The powder material comprises the following components: 30 to 40 percent of cement, 25 to 30 percent of quartz powder, 15 to 20 percent of wollastonite, 5 to 15 percent of heat-insulating material, 5 to 10 percent of modified sound-insulating material, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of cellulose ether and 0.4 to 1 percent of water reducing agent.
