodiment, after step S12, the method further includes:
and step S14, controlling the horizontal grids and the vertical grids to alternately swing.
In this embodiment, the air outlet of the humidifying device is provided with a horizontal grille and a vertical grille. Horizontal grid and vertical grid's swing in turn can be quick will contain the air of steam and blow to indoor, compare in horizontal grid and vertical grid swing simultaneously, horizontal grid and vertical grid's swing in turn can furthest blow the air that contains steam to indoor fast, and the vortex humidification effect that horizontal grid and vertical grid swing in turn is better promptly. The alternating swing of the horizontal and vertical grilles means that the vertical grilles are controlled to start swinging after the horizontal swing is stopped, and the horizontal grilles are controlled to swing after the vertical grilles stop swinging.
In addition, a first preset swing duration or a first preset swing frequency may be set for the horizontal grid, and a second preset swing duration or a second preset swing frequency may be set for the vertical grid. The humidifying equipment can control the horizontal grating to swing firstly, if the horizontal grating swings for a first preset swinging time or for a first preset swinging frequency, the horizontal grating is controlled to stop swinging, meanwhile, the vertical grating swings, and after the vertical grating swings for a second preset swinging time or for a second preset swinging frequency, the vertical grating stops swinging, and the step of executing the horizontal grating swinging is returned. So that the horizontal grids and the vertical grids are alternately swung according to the set time or times. Of course, the humidifying device can also control the vertical grating to swing first and then control the horizontal grating to swing.
In the process of alternately swinging the horizontal grids and the vertical grids, the swing angle of the vertical grid at which the swing is stopped is the maximum swing angle of the vertical grid, or the swing angle of the horizontal grid at which the swing is stopped is the maximum swing angle of the horizontal grid, or both the swing angles at which the swing of the horizontal grid and the vertical grid is stopped are the corresponding maximum swing angles. The swing angle refers to an included angle between a plane where the grating is located and a plane where the air outlet is located. Tests show that when the swing angle of the horizontal grating stopping swinging is the maximum swing angle of the horizontal grating, or the swing angle of the vertical grating stopping swinging is the maximum swing angle of the vertical grating, the turbulent flow humidification effect is optimal.
In this regard, in order to enhance the humidification effect of the humidification apparatus on the indoor space, after the humidification apparatus is operated according to the target humidification amount of the current humidification stage, the horizontal grids and the vertical grids are controlled to alternately swing, and when the humidification stage end condition is satisfied, the next humidification stage is switched to.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the humidification amount is adjusted by the humidifying device in stages, the horizontal grille and the vertical grille are controlled to swing alternately, so as to enhance the humidifying effect of the humidifying device on the indoor space.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a fourth embodiment of the humidification control method of a humidification apparatus of the present invention, based on the third embodiment, after step S12, the method further includes:
step S15, when the set change trend of the indoor humidity corresponding to the current humidification stage of the humidification apparatus is an ascending trend, the outdoor illumination intensity is greater than the preset illumination intensity, and/or the current time point is not within the preset time period, executing the step of controlling the horizontal grids and the vertical grids to swing alternately.
In the present embodiment, the alternate swinging of the vertical grill and the horizontal grill can enhance the humidifying effect of the humidifying device. The alternate swing of the vertical grids and the horizontal grids can increase the energy consumption of the humidifying equipment, so that the horizontal grids and the vertical grids can be controlled to alternately swing in a humidifying stage in which the indoor humidity needs to be increased, and the vertical grids and the horizontal grids are controlled to stop swinging in a humidifying stage in which the indoor humidity needs to be reduced, so that the energy consumption of the humidifying equipment is saved. In contrast, when the set trend of the indoor humidity corresponding to the humidification stage in which the humidification apparatus is currently located is an upward trend, the horizontal grille and the vertical grille are controlled to alternately swing. In addition, when the vertical grating and the horizontal grating swing, noise is large. In this regard, the humidifying apparatus needs to first determine whether the user needs a quiet environment. The humidifying equipment acquires the outdoor illumination intensity and the current time point, and the humidifying equipment can acquire the outdoor illumination intensity in a networking mode. If the outdoor illumination intensity is greater than the preset illumination intensity, the current day is indicated, and the user does not need a quiet environment. The preset time period may be a working time period or a sleep time period set by the user, and if the current time point is not in the preset time period, it is determined that the user does not need a quiet environment, the humidifying device may control the vertical grating and the horizontal grating to alternately swing.
It can be understood that, when the set change trend of the indoor humidity corresponding to the current humidification stage of the humidification apparatus is an ascending trend, the outdoor illumination intensity is greater than the preset illumination intensity, and the current time point is not in at least one of the preset time periods, the horizontal grids and the vertical grids can be controlled to swing alternately.
In the technical solution provided in this embodiment, after the humidification apparatus adjusts the output humidification amount in stages, if the set change trend of the indoor humidity corresponding to the humidification stage where the humidification apparatus is currently located is an ascending trend, the outdoor illumination intensity is greater than the preset illumination intensity, and/or the current time point is not in the preset time period, the horizontal grille and the vertical grille are controlled to swing alternately.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fifth embodiment of the humidification control method of the humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on the first to fourth embodiments, the step S10 includes:
step S16, after the humidifying device enters the humidifying mode, acquiring the indoor temperature;
and step S17, when the indoor temperature is lower than the preset temperature, adjusting the humidification quantity output by the humidifying equipment in stages so as to enable the indoor humidity of the adjacent humidifying stages to alternately rise and fall.
In this embodiment, there is a mapping relationship between the indoor comfortable humidity and the indoor temperature, and the mapping relationship between the indoor comfortable humidity and the indoor temperature may be a straight line relationship, for example, y is-0.025 x +1.15, y is the indoor comfortable humidity, and x is the indoor temperature. It is understood that the higher the indoor temperature, the lower the indoor comfort humidity, and therefore, humidification of the indoor is required when the indoor temperature is low. In contrast, after the humidifying device enters the humidifying stage, the indoor temperature is acquired, and if the indoor temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it can be determined that the indoor comfortable humidity is higher, at this time, the humidifying device needs to humidify, that is, the humidifying device adjusts the humidifying amount in stages.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the humidification device enters the humidification mode, the indoor temperature is obtained, and if the indoor temperature is less than the preset temperature, the humidification quantity output by the humidification device is adjusted in stages so as to humidify the indoor space reasonably through the indoor temperature.
