As shown in fig. 4 to 11, in this embodiment, the flushing component 22 includes a water outlet 221 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the flushing delay pipe 21 and a water outlet pipe 222 communicated with the water outlet 221, a connector insertion hole with a downward opening is formed at a lower end of the water outlet pipe 222, one end of the flushing connector 223 is inserted into the connector insertion hole, a flushing nozzle 224 is sleeved at the other end of the flushing connector 223, the flushing nozzle 224 is provided with a nozzle with an upward opening and aligned with the water collecting pipe 225, the water collecting pipe 225 is arranged beside the water outlet pipe 222, and a flushing rubber pipe 226 is sleeved at one end of the water collecting pipe 225; the other end of the water collecting pipe 225 is provided with a water collecting sheet 227; the diameter of the lower end of the water collecting sheet 227 is smaller than that of the upper end, so that the water collecting sheet 227 forms a tapered structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part; furthermore, the upper end of the water outlet pipe 222 is further provided with a pressure relief hole communicated with the water outlet hole 221 of the punching ring, and a plug 228 is hermetically connected in the pressure relief hole; the pressure relief hole can be opened to relieve pressure of the flushing ring installation cavity 211 when needed; the flushing ring flushing nozzle 224 can spray water from the flushing ring installation cavity 211 into the water collecting sheet 227 under the action of the flushing ring delay piston 23, and because the water collecting sheet 227 is of a conical structure, when the nozzle of the flushing ring flushing nozzle 224 sprays water, the water in the water tank enters the water collecting pipe 225 together with the sprayed water, so that the water quantity for flushing the toilet seat is increased, the flushing is convenient, and meanwhile, the size of the conical structure can be adjusted, and further, the quantity of flushing water is adjusted.
The working principle of the punching ring assembly 2 is as follows: as shown in fig. 6 to 8, when water supplied from the inlet valve main body 1 enters the first lower mounting chamber 2113 through the first inlet hole 212, the water pushes the flushing ring delay piston 23 to compress the flushing ring return spring 233 and move upward, at this time, the gas in the first upper mounting chamber 2112 is discharged through the through hole 420 and the exhaust hole 411, the flushing ring delay piston 23 pushes the water in the flushing ring mounting chamber 211 out of the flushing ring outlet hole 221 and is ejected by the nozzle of the flushing ring flushing nozzle 224, and the ejected water together with the water in the water tank flushes the toilet seat through the water collecting pipe 225; as shown in fig. 9 to 10, when the upper end of the upper punch delay piston 232 abuts against the lower end of the delay adjusting cover 41 or the delay adjusting flapper 43 after the completion of the punching, the outer peripheral surface of the lower punch delay piston 231 moves away from the tank inlet hole 213 and abuts against the punch outlet hole 221, so as to prevent the water from continuously discharging from the punch outlet hole 221 to flush the toilet seat, and the water entering the punch mounting cavity 211 from the first inlet hole 212 can be replenished into the toilet tank through the tank inlet hole 213; after the water inlet valve main body 1 stops supplying water to the flushing ring assembly 2, the flushing ring delay piston 23 is reset under the action of the flushing ring reset spring 233 to wait for the next flushing of the toilet seat.

As shown in fig. 11 to 17 and 25, further, a sealing groove is further formed at the upper end of the drain valve delay tube 31, a sealing ring is disposed in the sealing groove, so that the time adjustment assembly 4 is hermetically connected to the drain valve delay tube 31, and the gas in the second upper mounting cavity 3132 can only be discharged through the through hole 420 and the vent hole 411; and the time adjusting component 4 is set to be a whole body which can be replaced and debugged at any time, the time adjusting component can be assembled firstly and then fixedly connected on the drain valve delay pipe 31, the disassembly and the assembly are convenient and quick, and the time adjusting component 4 can also be arranged on other drain valves which can not adjust the drain time, so that the drain valve delay pipe has the function of adjusting the drain time, is convenient to replace and has strong interchangeability.
