Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of bearing lubricating grease, in particular to automobile coating line bearing lubricating grease which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of synthetic base oil, 10-20 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-3 parts of borate, 1-5 parts of antirust agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of high-temperature antioxidant. The synthetic base oil is used as a main component, polytetrafluoroethylene, borate, an antirust agent, a high-temperature antioxidant and the like are added, and the wear resistance of the lubricating grease for the automobile coating line bearing is improved under the synergistic effect of multiple components, wherein the borate in the formula can greatly reduce the wear of the bearing in the running process and prolong the service life of the bearing.

The polytetrafluoroethylene has thickening and antifriction functions in the lubricating grease of the automobile coating line bearing.
The borate is an antifriction agent and can reduce the abrasion of friction parts, and the borate can be orthoborate and/or polyborate. According to the detection results, the high-temperature evaporation loss of the lubricating grease for the automobile coating line bearings in the examples 1 to 6 is far less than that of the lubricating grease for the automobile coating line bearings of certain domestic brands, and if the lubricating grease fails according to the loss of the base oil exceeding 60%, the lubricating grease for the automobile coating line bearings in the examples 1 to 6 fails after 100 hours, while the lubricating grease for the automobile coating line bearings of certain domestic brands fails after 10.3 hours, and manual re-greasing is needed after the failure, so that the lubricating grease for the automobile coating line bearings has absolute advantages from the viewpoint of environmental protection and manual labor saving.

10. The automotive coating line bearing grease of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the high temperature antioxidant is diphenylamine.
