The realization of good unwinding and yarn feeding of the fiber bundle is the first step in the preparation of the preform, and the continuous and stable yarn feeding is beneficial to the forming and weaving of the preform. At present, yarn feeders are various in types and commonly used in knitting equipment, and a motor and a corresponding transmission mechanism are needed to be matched with a common yarn feeder, so that the structure of the yarn feeder is too complex; the traditional yarn feeder has the functions of storing yarn and preventing knotting, and does not emphasize the stability of yarn feeding per se. The document No. 201710741329.7 discloses an automatic yarn feeder, in which a driving device is a brushless dc motor with an outer rotor, a rotor is provided on a stator shaft, and the yarn feeder is driven by the rotor to realize a yarn feeding function, but the manual adjustability of the yarn feeding speed and the axial fixation of the yarn feeding bobbin are not considered, which is the first step of yarn feeding tension control.

When the yarn feeding rotating speed needs to be adjusted, the locking screw 13 is screwed, so that the locking screw 13 moves towards the direction close to the driving wheel 6 along the internal thread of the embedded block 12 and further contacts with the driving wheel 6; the contact degree of the friction felt 10 and the driving wheel 6 is adjusted through the locking screw 13, and further the friction resistance on the driving wheel 6 is adjusted; the rotating speed of the driving wheel 6 is influenced by the friction resistance to change, the rotating speed of the driven wheel 5 is controlled by the driving wheel 6 through the coil spring 9, the rotating speed of the driven wheel cover 3 is controlled by the rotating speed of the driven wheel cover 3, and the rotating speed of the spool 2 is controlled by the rotating speed of the driven wheel cover 3, namely the yarn feeding speed can be adjusted.
