More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the cartridge body 100 is provided with a first groove 161 and a second groove 162, at least a portion of the first rotating member 151 is located in the first groove 161, and at least a portion of the second rotating member 152 is located in the second groove 162. Therefore, not only the installation of the first rotating part 151 and the second rotating part 152 is convenient, but also the overall size of the inner drum 1 is convenient to control, the overlarge external dimension of the inner drum 1 caused by the arrangement of the first rotating part 151 and the second rotating part 152 is avoided, and the structure of the clothes treatment device 10 is more compact and reasonable.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the second seal 400 includes a second fixing portion 410 and a second sealing lip 420, the second fixing portion 410 being connected to one of the first sub-door 250 and the second sub-door 260. One end of the second sealing lip 420 is connected to the second fixing portion 410 and the other end thereof extends outward to form a free end that stops against the other of the first sub-door 250 and the second sub-door 260 in a state where the door body 200 is in a state of closing the access opening 102. So not only be convenient for realize second sealing member 400 and first sub-door 250 or the connection of second sub-door 260, be convenient for the installation setting of second sealing member 400, improve the setting reliability of second sealing member 400, and can increase the flexible scope of second sealing member 400, improve the application scope and the sealed effect of second sealing member 400, not only be convenient for reduce the production precision and the assembly precision of first sub-door 250 and second sub-door 260, and also can reliably seal after producing great cooperation error between first sub-door 250 and second sub-door 260, improve the sealed effect of inner tube 1.
In some embodiments, the second seal 400 includes a second fixing portion 410 and a second sealing lip 420, and the second fixing portion 410 is connected to the first sub-door 250. One end of the second sealing lip 420 is connected to the second fixing portion 410, and the other end extends outward to form a free end, which abuts against the second sub-door 260 in a state where the door body 200 is in a state of closing the access opening 102. The thickness of the second stationary portion 410 is greater than the thickness of the second sealing lip 420.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, one of the first sub-door 250 and the second sub-door 260 is provided with a second hooking portion 251 and the other is provided with a second engagement hole 261, and the second hooking portion 251 is hooked in the second engagement hole 261 to lock the door body 200 in a state where the door body 200 is closing the loading/unloading opening 102. Therefore, the first sub-door 250 and the second sub-door 260 can be reliably locked together in the process of processing clothes, and the closing reliability of the door body 200 is ensured, so that the access opening 102 is sealed.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the second hooking portion 251 is provided in the first sub-door 250, the second fitting hole 261 is provided in the second sub-door 260, the first sub-door 250 is provided with a third groove 252, and the second hooking portion 251 is rotatably provided in the third groove 252. Thus, the third groove 252 may provide a movable space for the second hook 251 so that the second hook 251 may smoothly rotate with respect to the cartridge body 100, further facilitating smooth locking or releasing of the first and second sub doors 250 and 260.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner tub 1 of the drum-type laundry treating device 10 includes a tub main body 100, a door body 200, and a first seal 300. The drum main body 100 has a laundry treatment chamber 101, and the circumferential wall of the drum main body 100 has an access port 102 communicating with the laundry treatment chamber 101. The door 200 is movably provided to the cartridge body 100 to open or close the access opening 102. The first seal 300 is provided in the cartridge main body 100, and the first seal 300 includes a first seal lip 310, and the first seal lip 310 extends in a direction away from the cartridge main body 100, and the first seal lip 310 stops against the door 200 in a state where the door 200 is closing the access opening 102.
The first seal 300 is formed in a closed ring shape, and the first seal 300 extends in the circumferential direction of the access opening 102. The first seal 300 further includes a first fixing portion 320, the first fixing portion 320 being connected to the cartridge body 100, one end of the first sealing lip 310 being connected to the first fixing portion 320 and the other end being outwardly extended to form a free end. The free end stops against the door body 200 in a state where the door body 200 is in a state of closing the pick-and-place port 102. The thickness of the first retainer 320 is greater than the thickness of the first sealing lip 310. The edge of the access opening 102 is provided with a protrusion 110, the first fixing portion 320 is provided with a mounting groove 321, and at least a part of the protrusion 110 is fitted in the mounting groove 321.
The door body 200 includes an outer door 210 and an inner door 220, and the outer door 210 is rotatably connected to the cartridge main body 100. The inner door 220 is provided on a side of the outer door 210 facing the laundry treatment chamber 101, and the first sealing lip 310 stops the inner door 220 when the door 200 is in a state of closing the loading/unloading opening 102.
The door body 200 is an integral piece, the tube main body 100 is provided with a first hook portion 120, the door body 200 is provided with a first engagement hole 230, and the first hook portion 120 is hooked in the first engagement hole 230 to lock the door body 200 in a state where the door body 200 closes the access opening 102.
The cylinder main body 100 is provided with a first rotation structure 131 and a second rotation structure 132, the first rotation structure 131 is rotatably connected to the door body 200, and the second rotation structure 132 is rotatably connected to the first hook 120. The cartridge main body 100 is provided with a first escape groove 141 and a second escape groove 142, at least a portion of the first rotation structure 131 is located in the first escape groove 141, and at least a portion of the second rotation structure 132 is located in the second escape groove 142. The first hooking part 120 has a hook 121 at one end and a second rotating structure 132 at the other end, the cylinder body 100 has a third escape groove 143, and the first hooking part 120 is rotatably disposed in the third escape groove 143.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the inner tub 1 of the drum-type laundry treating device 10 includes a tub main body 100, a door body 200, and a first seal 300. The drum main body 100 has a laundry treatment chamber 101, and a circumferential wall of the drum main body 100 has an access port 102 communicating with the laundry treatment chamber 101. The door 200 is movably provided to the cartridge body 100 to open or close the access opening 102. The first seal 300 is provided in the cartridge main body 100, and the first seal 300 includes a first seal lip 310, and the first seal lip 310 extends in a direction away from the cartridge main body 100, and the first seal lip 310 stops against the door 200 in a state where the door 200 is closing the access opening 102.
The first seal 300 is formed in a closed ring shape, and the first seal 300 extends in the circumferential direction of the access opening 102. The first seal 300 further includes a first fixing portion 320, the first fixing portion 320 being connected to the cartridge body 100, one end of the first sealing lip 310 being connected to the first fixing portion 320 and the other end being outwardly extended to form a free end. The free end stops against the door body 200 in a state where the door body 200 is in a state of closing the pick-and-place port 102. The thickness of the first retainer 320 is greater than the thickness of the first sealing lip 310. The edge of the pick-and-place port 102 is provided with an extension portion 110, the first fixing portion 320 is provided with a mounting groove 321, and at least a portion of the extension portion 110 is fitted in the mounting groove 321.
The door body 200 includes an outer door 210 and an inner door 220, and the outer door 210 is rotatably coupled to the cartridge body 100. The inner door 220 is provided on a side of the outer door 210 facing the laundry treatment chamber 101, and the first sealing lip 310 stops the inner door 220 when the door 200 is in a state of closing the loading/unloading opening 102.
The door body 200 includes a first sub door 250 and a second sub door 260, the first sub door 250 and the second sub door 260 are respectively movably provided in the cartridge main body 100, when the door body 200 is in a state of closing the access opening 102, the first sub door 250 closes a part of the access opening 102 and the second sub door 260 closes another part of the access opening 102, and the first sub door 250 and the second sub door 260 are hermetically connected by a second sealing member 400.
The cartridge main body 100 is provided with a first rotation member 151 and a second rotation member 152, the first rotation member 151 being rotatably connected to the first sub-door 250, and the second rotation member 152 being rotatably connected to the second sub-door 260. The cartridge body 100 is provided with a first groove 161 and a second groove 162, at least a portion of the first rotating member 151 is located in the first groove 161, and at least a portion of the second rotating member 152 is located in the second groove 162.
The second seal 400 includes a second stationary portion 410 and a second sealing lip 420, the second stationary portion 410 being connected to the first sub-door 250. One end of the second sealing lip 420 is connected to the second fixing portion 410, and the other end extends outward to form a free end, which abuts against the second sub-door 260 in a state where the door body 200 is in a state of closing the access opening 102. The thickness of the second stationary portion 410 is greater than the thickness of the second sealing lip 420.
The first sub-door 250 is provided with a second hooking portion 251 and the second sub-door 260 is provided with a second engaging hole 261, and the second hooking portion 251 is hooked in the second engaging hole 261 to lock the door body 200 in a state where the door body 200 is closing the pick-and-place port 102. The first sub-door 250 is provided with a third groove 252, and the second hooking part 251 is rotatably provided in the third groove 252.
A drum-type laundry treating device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below. The drum-type laundry treating device 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an outer tub 2 having a peripheral wall with an opening 21 at a top (vertical direction is shown by arrow a in fig. 8), and an inner drum 1 of the drum-type laundry treating device 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the inner drum 1 being provided inside the outer tub 2.
Specifically, the drum-type laundry treating apparatus 10 is a top-loading drum washing machine, and the inner tub 1 is a non-porous inner tub, so that when laundry is washed, water is prevented from flowing between the inner tub 1 and the outer tub 2, washing water is saved, and the inner space of the inner tub 1 is kept clean.
According to the drum-type clothes treatment device 10 of the embodiment of the invention, by using the inner drum 1 of the drum-type clothes treatment device 10 of the above-mentioned embodiment of the invention, the advantages of good sealing effect, reliable use and the like are achieved.
Other constructions and operations of the drum-type laundry treating device 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (15)

1. An inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device, comprising:
a drum main body having a laundry treatment chamber, a circumferential wall of the drum main body having a pick-and-place port communicating with the laundry treatment chamber;
the door body is movably arranged on the cylinder main body so as to open or close the taking and placing opening;
a first seal provided at one of the cartridge body and the door body, the first seal including a first sealing lip extending in a direction away from the one of the cartridge body and the door body, the first sealing lip stopping against the other of the cartridge body and the door body when the door body is in a state of closing the access opening;
the door body comprises a first sub door and a second sub door, the first sub door and the second sub door are respectively movably arranged on the barrel main body, when the door body is in a state of closing the taking and placing opening, the first sub door closes one part of the taking and placing opening, the second sub door closes the other part of the taking and placing opening, and the first sub door and the second sub door are in sealing connection through a second sealing piece;
the second seal member includes:
a second fixing part connected to one of the first sub-door and the second sub-door;
and one end of the second sealing lip is connected with the second fixing part, the other end of the second sealing lip extends outwards to form a free end, and the free end stops against the other of the first sub-door and the second sub-door when the door body is in a state of closing the taking and placing opening.
2. An inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing member is formed in a closed ring shape, the first sealing member extending along a circumferential direction of the pick-and-place port.
3. The drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to claim 1, wherein the first seal further comprises:
a first stationary portion coupled to the cartridge body and the door body, one end of the first sealing lip being coupled to the first stationary portion and the other end extending outwardly to form a free end.
4. An inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to claim 3, wherein a thickness of the first fixing portion is greater than a thickness of the first sealing lip.
5. An inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to claim 3, wherein the first sealing member is provided to the drum main body, wherein,
the border of getting and putting the mouth is equipped with the extension, first fixed part is equipped with the mounting groove, at least some cooperation of extension is in the mounting groove.
6. An inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the door body comprises:
an outer door cover rotatably connected with the barrel body;
the inner door cover is arranged on one side, facing the clothes treatment cavity, of the outer door cover, and the first sealing lip edge abuts against the inner door cover when the door body is in a state of closing the taking and placing opening.
7. An inner tube of a drum-type laundry treating device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the door body is a unitary member, one of the door body and the drum main body is provided with a first hooking portion and the other is provided with a first engaging hole, and the first hooking portion is hooked in the first engaging hole to lock the door body in a state where the door body is in a state of closing the taking and placing opening.
8. An inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to claim 7, wherein the first hook is provided to the drum main body, the drum main body is provided with a first rotating structure and a second rotating structure, the first rotating structure is rotatably connected to the door body, and the second rotating structure is rotatably connected to the first hook.
9. An inner drum for a drum-type laundry treating device according to claim 8, characterized in that the drum main body is provided with a first escape groove and a second escape groove, at least a portion of the first rotating structure is located in the first escape groove, and at least a portion of the second rotating structure is located in the second escape groove.
10. An inner drum of a drum type laundry treating device according to claim 8, wherein the first hooking portion has a hook at one end and the other end connected to the second rotating structure, the drum main body has a third avoiding groove, and the first hooking portion is rotatably provided in the third avoiding groove.
11. An inner drum of a drum type laundry treating device according to claim 1, wherein the drum main body is provided with a first rotating member and a second rotating member, the first rotating member being rotatably connected with the first sub door, the second rotating member being rotatably connected with the second sub door.
12. An inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to claim 11, wherein the drum main body is provided with a first groove and a second groove, at least a portion of the first rotating member is located in the first groove, and at least a portion of the second rotating member is located in the second groove.
13. An inner drum of a drum type laundry treating device according to claim 1, wherein one of the first sub door and the second sub door is provided with a second hook portion and the other is provided with a second engaging hole, and the second hook portion is hooked in the second engaging hole to lock the door body in a state that the door body is in a state of closing the taking and putting opening.
14. An inner drum of a drum type clothes treating apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the second hook is provided to the first sub door, the second fitting hole is provided to the second sub door, the first sub door is provided with a third groove, and the second hook is rotatably provided in the third groove.
15. A drum type laundry treating apparatus, characterized by comprising:
an outer tub having a peripheral wall with an opening at a top;
an inner drum of a drum-type laundry treating device according to any one of claims 1-14, said inner drum being provided inside said outer tub.
